Surrounding neighboor is ok, it's not as good as being downtown if you're lookin to go out and about. The location is great if you have an early flight or are getting in late.

Our room was in excellent condition and very comfortable with an excellent view. We rate the room less than perfect because elevator noise permeated our 18th floor room. There was what seemed to be an hydraulic pump noise and a mechanical noise each time each of the two elevators moved. We don't know if the noise was unique to our room, the 18th floor […] or all rooms. One of us is allergic to garlic and we have never been so well accommodated as we were by the chef in the Hilton dining room. Their staff pointed out the two items where garlic could not be excluded and we had an outstanding dining experience, a rare event for someone with a garlic allergy. Skaityti daugiau

Really enjoy this hotel- nice little bar, lots of great options for restaurants nearby, close to excellent shopping, free shuttle to either terminal, excellent hotel staff and service, great breakfast buffet or a la carte. Love the fresh orange juice.

I really like this hotels proximity to the airport. The workout room is pretty dated and terrible however, so we will on occassion not book this hotel is we are doing a multi-leg trip and need to run off some steam.

Everything was fine except I was disturbed by the sound of the elevator through the night. Was also awakened by loud patrons leaving at 5:OO AM. Otherwise friendly staff good location etc...

Staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, no frills and within walking distance to many shops & restaurants. The pool area was a little rough looking - could have been beautified a bit to hide all the concrete and bars.

Very busy when first checking in but staff was very professional and efficient. When looking for apple juice for my grandchild, front desk staff was very helpful. Housekeeping staff very friendly and efficient.

First rate hotel close to the airport, with free shuttle and airline check-in kiosk. Nice lap pool and basic gym. Neighborhood is barren except for very popular Chinese restaurant across the street, Mui Garden.

We stayed in a standard room with a king bed and were very pleased with the room. The bed/sheets/pillows were very nice, the bathroom was nice too. Be aware that there is an $18 parking fee, as well as other miscellaneous fees, the particulars of which I'm not aware (didn't bother looking at the receipts...). Arrived after 10 p.m. and took first shuttle out at 4:25 am ,so my stay was short and sweet. Nice comfortable bed...coffee in the room...very quiet...shuttle on time....most important thing when travelling.

It was a pretty hotel to stay. Very close to the airport so you hear them taking off, but not too bad.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at the hotel which was clean and had friendly, helpful staff. Location is convenient for the airport and there is a courtesy shuttle bus. Only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room was very noisy. I travelled with my sons aged 12 and 9 and felt very welcome there.

The room was very clean and tidy. I wish they would have renovated the bathroom, it was rather old style... Otherwise, it's ok. Staff were helpful as I forgot to bring a can opener for daughter's formula, and they assisted me to open the can up. They have a convenient flight check- in with ability to print boarding pass.

the hotel front desk staff were great , the room did not look like the pictures at all, and i was disappointed, but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable ! i had some things delivered to my room as a surprise, and was told they would be up in 20 mins, it took alot longer and we had to leave the room right as it arrived, disappointed in […] that also , but overall i would say the hotel was nice, comfortable, i got a great rate on expedia.com, and it was close to the train , so we were able to walk to the station and back, and that is the way to see Vancouver if you don't rent a car !! My mother and I were here for one night. The shuttle service from the airport was great and was prompt both to and from the ariport. It makes its rounds every half hour. The hotel staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable and room was clean. I was a little too warm in the room but my mom liked the temperature. Its March and I was surprised to see that there was water in the swimming pool although given the cool temperatures I am unsure if it was getting used. It looked clean. The breakfast was overpriced at $4 for a regular coffee and $19 for the breakfast buffet. They had cold fresh squeezed orange juice although not quite as good as served warmer in Mexico-but still, it was fresh sqeezed.There wasn't a particularly interesting array of foods and other menu options were of no better value. The hotel was in a perfect location right in the heart of Richmond and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. The front desk staff was great! Nina helped us at check- in and provided us with an amazing room on the top floor with a walk out balcony right below the Hilton sign. The pool was on the small side, but definitely a plus with the summer […] weather. They also provided guests with tennis rackets and balls to play on the tennis courts next to the pool. Terrible experience since the swimming pool is in front of room. There are tons of people outside of our room feel like no privacy at all! Called and asked to get a different one but they said no room available! The bed is not comfortable at all especially the pillows!

We booked this amazing hotel through expedia for a good price but that excluded breakfast and parking. It dint matter to us the breakfast cos, the hotel room had a fridge and microwave and a wonderful coffee maker that took care of our mornings. We stocked milk and cereal and fruits. Great price and clean room. Terrific service. Separate sitting and sleeping areas which was a bonus! Only negative is, Hilton charges for their local calls made from the hotel room.

2nd time at this hotel. Booked this room at less than half the going rate and was upgraded to a junior suite on arrival. I wouldn't pay the regular rate because I don't have bottomless pockets. That said, the bed was great, better than most of the "lesser" hotel beds. The building is clean and in good condition. All round very satisfied with the staff […] and rooms. Dislike the almost $18 (all in) charge for parking, the extra charge for room internet and lack of complimentary breakfast, all of which are often included in the lower room rate at the "lesser" hotels. Buying a ticket to park in the same parkade, without going through the hotel, would probably be cheaper. This is a great place to spend a stopover or a few days. It is close to the airport, shopping, sky-train (transportation) and in a very diverse neighborhood. Well, I'd have to say this place is trading on the Hilton name... The King room I got was pretty average really, no bar refrigerator and with a nice view over the industrial buildings next door. To add insult to injury they charge $8.00 a day for internet (not wireless) and $17 a day for parking (in the lovely rubbish strewn car park attached to the […] hotel, I fully expected a hobo to jump out and mug me)!
