We came down to get away for the weekend and relax. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The only complaint and it would be very small was the water pressure for the toilet was not very strong. I would definitely stay again and look forward to staying there in the future.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nothing fancy, but clean. Great breakfast.

Overall a good hotel, but probably not 4 stars. One elevator makes journies to upper floors a little slow. Rooms are solid, but the bathroom area is small. Breakfast is the usual pathetic microwave eggs and greasy mircrowave sausage. A few cereals and breads are available. Panera and Perkins are close by if that is important to you. Pool area was […] relatively cool, although the hot tub was pleasingly hot. 3 days after a snow fall, the parking lot was a disaster of ice and snow. We waited out a Wisconsin winter storm with a stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Delafield. It exceeded our expectations. The entire hotel was clean, including the pool area. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable for a family of 3. Staff was very kind and courteous. Breakfast wasn't anything fancy but exactly what I would expect of a free hotel […] breakfast. Also the hotel is in a great location, right off the highway and next door to numerous restaurants and shopping. We have friends in the area and will be returning to this hotel in the future. Everything about the hotel was very good. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, tasty and well-presented breakfast. Only complaint: room heater would not turn off automatically.

Everything was great about this hotel except for a rotten egg smell from the faucet. It dissipated quickly but was strange. Also, a hotel employee entered my room in the morning without announcing and/or knocking. They said their computer said the room was empty. there was a old slim Jim wrapper next to the bed when we entered the room. The room barely looked cleaned. I left a night early because it was so terrible.

The hotel was clean and overall in good quality. The woman working in the breakfast area was the nicest and most caring hotel staff person I have ever encountered in my many years of business travel. She made sure everyone found everything they wanted and wished you a good day if you were coming back that night and wished everyone good travels and to […] come again if they were leaving that day. The only reason I did not give highest ratings to this hotel was because the fan didn't work in the bathroom and the remote had to be replaced 4 times and I ended up settling for one that worked from no more than 6 feet away from the TV. My wife and I stayed 4 nights and there was nothing to criticize. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable and clean, continental breakfast was excellent. Well, perhaps one thing that could be improved -- I don't think the TV signal was HD -- that would be nice. RJ

Great location! Staff very friendly and accomodating No complaints other than the temperature was very dry and difficult to control in the room! Overall, very happy with our stay there!

Reported a problem with the toilet in our room that was never handled, We would have stayed another night but that ws the deal breaker. Staff at front desk was always pleasant but overall ineffective.

there were candies left on the floor, so it looked like it hadn't been vaccuumed. The worst part however, was that there was yellow spots on the wall behind the toilet, looked like someone urinated on the wall, and it was never cleaned. I have a picture. The facility is well located and the rooms were very generous in size as well as being very clean. The pool was well maintained and of a nice size. The breakfast buffet each morning was excellent and seemed to be well managed. We would make it a point to stay in this facility on our next trip to Milwaukee.

great location wal-mart, kohls , target all close buy.. bars and restaurants within walking distance of hotel ...easy acess to interstate... located just 30 mins from milwaukee airport. staff friendly... I'll stay again.
