This hotel was comfortable and the employees were very friendly. We went down for breakfast around 940 and everything was still available although a sign showed breakfast was was 6-9AM. I would definitely stay here again.

This facility is adequate, although a bit dated. The room smelled a bit stale upon entry but was good-sized. The TV is old and couldn't display the entire screen of the cable picture being fed to it. No complaints about the shower or the beds. The Wi-Fi was weak but did work okay. The breakfast offerings were sparse, just coffee and a prepackaged cinnamon […] roll or waffles. Nevertheless, while I can't fault anything really serious, I would be tempted to pay a little extra and choose another hotel next time I'm in Maryville. Skaityti daugiau

It was reasonably priced, they need to pay more attention to smoke detectors ours was buzzing when the fan in the bathroom had been on for a while. Bathroom light and fan on same switch. Also, need to pay more attention to the sheets. They had been washed but still had a blood stain in a strategic location. They might look into getting newer or cleaning the filters on the air conditioner, a musty smell was constant.

Very helpful staff . Hallway and room had a smoke odor even though a smoke free hotel. Breakfast food were good and fully stocked. We would stay agian but will bring frebreze next time.

The room was attractive and very clean. It had everything in it you could want--a safe, a microwave, a refrigerator, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, breakfast next morning.. For the low price, we did not expect all of that.

The person checking us in was very pleasant. We like the fact that we could travel with our pet Yorkie.

Clean...but kinda dumpy - peeling paint in the bathroom, tiny towels.... Price was very reasonable however, our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Breakfast area is very small and was very crowded. The hours are very limited for just being a continental breakfast.....over by 9 on a Sunday morning? We had a nice comfortable and clean room. The only thing that made us re-think whether we will choose this hotel again is what we found in the hallway. We asked for a non-smoking room and all of the rooms down the hallway had signs for non-smoking but the hallway was filled with smoke. Someone was smoking on our floor and everyone had to put up with […] it. The smoke was so bad that my nose was burning and my thorat hurt. My husband finally had to place a blanket around the space around the door to try and keep the smell out of our room. I think that maybe someone from the staff should make visits to the floors to check on whether occupunts are following rules. I did not feel comfortable complaining when we were only there one evening but we will probably choose a different hotel the next time we are in Maryville. Skaityti daugiau

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was basic (waffles, bagels, fruit and sweet rolls) but well stocked. The only thing we would do different if using this hotel again is bring our own pillows, as the ones in the room were very flat. Otherwise, this hotel is an exceptional value!

staff was great and friendly the ONLY problem that I had was when the smoke alarm went off because of steam from the shower!! but it only lasted less than a minute...! but nice to know that the alarms were working lol if I get to the area again I WILL stay there again.
