We had requested a room with a separate bedroom as we were traveling with two small children. The room booked through hotels.com was not what was requested, and they could not accomodate us with another room as all hotels in the vicinity were booked. Continental breakfast was very disappointing. Bread, muffins and one fruit oranges or apples was all that was offered, Mattress on the bed sagged badly and should be replaced. The room was clean when we arrived, but was not cleaned at all until we asked that it be done after 3 days, and then only the bathroom was cleaned & towels changed. No breakfast the first morning. They had just coffee only.Also there was mold on the bathroon door.

In general is was OK. It was clean which was the best thing going. Staff was not very helpful with area maps, restaurant recommendations or even offer menus.

A pleasant stay. Hotel staff were helpful in supplying additional needed shampoo, towels, and soap.

Staying there on business and accustomed to Hampton Inn. No where near the experience of the Hamton Inn. Phone and shower drain did not work. There was a stain on the carpet. Otherwise, it wasn't bad.

idn't know that there wasn't daily maid service and the service was minimal. Furniture old and worn. Bed spreads and carpet filthy. Inadequate sized breakfast area.

It was a busy day for the hotel so we waited in the lobby until our rooms were ready. The room was hot, the carpet unclean, and the bedspreads old and unkept. It just wasnt as nice as we expected. The staff was more than obliging to help us with a curtain that was not closing. The beds were not really comfortable either. So- not a great night.

i think it might had been an assisted living at one time. Pool was supposed to close at 9 , according to one employee and 10 , according to another. I had to call the desk to have them tune down the noise by pool. Sounded as if those people were in the same room!! However, was in wonderful area.

It is a non-smoking hotel but there was a definite odor of stale cigarettes in the hallways and the room. The breakfast was good but the lack of a soda machine allowed the front desk to sell can sodas for $1.50 which is a little high.

My wife and I had a great stay. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were great. The room was a little dated, but it still felt comfortable. The free breakfast was the only thing I was left wanting more from. The location was great, and we would love to stay again!

room was very clean, and it was nice to have full size frig. location of hotel was close to hi-way but not so close to be disturbed by traffic noise. Breakfast wasn't noteworthy, disappointing for room rate. Bathtub was dripping.

Great location in the heart of Brentwood, with comfortable and efficient rooms, lobby and hotel facilities. While the carpet could stand a little cleaning and/or replacement, the overall value for the room was outstanding. The service of the staff was excellent, especially from Kathy, who was nothing short of Stellar!

could use a little more variety in fruit on breakfast, other than just apples. cereals were geared towards kids. nice size to room to spread out.

The hotel is in need of an overhall. The rooms were clean, but there were water stains on the ceiling and the carpet needed to be replaced.

Excellent. this is a great value in Brentwood, TN -- friendly staff and clean rooms. they so allow pets, but it wasn't a problem during our stay.
