I will never go there again. A completely run down hotel. Breakfast was gross. Has declined from several years ago when we visited last.

The hotel needs major updating. There were no fridge or microwave in the rooms. None of the housekeepers spoke proper English to help me. This place was horrible and VERY scary!! It didn't look so bad during the day, but at night it was soo scary! The parking lot was not lit up. My boyfriend went to the car to get something at like 9:30 and a truck stopped and watched him. He was scared to death he was going to get jumped. You can smell someone smoking cronic in a room. We pulled the […] covers back to go to bed and there was spots of dried blood on the sheet and pillow case. I called the front desk and told them how unsafe we felt and how nasty it was and he said "well you only had 30 minutes after check in to get a refund but I can move you rooms". The motel was run down and needing updates in rooms and hallways. The continental breakfast was unappetizing, orange juice tasted old, gravy was lumpy and bagels very hard. No remote for TV, limited plug-ins and those by the sink didn't work at all.

Wallpaper in bathroom stapled to wall. Attachment to tub for handicap rusted. Lobby was lovely. Pool looked nasty. It must have been a great place to stay years ago, but it is run down and the neighborhood is deserted looking.

the security door into the hotel did not lock. Even after advising the staff of the problem as well as leaking toilet nothing was fixed in our 5 day stay. The carpet in the room was dirty and our socks turned brown if we did not wear our shoes. The continental breakfast was one of the poorest I have experienced in all my stays in hotels. It was the cheapest place we could find on last notice. Not the worst place I have ever stayed but I'll probably pay an extra $10 bucks and go to a nicer place next time.

The hotel was in a bad area and the carpet and sofa were dirty and stained. We were scared our car and trailor would b.e stolen during the night. We would never recommend anyone to stay there!

The breakfast was not worth going to eat. One of our rooms had problems with the air conditioner staying on. Needs updated badly!

Had a great stay!!! Walls were a little thin could hear other guests conversations in the hallway while they were in their rooms. Also pool area needed to mowed and weed eated. But other than that everything was fine.

The carpets are dirty, the doors etc. need to be painted and the lobby smells like smoke. Overnight smoke came in the room and it was a no smoking room. Needs general maintenence that wouldn't be that expensive.

Location was good, but it advertised use of a local fitness center and it did not honor that anymore. No instructions on breakfast, vending areas, pool looked green. breakfast was biscuits and gravy and it was cold. It wasn't horrible but I have stayed at better places.

Large motel room. Good rate. Our room was on the second story and was clean and very quiet. Great for sleeping with a nice firm king bed. Easy on and off from IH-35. Plenty of restaurants in the area. No problems.

I wouldn't stay here again. Hotel is run down and maintained poorly. Wallpaper in room was held in place with staple gun staples. Tub spout was broken through the wallboard. The bed was hard, the shower had no water pressure and barely got warm, and the hallway smelled of Indian or Chinese food, plus the carpet was stained in many spots. The hotel looks nice from the lobby but the rest is outdated.

Pictures are very outdated. They lead you to believe this place is grand. Smells like an old Reno motel. Room including sheets toilet seat carpet window coverings had cigarette Burns. When entering the hotel lobby, the woman behind the desk was texting and didnt realize i had walked in. I said "Hello?" and she said hold on and finished her messege. When I told her my name she didn't know what room I had requested so it took a few minutes to get the right size of bed. The hallways had cigarette burns on the wall. The whole place smelled […] of smoke and some chemical smell that was not from a cleaning product. The a/c in the room didnt work so my room was hot all evening. There was wtaer damage in the bathroom. I didnt shower because I didnt think i would feel clean stepping in the shower. The bed was not made. We stayed 2 nights ,had a great time swimming in the nice refreshing and clean pool.Although they do need more lounge chairs in the swimming pool area..I slept well in the bed although my son said his bed was too hard.Our air conditioner kept the room at a comfotable temperature.And the room was clean with exception to a empty water bottle we found closed up in the recliner seat.I would definetlyrecommend it to anyone and I will stay there again very soon.. Very good price and the hotel has a very good setup, but the owners are not giving enough attention to the condition of the place. Everything is so out dated. The breakfast sounds good but it is like they don't put any effort into it. Not satisfying at all. My blow dryer was broken, they didn't have any other one to give me. Rooms were large with all the usual amenities, king size bed, couch, cable tv and desk. Although I did not partake in the breakfast provided (I slept in) I overheard other guests say it was very good. Location was very accessable to major roadways. Overall a very good hotel.

Was looking for a bed, shower, and a lil bit of internet. Booked on a busy weekend, so their wasn't a ton of options. The hotel is older but clean. Room has a slight muskness, blanket had a (cigarette?) burn, otherwise, ok.

The sheets had holes in them. The shower curtain had a tear in it. The wall behind a curtain looked to have water damage. It was hidden instead of repaired. The breakfast tasted horrible. The staff was very friendly. The main floor really smelled of cigarette smoke, but our room on the second floor didn't smell bad and it was very clean. I really liked the location. The parking lot could use quite a bit of work though as there were some good sized holes. The price was great. Thank you.

This hotel has many deferred maintenance issues and just felt dark and dingy. The breakfast items were very limited. I think the pool is inoperable. I'm sure this hotel used to be nice, but new ownership or whatever has done nothing to maintain the property. For a similar price you can find much better properties.

The outside appearance was first clue. The dome pictured has paint that is peeling, lights in there are all broken and pigeons nesting up there. Shingles falling off. The lobby actually looks OK...it seems like it's the best part of motel. The staff dresses as if they are working at a local 7-11...basically front desk appears to be a mom and pop. I […] asked for a 6:45 wake up call that never came. The room was horrible, where do I start? Mattresses worn out, leaking toilet, inadequate towels and soap. The light bulb at desk was burned out (it wasn't working). The AC unit kept giving trouble at night. I was burning up because the AC unit stopped working which woke me up, so, I had to jack around with it to get working. Finally when I got that limping along, the smoke alarm started to beep because the battery was low. The microwave looks like it was from 1978. The outlet next to bathroom where I had cell phone plugged in at wasn't working so when I went to use phone next day it was dead. The shower curtains are old and stained. Etc. Etc.
