Better than I expected. Clean, quiet with helpful staff and free shuttle to airport. Only complaint, didn't like the coffee.

The hotel was clean but NH spoiled the last day of an otherwise 'great' German/Czech holiday in some great establishments. Airport shuttle services run by the law of the jungle and management displayed very poor regard for customer relations. Breakfast add-on cost 20 Euros extra each!!! The front service staff encountered were not pleasant, except one, […] who tactfully ordered us a taxi after having been elbowed out of the way by others vying for shuttle service seats, some of whom were apparently not even hotel guests!!! I mentioned that the hair dryer seemed to be broken and they didn't tell me to also push the button on the handle. I could not get the internet to work. The breakfast buffet was 22 EUR! But there was no where else to go so we ate there. Otherwise it was extremely clean run efficiently, close to the airpot and had a free shuttle.

Roland, the manager, was extremely helpful upon our arrival. Thank you! The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was the perfect pre-airport stay. Because we put the address in the navi in English, we could not find the street easily. Look in the navi for the address in German!

This is a good place to stay the night before flying out of Frankfurt Airport. Free shuttle service to the airport. No restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel has a good restaurant. We were concerned with possible noise from the planes landing at the airport, but it was reasonably quiet after 11:00 pm when the number of flights decrease dramatically. […] Overall, a good hotel if you need to be near the airport. My stay at the Frankfurt Airport hotel was great because their airport shuttle picked me up within 5 minutes, and the next morning, the shuttle got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The neighborhood has minimal interest, but that is an appropriate trade office a hotel so close to the airport. I will book this hotel again on my next flight […] to Frankfurt. This is a very conveniently located hotel, if you need a one-night resting place, near the Frankfurt Airport. The staff was kind, the beds comfortable and on the first floor we did not hear any aircraft noise. The hotel does provide a shuttle. The only reason I can think of to stay here is to be close to the airport. But for that purpose, it was perfect, thanks to the reasonable cost and the comfort and service of the facility. We had a 10 a.m flight to catch, so got to the NH Frankfort Airport the afternoon before. We caught a free shuttle from a pickup spot near where we dropped off our […] rental car--a wait of maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities practical. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was nothing fancy, but adequate and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent--many choices catering to a variety of travelers' tastes. Our 8 a.m. shuttle filled up, so the hotel paid for taxis to transport those of us who behind by the shuttle. perfect for an overnight stay. Best was that restaurant is open till 11:30 so even after late arrival you can get a very nice meal without feeling rushed!

Convieniently located close to Frankfurt Airport. Had frequent shuttle service (every 20 minutes) to and from the airport. Clean and modern facility. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was awful- the so-called hot breakfast buffet was all cold. I complained to the reception manager and she just gave me a glare and asked what would I like her to do about it? I repeated the complaint and said maybeshe should tell the chef. She just gave me another irritated look and shrugged her shoulders. Never going back.

Hotel is solely for early morning transfer to airport. Free internet is terrible, must pay to upgrade, towels like dishrags. Every effort made to use as cheap as possible anything. Nothing near hotel if have desire to eat elsewhere. Good airport shuttle. A $40/night hotel in United States.

it was great. The transport from the airport was right on time just outside baggage claim. the decor was great. The bed comfort was awesome and the internet was strong.

Decent hotel close to Frankfurt Airport. Leave a little early as the shuttle can get backed up in the morning going back to the airport.

The room was clean and the bed was confortable. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport which is really quite nice. The serving staff were pleasant. The gym has all the basics but no water fountain so you must bring your own water bottle. Eating at the hotel is a little pricey but that's not unusual.

Good service, location and restaurant. Our only complaint was no vending machines for water. The charge for bottled water in the room was way over priced!

Rooms are very comfortable, great relaxing sauna area. Wasnt so impressed with the service at dinner but I wouldnt knock the hotel for that, the food was pretty good, id use this place again no problem.

Convenient for an early flight, reasonable quality, but in future I think I'd rather stay in the city and get up a little earlier.

The hotel was excellent in comparison with its overnight rate and location to the airport. The free shuttle from the airport was easy to catch and we did not have to wait long even after arriving at a late hour at the airport. Even though it was a nonsmoking room and didn't have an ash trey, smelled extremely smokey. Staff didn't seem to want to be too helpful.

The staff was helpful and attentive. The dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet were typical. The room was very small for the price and the 25Euro charge for 2 hour early arrival was a surprise..

Very convenient and easy access to Frankfurt airport. Especially when you have a flight early in the morning. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
