For the cost, I wasn't expecting anything too much.. but I would've thought it'd be a little cleaner than it was. It was clear the room hadn't been vacuumed, there was packaging from a blood glucose test on the floor, there were used napkins or something under the bed, and hair all over the bathroom floor. There was also boogers on the wall next to […] the bed and by the door, mold on the shower curtain, soap scum all over the tub. We could hear every movement the people upstairs made. I called the front desk asking for extra pillows, waited an hour, and went up to the desk to find she had just laid them behind the counter and was sitting there doing nothing. The woman working mornings wasn't friendly whatsoever, either. Really the only two things I liked about the place was the fact that it wasn't too far from things I didn't to do, and the cost. Stay there twice on two weekends. Got a great rate and manegment amd personnel did very good. I would stay again. And resautants freeway are very near by.

Stayed here cuz it was cheap & close to Ice rink, but the noise from Dodge street was awful and hard to sleep through. There was also old pizza in the fridge. Staff was friendly.

My room was clean but the rest of the hotel needed attention. And the desk staff was not knowledgeable.

Right off a major highway...highway noise, but w/the fan unit going, not too bad. Small room, very tight bathroom. no frills....very average breakfast w/very little selection. But affordable. Staff were idiots, but I'm used to seeing that EVERYWHERE.

Got a nice handicapped room, got my wife in the bath at 10:00 pm and turned on the water,no hot water got her out and we tried again at 6:15 am and still no hot water. Luke warm to the touch, but not warm enough to take a bath. Otherwise the motel was ok.

Night clerk was preoccupied and did not greet us upon check in or during our stay. Heard other guest complain about not having wash clothes and she told them, "I don't know if I have any." My relatives also spent a night there and they too were disappointment with the service and they did not have wash clothes either. Breakfast was your typical breakfast […] with waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, toast, and coffee. Breakfast staff were friendly. The check in girl made sure I got a refrigerator as I had my kids and would need to get milk, the room I would've had no fridge. Excellent customer service I would stay there again

The hotel and staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and well supplied. A little noisy because my room faced the freeway that was close by, so a light sleeper would definitely want to request a room away from the freeway. The only difficulty I had was actually FINDING the place! If you are not from Omaha, make sure when you ask for […] directions you specify Dodge ROAD, not Street. They are miles apart! This hotel has no elevator, and stairs are a requirement to reach all of the rooms. The hotel manager was indignant about my father's need to avoid stairs.

The location is right off the interstate and close to food and shopping. It also had no trouble with dogs. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice staff. Easy Check-In. Traveling with my two daughters and six Grandkids. Air conditioners worked Great. Beds were extremely comfortable. The Frig and coffee makers were a nice touch in the room. Pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful 4 days stay. Great value for the price. Loved the 20% off for 3 or more nights. Our room had faint smell like pets and cleaning supplies mixed. There want a pool either. The pillows where kinda flat. But they gave us more pillows when requested. The staff was very nice and the price was cheap.

AC didn't work very well... loud ... and slow to cool room .... room was dark, not a lot of lighting.... and breakfast was a big disappointment.....

The hotel was somewhat run down, but for the price, I didn't really expect too much. Thus, based on the price paid, it "met" expectations. The beds were surprisingly in okay shape, but the rest of the hotel is just old.

Hotel lobby smelled of stale cigarette smoke, walls thin and could hear conversations of other guests in hallway. Dated amenities, hotel could really stand to be updated. Would not recommend. Rates high.

The room had an odd musty odor, but it was not noticable after a few minutes. Breakfast was sparse, but about what was expected for the price. We had a do not disturb sign out and so was skipped by housekeeping, as expected. HOWEVER, just after they had passed our room, we left for a funeral and removed it, in case they came back (they did, but not […] for cleaning!) Some housekeeping staff were in the hall and greeted us as we left. Thankfully, I took my laptop because when we returned, my almost new Tilly hat ($80) was gone! I could not believe it, so we checked everywhere in the room and in the car, but I distinctly remember leaving it on top of my bag, on a chair in case they came to clean. Clearly, someone with key access, who saw us leave, CAME INTO OUR LOCKED ROOM AND STOLE the only thing of value in the room. I complained to the front desk but only got "Sorry"; no offer to file a complaint. I told her the full story and that it had to be staff, even though I could not prove. We will be back in the area again this summer, but will NEVER saty here or recommend to anyone! The lower price does not cover the cost of the STOLEN ITEM. Skaityti daugiau

We had to have smoking room the first night. It stunk, and that's saying it mildly. We moved the next day to a different room. Much much better. They are understaffed. We felt sorry the the workers.

The young woman who was staffing the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was rather sparse - would suggest some bananas and apples.

We were put in a handicap room. problem water never.got hot guess they thought we might hurt ourselves. checking out i had to go outside and get the.girl as she was smoking. breakfast area was really dirty!

The room was great for the price, I got exactly what I paid for. The room had a faint pet smell that my nose acclimated too within a minute or two. There are multiple access doors, so although my room was on the end, it was right next to a controlled access door. I was on the lowest level opposite the highway, so I did not hear any noises from West […] Dodge street. The T.V. was a standard definition CRT, and it did not have the annoying starter channel that many hotels have. I was there only one night, so I can not speak to the housekeeping service between nights. I would stay here again if I were to need a hotel on a budget in Omaha. The hotel is right next to West Dodge, which is a major thoroughfare and allows fast and easy access to almost anywhere in town. My ratings are based on my perceived value for the price. After reading other reviews I booked a stay here. The location is great and the staff was nice, but the room was very small and was NEVER cleaned. I stayed there for 5 days and no one came to empty the trash or provide fresh towels and linen. The room smelled as a result and when I complained they said it must have been because of the sign on my door, […] but I didn't put a sign on my door. Thinking back I never saw any cleaning lady or rooms being cleaned. Even after I complained the room wasn't cleaned. The continental breakfast was horrible. The 3 items they did have were frozen - I would think they would have at least thawed the food out in time for breakfast, but no. Sometimes there was no attendant at the front counter and I wasn't given any information when checking in, like the fact that there wasn't an iron in the room and I would have to ask the front desk for one. I just ended up borrowing someone else. In summary, the location is a 5. The staff is a 3. The room itself and service/upkeep was a 2 - disappointing. I wouldn't stay there again. Skaityti daugiau
