Facility was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Disappointed that the pool was closed but very comfortable.

The hotel is nice and clean and fairly up-to-date. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing some excellent recommendations for dinner venues in the area. The "continental breakfast" was much better than advertised, providing eggs, bacon and waffles in addition to the usual coffee and pastry. My only quarrel is with the heating/air conditioning […] units in the walls below the windows. They are extremely noisy and hard to regulate for all-night comfort and quiet for sleeping. Spent one night when picking my child up from school. Easy to get to off the highway, location was good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Offered several selections for food. Great bed in a spacious and clean room. Would stay there again.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast is easy convenient and fully stocked. In the middle of no where which is no problem. There is a restaurant and bar next door but you have to travel a little for other restaurants or shopping.

I go to Pomfret CT to visit my old school and this was one of top choice . I did not expect much more than roof ovrr my head and mattress under me but,it turned out to bre a tad over that..

Stayed one night with my 8 year-old on our way to meet rest of family. The facility was well kept and the staff was pleasant. The restaurant next door had plain but good, well prepared food. We would definitely stay again.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Connecticut! It was a pleasure to be able to stay there. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were perfect! My daughter LOVED the pool!!! The people were nice. We are glad that we chose this hotel to stay while in Connecticut!

I cannot say enough about our one night stay at this Comfort Inn. The young lady at the concierge desk was helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The chambermaids were friendly and the breakfast was just what we needed. The location was quiet- I was a little concerned about the bar/lounge close by, but it turned out not to be […] a problem The location also, while being in the country, was close enough to major highways to be easily accessible. This hotel was everything me and my husband wanted It was near to my mother-in-law and I enjoyed it very much. The Staff was great and very nice. I would recommend it to anyone that have family in that area. We had a great stay with them. Thank you

It sure is quite in that part of Connecticut but the hotel was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, very clean and nice annemities like breakfast with eggs, waffels,etc.

Hotel staff was very polite and accomodating. Hotel was clean and the price was right. The room that I had had been recently renovated and was very well appointed. Free wi-fi was available, and the breakfast was well-stocked with a variety of foods. Would stay again when traveling in this area.

We really enjoyed the comforts of the hotel. Beds were great to sleep in and the shower was invigorating.

The name was confusing as I was expecting a suite but it's a standard room. There are very few suites in the hotel. The overall condition is good. However on the second day of our stay, which is a Sunday, the fire alarm went off at 8 something in the morning and fire engines were circling around the building, which was kind of scary as I had yound child […] with me. came down stairs, a staff lady said there was a pipe burst somewhere in the washing room. Before we barely returned to room, the alarm went off again briefly. It was messy to say the least, especially on a Sunday morning. There is not much choices around this area, though. does not worth the dollars. I stayed several hotels from comfort inn to HYATT in the trip, this is the only one with carpet smells and the highest price. the smell penetrate to your clothes and it is horrible. And the claimed hot breakfast is no better than in comfort inn and holiday inn express. definitely not recommended

Large, comfy, clean room, everything worked, good breakfast, right off highway but quiet, restaurant next door. Staff superb -- even offered us milk to go with their free chocolate chip cookies on our late-night return. Great wireless signal, abundant parking. Highly recommended, can't beat the quality or the price.

Was eben von so einem Standard-Hotel erwartet bzw. erwarten kann findet man dort vor. alles ist Standard. das angebliche Nichtraucherzimmer stank nach kaltem Rauch. wir haben aber anstandslos ein anderes zimmer bekommen. Ärgerlicherweise funktionierte die Heizung nicht richtig (Thermostat defekt - entweder es wurde zu heiß oder man musste den Stecker […] ziehen...), was angesichts des unerwarteten Wintereinbruchs etwas ärgerlich war. sehr amerikanisch.
