Booked two double beds.The only thing they had when we showed up was a king size bed. Good thing we were all family.

Hotel rooms are nice, but maintenance is lacking. light bulbs in room burned out, tv had problems, telephone didn't work.

We had a great stay, we were on the 2nd floor facing the pool, it was a great view, and very quiet even though the hotel was pretty full. Our room was great and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

I was very disappointed, looks are very deceiving. The pictures posted on your website gave a very positive view of the hotel, but had I gotten there earlier in the day, I would not have stayed there. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Stayed here a couple years ago and knew what to expect, room was clean, bed was comfortable, larger than most rooms, just a little older is all - but that's a norm nowadays! Worth the stay for a one or two night stay, very close to the Astros complex!

the hotel staff is amazing,very friendly,it is a little backdated,but i would stay there without a blink again,free breakfast was good,for the money you cant beat it! i could have walked to the baseball fields we were playing at!

The hotel has no appeal, its a quick stop overnight hotel. I did use the pool and it was clean. The room was clean. For the price I paid with a group it was OK for a couple of nights. The staff were polite and helpfull.

This hotel is run down & not at all like pictures online. The roof was leaking, carpet in my room had finger or toe nails next to beds & just overall seemed dirty. Cost is way too high as we stayed at the Rosen Single Creek for abot the same a night for my daughters cheer competition in November & drove to the Siver Spurs Arena from there. Not very clean. Small bugs in room. They gave us a smoking room when we specified non smoking. Not the safest neighborhood. Would not recommend.

This is an older motel. The room was ok but the building was in disrepair. Nothing bad happened but I would not go back.

The only real good thing I can say is that the desk clerk went over and beyond to help do what he could with an impossible situation. I checked in and the room was reasonable for the price I paid but that's where it ended. I poured myself a drink got ready to take a very much wanted hot shower only to find there was no hot water! I tried the faucet […] every which way but to no avail.I got dressed and went to the desk to complain. I was not the first and was told the handyman had been called and should be there in about half an hour. Ok, so I went back to my room a little upset thinking I'll give the handyman an hour to show and fix it. I don't think I'd been gone more than 5 to 10 minutes. I got in my room, picked up my glass and went to take a drink when... hold on... there was something in the cup. I put my glasses on to discover a german cockroach swimming in my sherry! Heritage Park Inn is an older well kept motel. No elevator. Lobby nice. Rooms Spotless. Employees very accommodating. Hot breakfast from 7-10. Coffee for 24 hours as well as in room. Definitely will stay again.

I had an emergency and needed a place to stay. I didn't care where it was. Not from Florida and it wasn't far from where i originally was in the begining. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. My son enjoyed the pool best. Even better it was directly across from our room. The price was perfect. I would definately make Heritage Park Inn my #1 staty […] on my next visit to Florida. I drove 6hrs to see my bro who I haven't scene in 5 years. I was tired from the drive and I wanted to sleep. The hotel looks nice on the outside. I get to my room and it looks alright. I pealed back the sheets and there were blood stains on the sheets. I go to the other bed and there were urine stains. I checked out the room further and found the caulking […] was hanging out from the edges of the tub. The tub itself looked as if someone just kicked the dirt off their shoes. I touched the towel rack and it fell out of the wall. IT FELL OUT OF THE WALL. It wasn't even mounted. It was just sitting on a screw. I called for room service to change my sheets. A man shows up walking a dog and hands me the sheets. He didn't even look like he worked there. After a 6 hr drive I had to make my OWN bed. BS. I'm never staying in Heritage Inn ever again. First off I travel a lot and usually go for the under dogs but this hotel is more like a motel. First is I traveled from orange county to orlando to visit my brother and wanted a hotel close to Disney world and the air port. Second I checked in and they said they were booked and only had one room left, ten minutes later my brother comes in to check […] in and he gets a room next to me which was cool of them. After we went out to eat and come back we go in the rooms and thats when we notice the bad things. While we were walking to our rooms the paint on the wall was chipping and the rails for the stairs were loose and rusted. We enter the room to find my room had the locks broken and a broken ironing board and iron. My brothers room had stained sheets and broken towel rack which was funny and sad. When we called to get his sheets replaced the guy comes up walking his dog and just hands him the sheets. He also lied about those stains not being blood and being make up. The pool closes at dusk and they didnt even have lights in the pool. We woke up to people walking by and after we had the terrible sleep we went to look at the pool and the water was greenish!!! I called expedia and had them change me to a holiday inn next to the park and not in the ghetto. This park is 30 mins away from all the parks and another 45 from the MCO airport. The manager offered me to stay for free but I turned it down because my dauther got out at night due to the locks being broken. F- Skaityti daugiau

The staff are friendly. The pool is clean. Close to Heritage Park and restaurants.

Heritage Park is a cheap alternative to the high prices of Kissimmee FL. But you get what you pay for. They are away from dining and tourist attractions. The hotel exterior and maintence needs work, but the beds were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was free, but it is minimal and not fresh.

Inside room shown good cooditions. But need to do some replacement on old towels and do better maintenance on room front door. Looby should be free of Smoking.

Turn on the lights and watch the roaches run. Bathrooms poorly maintained. Not clean. Very disappointed.

I will never stay in this hotel again. First, the pillows were disgusting. It looks like they never clean or bought new pillows in years. We ended up going to Walmart and buying 3 pillows because we were so disgusted with the stains. One pillow even had blood stains! Nasty. The sheets smelled like they had been washed. The carpet is was dirty and stained(looked […] like blood!). The towels were all dirty looking and dingy. Next time I'll pay an extra $20 and stay somewhere else. Never again! The exterior of the blood needs some serious work. The pool was not working... the water was black! It lists a playground but there is no playground - looks like they removed it. There was a huge water leakage right in front of the stairs so we had to jump this huge pool not to get our clothing or shoes wet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL! Skaityti daugiau

This was a clean hotel with a nice pool for relaxing. We were down there to visit friends so we did not take in any of the sites so no idea on the tourist apsect of the hotel. The only downside was there was no hotel bar.

Everything was pretty much average, breakfast was poorly organized and food was terrible along with coffee. Hotel is a good for a one stop deal. Front end personnal needs to be more helpful. Pool needs help. But on a average it was close to where we wanted to be for business.
