Overall an older hotel trying to keep up with the 10 brand new hotels across the street. Next time I will head over there and pay a little more. There is nothing really bad about this hotel, just older and not up to modern levels. I will say the wifi was fast and easy.

Breakfast mostly high in carbs and no protein or fruit. Would have been great to have had yogurt and fresh fruit instead of both waffles and cereal/toast. Non-smoking room smelled smoky!

For the price it is a nice hotel. Perfect if all you are needing it for is a place to sleep. It was a little off the beaten path,but not that far from the interstate. Even though it was close to the interstate, it was quiet, with several restaurants choices close by. I didn't spending a lot of time in the room, but it was all I needed. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My only concern was the age of the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. the looked old and should be replaced or refurbished. All in all, the property was clean and well kept.

PROS Nice room, quiet and comfortable,Cons Breakfast was a little on the skimpy side as there was no fruit, exterior stairwells could stand a cleaning.

Out stay was fine, but it was a problem finding the hotel. We drove aroung for at least 45 minutes until we asked a policeman how to find it, after we asked 2 or 3 other people.

I was surprised at how good this Red Roof Inn was. Because the cost was on the modest side, I was apprehensive about how the overall experience would be. There was really not much to complain about -- I had to climb steps to my second floor room, and the bananas at the free breakfast were way too green. Those two things are hardly worth mentioning. […] The room was clean and attractive, the personnel were friendly and attentive, the water pressure was superb in the shower, the TV was easy to operate and the motel itself was adequate in every way. I joined friends the next night at the Quality Inn nearby, and both of these motels were good and on an equal par. The lobby at Quality Inn was larger, but the motel itself was larger. I would recommend them both. The Quality Inn did not have water pressure as good as Red Roof, and the TV was not as easy to operate. Skaityti daugiau

Very easy to find from the highway. The room was not as meticulously cleaned as a similar Red Roof I stayed in recently - some dust and smudges. There was a continental breakfast, toast and waffles but no fruit or protein. The staff were all polite. I really enjoyed the updated HVAC unit that was very quiet and accurate. Usually these are the worst […] thing about staying in motels - too hot, too cold, noisy, dripping water, etc. The individual reading lights and extra outlets were much appreciated for chargers and CPAP machine. This motel has everything you need for a quick overnight stay. Missing some amenities for a longer stay (or a business trip), but worked well for us after a late flight into PTI.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. couldn't sleep do to the mold smell and surrounding noise that carriered into the room.

This is an old hotel, however the rooms look great inside and are clean. I would stay here again. Second floor is better as it is quieter, however be aware you will have to haul your bags up the steps .

Hotel seemed very clean so I was surprised to find hair in my sink and opened coffee wrappers in the basket of coffee. The room didn't smell fresh. Bathroom was cramped - nice amenities but a little more room would have been nice.

The service was polite and helpful. The older hotel has gone through a remodel and the rooms look nice at first. The king bed was an innerspring mattress and had seen better days. The shower head was clogged up with lime and barely worked. The breakfast was horrible. Don't bother. McDonald's down the road would have been better. The new desk/work area […] in the room was awesome! It was the high point and the wifi signal was strong and fast. If all you need is a bed, then this hotel is okay. You get what you pay for. You could feel each and every spring in the pillow soft mattress and by the way, no hair driers. Two thumbs down!

The room is comfortable. However, the bed and pillows are not. I was to bring my dog but changed the plans and I'm glad I did. On the floor under the desk was a pill of unknown origin. My dog would have found it immediately. This is not a good thing that it was missed during cleaning.

Good basic place to stay. In my brief interactions with staff, they were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Yes, I could critique the paint job and decor, rooms are not elaborate or fancy, but this is not a 4 star property, either- it a good, basic place to spend the night. Location is easy to find and get to. I did not eat the […] breakfast as I wanted to get on the road early, so I cannot rate that. I have asthma and therefor always reserve non-smoking rooms. I was given a smoking room which they claimed I reserved. Fortunately, I had my reservation on my phone and showed it to them. They said they were completely booked. A day later, they said they would move me to s non-smoking room, but it was still a smoking room albeit not as smelly as the […] first one. This is a well-maintained property and the best modern example of a motel from the 60s and 70s. My room was scrupulously clean. The floor was laminate - a plus. The bed was large and comfortable. It had an LG flat screen a safe. The drains were a little slow, but there was plenty of water pressure and hot water. There was no coffee maker in my room. […] Free breakfast was fair - toast and English muffins, a waffle maker, juice, coffee apples and oranges. My only complaint was that even though the room we requested was designated as a nonsmoking room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The receptionist apologized and would have switched our room had the hotel not been fully booked due to the basketball tournament and dog show. Breakfast was satisfactory,even, even though pretty minimal.. ..cereals, breakfast […] pastries, waffles., juice coffee NO eggs or yogurt as compared to other hotels in which we've stayed. Hotel was clean and relatively quiet except for an occasional jet flying over. Staff was helpful. My only complaint would be that pillows were too soft. Bring your own. Wifi didn't work for my tablet in the room. I had to go to lobby. Only basic cable channels on tv. Good value but no frills. I would stay there again.

I did not stay at the hotel for either of the nights. It reeked of smoke and I could not breath. I felt sick to my stomach. I left and stayed at another place that was comfortable and clean.

What a surprise to stay at this recently updated hotel. The hotel clerk was hilarious. The first thing that jumps out were the beautiful imitation hard-wood floors that were so new that the caulk on the molding was fresh. Our room included a mini refrigerator, a microwave and even a small safe. I mention this because these were not included in a hotel […] that cost 3 times as much that we stayed in one night later. Of the five hotels we stayed in our five day trip this was not only the least expensive but we feel the rivaled the more expensive ones. It seems that Red Roof Inn has the philosophy of putting out a good product at a low price and selling every room. It works because in the morning the parking lot was full. Skaityti daugiau

The updated rooms look very nice, everything was clean, bed a little hard but linens were also OK. I thought this would be a pleasant stay until the guest in the next room checked in and realized that the walls were paper thin. I could hear every word of their cell phone conversations, the TV of the next room when turned on as well as if it were in […] my own room. I can imagine if the person in the next room snored while sleeping it would be heard loud and clear in your room. It's too bad as most other aspects of this hotel are fine - convenient to the airport and various Greensboro locations. Staff was nice but I have to say I would not stay there again. The rooms are newly remodeled and the beds were comfy. The room was overall clean, but there were dog "droppings" behind the bed. Pets can stay for no additional fee, and it was obvious. I stayed on a Thursday night, but I guess the party starts early in the Boro.
