The hotel was amazing and even the casino was fun with comfortable play time - but the hotel is a bit far from the strip - desperately need a shuttle service. There was no complementary water in the room; but everything else was just amazing.

After arriving late and not getting the type of room I had reserved, the hotel upgraded our room. We got a pool view at no extra cost. I purchased the room that came with extras and it was so worth it. We had discount coupons to use throughout the hotel. We had such a great time on our trip, we will definitely stay there again next time.

This is good hotel to visit for who wants to be feel the soul of Lock! Definitely NOT for family and normal couple!!!!! We are so irritated by crazy neighbor who goes crazy till 5:30am!! There is non smoking king bed room and there was connected door btw our room and next room. The noisy came direct thru that door! It was horrible!! The sink plumbing […] was bad! Pleased except for check out. Waited over 15 minutes in line while one employee helped another guest and the other stacked cards. There were several people in line and it was 6:30 in the morning.

I used to love to stay at the HRH... Will not stay their anymore. Service was lack of and the Hotel looked dirty. The rooms and the hall ways were not very clean. The bathroom sinks never work well anymore. They also look very dirty... They are stainless steel and need to be cleaned up.... The best thing about the hotel is the Cafe... Great food and […] service and very convenient. It all started with the valet. There were only three cars and it took for ever to get to us and they did not even welcome us. Same happened at check in. Then we had meetings in the morning and came back to the room at 3 pm. Not cleaned by the maids. This is my last time at the HRH... We had a king suite over looking the pool. A large sitting room and bar, and a large bedroom with big comfortable bathroom. Truly a remarkable place to unwind. The guy that checked us in was extremely friendly and there was no line waiting. Hard Rock is the hidden diamond in the rough as far as the Strip goes. the room and the pool was the best part. the bed was great and the view wasn't too bad, i saw part of the trip but seeing vegas from the 15th floor was great. the pool was fun and realizing. although what was bad was the souvenir cup i got. there was noooone to extremely little alcohol in my drink, not even a buzz nothing. so i companied and couldn't […] even get another drink and they were very rude about it. i paid 30$ to not feel anything. is was not cool at all. Another disappointment was the fact that shopping wasn't really available and she shops they did have was extremely ever priced so that wasn't fun. and the gambling was fun but there were no waitresses i only saw two the whole time i was there in the main part. i waited 30 minutes before i had my first drink. not fun there either. We checked into our room late and the hotel desk noticed that we were very tired. He without hesitation, upgraded us to a hotel suite that was close to the desk and quiet. The room was very well appointed and the bed was wonderful. Plenty of amenities and the overall experience was very satisfying. I travel to Las Vegas twice monthly on business and […] this was my first stay at the Hard Rock. I will be staying here again and again. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower wouldn't even drain and seemed like it hadn't for some time by the buildup. The general appearance of the guest room floors made me feel like I was staying in a cheap motel. The room smelled like a pack of cigarettes also it was so dark the lights weren't working well the room sertvice food was watery and horrific I won't ever stay there agin I'd only go to hard rock for Rehab

I knew of the additional $44 fee they charge, but it ended up being close to $70 on top of the $380 for 2 nights. We were told we were "upgraded" to a room in the paradise tower. I'm not sure how true that was considering we were put on the 15th floor with no windows that opened. That was one of the hotel features I was looking forward to. I'm a fan […] of fresh air. The pool was awesome for a younger crowd, but don't buy drinks there! $30 for ONE mixed drink. I know it's Vegas, but that's ridiculous. Their club Body English was lame. Even the free drinks couldnt keep my friends and me there.The room was clean and in really nice condition, but with it being a mile from the strip it was just overpriced in my opinion. Did I have a good time? Yes. Was the room nice and clean? Yes. Would I stay here again? Probably not. When your in Vegas the strip is the place to be. Our stay at The Hard Rock was once again fabulous. The rooms are very clean and the pillows are so comfortable. Great atmosphere!

This was a great hotel for me to stay in on my business trip and I will stay here again. The rates I got were great and the parking was easy compared to a lot of other hotels here in Las Vegas. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Had high expectations and was disappointed. Service was mediocre, noise level was understandable (because it's Hard Rock) but still overdone. I suppose I can check it off the bucket list...

The price of water is a bit ridiculous, but if you're attending a show at one of their music venues, staying here is a no-brainer. Also, I think the bed is the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. Anywhere. It's like sleeping in a cloud.

I have stayed at almost every hotel in Vegas and this was the worst experience I've had. The room was never stocked properly, the room service was awful and our orders were consistently wrong, the A/C in the room didnt work and the TV was broken. Rooms were clean , can't say the same about the rest of the hotel. Service was good , Mr. Lucky's was great.

Loved the room - especially the comfortable bed. Our room overlooked the pools and the full length windows opened which was very nice. The staff was very good. Casino is smaller than those on the strip but a nice variety of games. Shuttle to strip every hour, but it was about a 20 minute walk so we just walked - nice bit of exercise.

For some reason I havent had a good expereince with Hard Rock, our room was 15 min from the front desk and they werent very helpfull in helping us figure out where the room was. We also had to pay some fee of 22.00 that we didnt know about up front. Like wise we booked a king and got two queens instead. The reason this is a big deal is, Im 6'7" tall […] so I need a king. The stay was nice. I really enjoyed the complimentary day-bed by the pool. It was perfect and exactly what I was there for. The room was a little worn, but the bed, pillows, and comforter made up for it. I was a little disappointed that the Fuel Cafe closed early and there were really no options for a quick grab and go or fast-food available. I loved the vibe here and the room was incredible. Only thing is that if you have a pool view, be ready for late night music from the various parties. I had a great stay here and I think it just might be my new favorite Vegas place to stay. The rock and roll vibe was awesome.

the pool view is worth the few bucks .... especially on a busy weekend. that being said, their "restrictions" on pool wear was very suspect. a person with the same bulls jersey I had on got in and I did not. maybe it's because of my "tan". that really bothered my experience to a overall great hotel

We stayed at the hardrock for a bachelorette party memorial weekend. The rooms were way overpriced For what you get. we payed a 1000 for the weekend for a basic room with a view of the air conditioning and trash. The crowd was very ghetto screaming yelling in the halls pounding on our room door visitors were smoking weed in the halls. We tried to call […] security when people were pounding on our doors and they didn't answer!!! Beach life and rehab are way over rated why should we have to stand in a mile long line to be surrounded by millions of people who aren't even staying at our hotel and pay 30 dollars a drink. Two things I can say great was valet was awesome (Fox) in particular he was awesome... And from the bell boys (Jerry) was the best. Other than that I can't say much good about the place.. I expected more as it was very nice in the hotel photos. The Casino Towers that I stayed in was a little dodgy but the paradise towers that my friend stayed in was a lot nicer.

The BEST hotel to stay at for Memorial Day Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend. The REHAB pool party is an unforgettable experience!

Room was not very clean... hallways all smelled.. hotel was overcrowded to the point where you had to squeeze your way through the hallway on the first floor just to get out. Staff varied from disinterested to rude. I've stayed in half a dozen large Vegas hotels and this by far the worst. I strongly suggest avoiding it -- there's a ton of much better […] options. I will never stay here again. The rooms had a nice decor but the staff seemed to always be irritated except the maintenance man . It's away from the strip, so it's not an ideal location and it's not surrounded by eateries so your constantly taking a cab. Overall I didn't enjoy my stay but it worked fine for a place to lay my head for the weekend

We have stayed at HRH 3 times in the last 4 trips we have taken to Vegas and we won't go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful and since its located off the Strip, the atmosphere is much better. Plus, there's always some awesome music playing! We love HRH! Can't wait to stay here again!!

Couldn't use the hotel pool at leisure, horrible crowds of people partying uncontrollably on the premises, the rehab party on Sunday made us unable to use the gym, pool, and we couldn't even walk through the hall to get out. We were in the paradise tower' a 15 minute walk from the entrance and so far away. Drunk people all over the halls, pushing and […] fighting, the restaurants were packed and service horrible, and we couldn't even reach anyone at the front desk on the phone or by waiting I'm insane lines. The employees assumed we were vagabonds from the rehab party and it was impossible to get service. What a joke. And facility fees on top of it all? The wireless didn't even work!,, so disappointing. Here's a tip. Broadcast the music from the pool on a tv channel so at least if you have to hear the beat through the windows you can listen to the music in your room. Skaityti daugiau
