Walls were too thin. The pool was small. The hotel was clean and the room was also clean.

Great place, very clean, only bad thing was the fire alarm going off for 45 minutes one night, but there never was a fire, just a problem with a vent being blocked or something. Very spacious rooms & clean.

it was a great stay-most bang for your buck in the MOA area! Free wifi, free shuttle from airport, comfy beds, great free breakfast, a free paper, refreshing pool, hot tub, and exercise room.... for about the same price as just a regular old hotel room.. I recommend it!

Was a very nice stay.. large room for a great price! Only complaint is that the hot tub wasn't very 'hot' but once asked to be turned up, they were quick and happy to help and get temp. up! Overall, very nice stay!

great location- right in the heart of everything, but still tucked away. our room was cleaned very thoroughly each day. the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. i was very sad that our family was starting a fast the last morning of our stay. we will definitely be coming back when we come to visit […] family. Maintenance on the building appears to be lacking. Pealing wallpaper, missing grout, worn carpet, stained couch. Ceilings/floors not sound proofed, at all. Could hear everything! Breakfast area was overwelmed with the people. Food quality, okay. Bedding was very nice. I used to always stay in this hotel when I came to town. It is time to find a new […] one. The only complaint was the pool is very small. Other than that the place is very clean and nice. Easy access to everything.

house keeping constantly letting guests know that they had to do to much laundry to do and they made it seem like it was your fault. i actually told one of them that I would make the beds myself since it seemed to bother her. and when I told the front desk that ... they seemed to agree that was fine with no further action. On a different day. I asked […] the front desk for directions to the Mall of America- which is about 8-10 miles away. and they gave me a pre-printed sheet of directions to the Mall of America Dome- which was over an hour drive out of the way. They also have problems with having enough parking for hotel guests since they rent out parking spaces to people who are flying out of the airport and parking their cars for days. The staff here go out of their way to help. Hot evening cookies on some nights were our kids favorite treat! The shuttle to and from the mall and airport was very useful as we had no car. Dave one of the shuttle drivers was amazing. The hotel was super clean and bedding looked new. Our only complaint was other guests in the hotel being very noisy.

The room was nice, the 2- room suite with a kitchenette was convenient. The location is great. What was not great was a bunch of kids running up and down the halls screaming and yelling until nearly 2am. We were the first room down the hall from the reception desk & pool area so I'm sure the staff heard all the commotion, yet no one from the hotel staff […] did anything about the out of control noisy kids running around. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, however, more dining space would be helpful during times of the hotel being fully booked, which it was. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our family in the area.

Great Hotel! We really appreciated the kitchenette, extra sitting room & two TV's. our children are young and go to bed early so my husband and I were still able to hang out & watch a movie, in the sitting room. Loved the beverage center with coffee, decaf, hot water, tea bags, apple cider mix and the iced lemon water - it was great that it was opened […] & available 24 hours. The games and books in the common area were a nice touch for the kids. The breakfasts were hearty, with eggs, sausage, make your own Belgium waffles and a great variety of other things. Had a great stay, nice hotel. Excellent service. Breakfast buffet varied each day, but didn't have much variety. Pool and whirlpool were nice, although chlorine in whirlpool seemed very powerfully strong when first entering. rooms were not spacious in the bath bedroom areas. although hotel was filled to capacity it was fairly quiet in our room.

We already had rooms booked for later in the week for our family vacation but two of our families lived in states where a blizzard was in progress so we booked our two rooms early so we could get there ahead of the storm. The staff was so helpful in getting us booked and then allowing us to stay in those rooms for the other days that we had previously […] booked. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast had a large assortment of hot and cold foods. The exercise room was nice (but we were too busy having fun to ever use it). The pool/hot tub was a favorite of the kids. Our 4 families (total 17 people) loved our stay at this hotel. The service and hotel staff was excellent, friendly and so helpful. The rooms are great. We often had 8-9 grandkids in our room, and it was fine. The convenience of having the mini frig and microwave was great for late night snacks. The complimentary breakfast had more selections than we've […] ever had any hotel - and it all tasted good. We used the breakfast area during the evening for family games, kids coloring, etc. Most of them took advantage of the pool and hot tub. The pool is salt-water and we did have a couple of kids who were a little sensitive to the salt water but everyone else was fine. The location of the hotel is great because it is close to restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, etc., and it is close to Mall of America where we spent much of our time. We preferred the location in Eagan rather than the Springhill Suites across the street from MOA because of all the other stores & restaurants really close to the Eagan location. We had a great stay. The room is comfortable and the front desk was very helpful. The wall is a little thin so who stay next to your room makes difference.

It was a great hotel, but the rooms were way too dry and stuffy and all of my kids got sick from the dry air. But I would absolutely recommend the place and the service.
