I have to give credit to the staff. I am an acrophobic and was quite distracted when I realized the open concept design of the hotel. It was an acrophobic's worst nightmare visually. The hotel staff recognized right away that I was having a problem. They went to extra lengths to move my room from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor and close to a stairway. […] This was an exceptionally kind and understanding effort. I would gladly stay there again. The Fitness Center was well equipped, clean, and organized. The refrigerators in the rooms were spacious. I was impressed by the overall spacious rooms. It was like staying in a small apartment. Enjoyed the separate shower and tub. Parking was a little tight, but overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Skaityti daugiau

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was very nice and the lobby and hotel amenities were impressive, especially for the price we paid! We sincerely enjoyed our stay and did not encounter any issues at all.

Room was lovely. Only problem we had was the commode ran all night but I told management when we checked out. Service was wonderful & room was very clean. Enjoyed the stay.

perfect location for galleria shopping green garage easy to get to off Alpha Street, they were renovating as we were there but not noisy the main entrance to hotel was closed off for safety though but did not bother us. IT WAS FUN I ENJOYED THE BARTENDER HE WAS GREAT. THE ROOM WAS PERFECT AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF VERY PLEASANT.

The room was very nice. The construction surrounding the hotel created many difficulties with parking and access to the hotel. It was hard to locate the registration desk. There are no signs to assist.

When we arrived to the hotel it was very nice on the inside as we'll as the staff was friendly. The next morning we went to breakfast at about 830, it was pricey, and the food was not real good. We came back to the room at about 10 and the room was cleaned. This was great, but at about 12 the housekeeping lady bursts in and my husband is on the couch […] "lounging." He tells her to wait he needs to put on a shirt. She leaves and 5 minutes later the front desk is calling accusing him of going off on her. Instead of listening to what happened they automatically took her side. We will not be going back to this hotel. If you decide to stay here make sure no matter what time of day it is you put the do not disturb sign on your door. Skaityti daugiau

My only issue with the hotel is the service we called and asked for extra blankets and never got them even offered to come get them and the guy was rude about that overall nice hotel staff sucks

This was my second stay at this hotel. The customer service is exceptional with a extra special thank you to Ms.Karen. The rooms are very roomy and extra clean. I will always stay at this hotel whenever in the Dallas area.

Hotel was good all except the elevator only one working. We were on a low floor and had to wait several time to ride. The morning we left had to take stairs.

This hotel is in a great area. Lovely place and facilities are great. I didn't even mind that they put me in a 2 double bed room instead of a king.

For a young couple with a toddler like us, the room couldn't have been more perfect. I chose this hotel because it said the room had a sitting room and it turned out that the sitting room was completely separated with a door from the bedroom so I was able to put my toddler to bed and stay up with my husband.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The bed was comfortable with nice white, clean linens, and lots of pillows. The room we had was a suite with a wall/door that separated the living room from the bedroom. There was a kitchenette with a small sink and refrigerator, a coffee pot with single-serve bags of coffee and paper travel cups with lids. The […] bathroom was connected to the bedroom with a door for privacy. The bathroom was had a decent sized closet, separate walk-in shower and bathtub, and a floor-to-ceiling partition that separated the toilet from the rest of the bathroom which added some privacy. It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and we got it for a great price! The only downside to the experience was the construction that was going on in the hotel parking lot. There were huge portions of concrete that had been removed from the parking lot at the gated entrances and throughout the property so it was difficult to get into the gated parking lot and drive around to the front of the hotel. Hopetully, the construction will be finished soon. If we are ever in the area and need to stay overnight, we would definitely go there again. Skaityti daugiau

I probably wouldn't stay here again, I found the room dirty, and I ate at the restaurant, and all I can say, their menu needs a make over, service was so, so and the food was very basic and lacked any flavor. My next visit, I would choose another hotel.

The room was a little smoky/musky smelling even though it said nonsmoking. The breakfast buffet was expensive at $15.00 per petson and not very good. I would have paid less at Denny's around the corner and had a better meal.

My sweetheart, Michael, & I were in Dallas for my birthday vacation. The hotel is centrally located. So, we were close to most every place that we wanted to go. We were also very pleased with the layout of the accommodations. There was a nice kitchen & bar in the living room area. The bathroom was typical. The bedroom was very nice with a plush king […] sized bed & a plush duvet cover. The issues we had were with guests being loud during sleeping hours & staff members not addressing it. The condition of our room was somewhat older & could have used some maintenance. I think that when we come back to Dallas, we would certainly consider coming back to the Wyndham. Skaityti daugiau

Front desk was quick and very helpful. Room was clean and HUGE. The indoor/outdoor pool is connected, not separate and was slightly smaller than expected but the soccer team had a great time cooling off and playing after a long hot day. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Central Expressway and I-635. Very convenient for my business meeting. Not the newest hotel, but nice suites, wi-fi. Hotels.com had rooms cheaper than I could book directly with the hotel.

We LOVED our stay at the Wyndham Dallas Suites - especially the luxurious, big, comfy beds. The amenities were great, the rooms especially roomy, and and service great. Loved the hotel and the service. The only problem was we were not close to the World Trade Center where we work. Morning traffic is bad!!!

This is an almost-nice hotel that is sort of a secret, and you can frequently get it for a good rate if you are okay with a few quirks. First thing: the breakfast is not horrible, but it's definitely well on the side of bland institutional food. Second, the major cable channels have been out for at least two weeks now (I stay there twice a month), and […] third, the rooms are always 100% clean. Fourth and final, the internet access is spotty, and now they've started charging for a premium, presumably more reliable service. The good: large rooms, usually very quiet, with amazing blackout curtains. The beds are comfortable, too. Great place to catch up on your sleep. The beds were very comfy, and the bar staff and restaurant were great, but there were small irritations in the room. The clock was not set at all and we could not figure out how to set it. (Microwave clock also not set.) There were 2 glasses and 2 paper coffee cups, and there were 3 of us, so I would have expected more. (the room sleeps 4-6). One of […] the glasses had a black ring on the bottom, and when we left it, it wasn't cleaned. The toilet barely flushed, and one of the remotes did not work very well.
