We come to Lebanon at least once a year for the carriage auction. This hotel was the best yet in terms of service and cleanliness. It is really not that far from Lebanon, so we will definitely stay here next time.

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I liked the outside and inside of the hotel - clean and well lit. Lounge was very nice with computers, tv and nice chairs. Although the room was rather small and lacked amenities (mini-fridge, microwave), the cleanliness and comfort made up for that. The desk staff was very helpful. Initially I had booked a room with a king sized bed, but I was able to switch to a room with two doubles at no extra charge. My husband and I enjoyed our stay over the weekend. We do not get away from our toddler to often, so it was nice to relax and enjoy the comfortable king size bed ... alone. When a large group of teenagers checked in beside us, the front desk clerk was more than happy to move our room to a more private location.

The room was very clean. We arrived too early to check in so we went to the duck pond in the back. The kids were entertained by the ducks while we waited. The breakfast was good - the staff was constantly restocking and cleaning the area.

The breakfast scene was a total disaster. Too many people, hardly any food and with an hour left to serve. You would think you know how many people are staying in the hotel and plan accordingly. I don't think I will return.

Hotel was about 25 minutes from Hershey but right off the TP, it was clean and the breakfast was ok. We arrived about at about 2:15 and checkin time was not until 3 and they were not letting anyone check in early. Stayed for 1 night after going to Hershey park (about 15 minutes away). Nice hotel on a budget. Clean enough for us, and we are very picky about that.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament. The hotel staff was the friendliest, most accommodating staff I have ever encountered! Every ammenity I asked for by phone was waiting in my room when I arrived. Another night we were discussing where to go for dinner with several of the soccer families. I stayed for 1 night with my wife and 2 teens. We were visiting a couple of colleges in the area and just needed a room for a night. This place was perfect for us. Lobby area kept clean, rooms were excellent and the pool area was a real bonus for us. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and coffee and hot water for tea was always available. The staff was very helpful. There is not really a city close but we ate at a great restaurant just half a mile away. Easy to get to Hershey

Very nice Hampton Inn. Everything is clean and new. Room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good, the woman servicing the breakfast area kept everything well stocked and fresh. Kids loved it, the room stewards tucked their teddy bears in when they cleaned the room. Only complaint is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no nearby places […] to eat. I think I got more than what I paid for - clean room and beds, free breakfast (good foods), free wifi, only 15 min from Hershey park, heated outdoor swimming pool, and great staffs.

We booked this hotel to spend the night after going to Hershey Park for the day. We arrived late (about 10pm) and hungry. We asked the front desk for a restaurant recommendation and we were given a few. We were told the restaurant closed at 11pm so we ran out and planned to check in later. when we got to the restaurant it was closed. they close at 10pm, […] not 11pm. The hotel should update their info. We checked in finally and went to our room. Room was nice, however, we were 5. We had a sofa bed and a king bed. Sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The king bed was sofa as well, however, the pillows were the worse. they were so soft we couldn't sleep. Because we checked in late, we asked for a late check out. we were granted a 1pm check out and was told we could check with housekeeping in the am for a later check out. The next morning we checked with the housekeeper and she told us she would clear our room later and we can stay till at least 3pm. At 1250pm the next day, the manager called as we were at the pool. She told us we had to check out so that the room can be cleaned for another family. i explained the situation and she said housekeeping could not give us permission to check out at 3pm!!! At that point we were very frustrated, left the pool, went upstairs and checked out. They offer free breakfast in the am including hot and cold foods (western omelettes, oatmeal, home made waffles, etc) that was the best part. . Skaityti daugiau

While this hotel is right next to the PA Turnpike, we found the room to be fairly quiet. I would probably request a room facing away from the freeway next time we stay. The breakfast was fine, nice sized room, and if you kept the fan on you didn't hear the big trucks rumbling along. I recently stayed at a 5 star hotel on the Las Vegas strip and I would rate this Hampton higher, This hotel is first-rate in every way, The room was clean, neat and the amenities and services offered here are better than at the Vegas resort. Absolutely no negatives from us.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Staff was pleasant, price was right and room was clean. No smoke smell that we've encountered in other hotel's non-smoking rooms.

There is not a lot to do around this area. We ended up driving to Hersey for dinner. But the hotel was clean and sevice was what I'd expect from a Hampton - solid. Overall I'd stay there again. Only complaint? The scrambled eggs at the breakfast were terrible and the coffee/tea cups were WAY too small for my need for caffeine!
