Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Shuttle Drivers were helpful and friendly. Easy to catch the train and get to City Center. Would absolutely recommend.

Hotel is decent enough and location good. Problem is, I asked the clerk for a room facing away from the runway... and he put me in one that was literally at the spot where planes line up to take off. I mean, I could see the people inside the planes, thats how close it was. the positive: underrated breakfast burrito at the hotel restaurant.

When I booked I got a club room including continental breakfast and club access. However upon check in the attendant gave me a regular room and said my booking did not cover club room services. So he assigned us a room on the first floor, which is a regular room with 2 beds (when i had initially booked a king size one bed). But I was sure the price […] I paid for was a club room, then I pulled out my reservation confirmation which proved that I had club room, king size bed, breakfast and showed to the attendant. The attendant did not apologize. Although we ended up getting the club room access, they did not change our room for us and said all club rooms are full. I have stayed at other hotels in Portland and definitely will double think about whether to stay at this Sheraton again. Skaityti daugiau

GREAT LOCATION if flying in/out of PDX and need to stay overnight at the airport. We stayed when we arrived (later in the evening) and the morning we left on a 7am flight. Not only convenient for these stays (& returning the rental car) but the best price in the area (even less than the Hampton Inn right next door).

Pro,s nice hotel close to airport.lobby was clean.I stayed in room 201 close to elevator.room smelled clean.the bed was very comfortable.had good water pressure .con,s bathroom faucet was a little loose .the heater fan in the cieling rattled needed to be tightened.screws visible on cieling in bathroom soffit .wall papper needs clear caulking around […] edges before it starts peeling off would make the room look worn and result in expensive wallpaper repair.toilet seat needs to be replaced had paint on it ,tub had rust spots around drain the hair dryer with cord wrapped around it just looked thrown in the corner.of the sink .minor things but details are important ! This was a very clean and nice hotel to stay in, on our way to our honeymoon. It was comfortable, and so nice having the shuttle take us to the airport the next morning. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We needed a micro wave in our room and the desk clerk said there were only a few in the hotel. So we didn't get one. The refrigator was small and we prefer one with a small freezer to make ice bags for my back injury. The room was nice it was more for a business person. We came to hear a speaker that was booked into the hotel (no business)

It is a very nice hotel with a great restaurant. The hotel could use some updating but all and all it was very nice and we plan to stay there again.

The sound isolation between rooms are terrible. The woman stayed next room was on her phone all night. That was how bad it is! The restaurant is OK, but over charged!

Room was great but the shower was horrible. Water didn't drain from the tub so your standing in water up to your ankles. The shower curtain didn't stay in position and made it difficult to shower.

Beds and pillows were wonderful...........Bathroom although clean, needed a makeover.

For a hotel to charge the amount that they did and present their hotel as an upscale place is a disgrace. I would be embarrassed to put my name on such a run down filthy hotel.

Comfy bed. Good breakfast (not included but reasonably priced). Very convenient for Portland airport.

I haven't see dirties bathrooms than this hotel. It has pink and black mold in bathtubs and dirty toilets. I was offered free breakfast when I told them about it. I didn't take it. I think they should put their money in maintaing and cleaning bathrooms for next guest than offering free breakfast.

WiFi is an extreme rip off. Charged me $9.95 for iPhone, another $9.95 for my laptop, and another $9.95 for my son's PS3, Room was OK, extremely noisy from the hallway traffic. The planes were muted fairly well. They provide earplugs for the "light sleeper".

!Very nice! The staff was amazing and the 24 hr room service was great. The pool area was incredible. The workout area was something my husband would covet.

I like this place...convenient location, good staff, rooms are in good condition and clean. A little on the pricey side. I don't like the remodel of the lobby as well as before....kind of bland, beige and claustrophobic....but still very comfortable. Food is good but again, a little pricey. I was very impressed. The staff was helpful and friendly. I thought the idea of providing a $5.00 dollar voucher for declining housekeeping services was an excellent idea.

Very disapointed in the room choice given to us, shower dripped all night, no maintenace was sent to fix this problem. Seems as if the designate rooms far from elavators and stairs for hotel.com guest

Our room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Although very close to the airport we did not have any problems with noise. (They do provide earplugs incase some people are bothered.) Hotel recently renovated and I can recommend it highly.

First hotel you see as you leave the airport. Efficient and very pleasant staff. Room service fast. Comfortable beds. Carpet in hallways a bit old and musty but otherwise would highly recommend it.

I now stay only at the Sheraton. Its always clean, pretty and meets all our needs. Food, fitness, rest and a great shuttle service! So close to PDX too. We are always treated very well.

Room cleanliness and order is adequate. Hotel shows wear and tear of it's age. Best feature: Location, location, location.

Good food in the restaurant and the bar is very fun with a group. Good service and attentive, good humored staff made it worth the wait for my room. Shower did not drain properly and the roof above it dripped when the person upstairs took a shower, but the room was overall very comfortable.

Ett slitet hotell. Vi hade bokat och betalt för kontiental frukost vilket visade sig vara mycket omständigt eftersom vi fick fel rum (lägre än vad vi har beställt) i vilken inte ingick frukosten. Blev även informerade i receptionen om fel tider när frukosten serverades. Efter mycket diskuterande med personalen i resturangen, receptionen och till slut […] med chefen ordnade det upp sig. Excellent room with big beds and compy pillows. Excellent staff: shuttle bus boys and restaurant staff. We love to come back!
