very nice room, close to to many restaurants and shuttle service for limited areas wa s great, did not need to go further than they would take us. Room was set up very nice.

I am in the Orlando area several times a year for business. This is ALWAYS my first choice for a hotel. It is conveniently located near the airport, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. It is also tucked back away from the main road so it is quiet. The hotel seems to be fairly new. I thought it was great. Spacious king room, with a fridge, very clean, and a very helpful staff. Rick, from the front desk greeted us, answered all our questions, he was great! The location was close to the airport, and restaurants, as well as a Walmart. Rick even directed us to a reasonably priced gas station.

It was a very short stay for us. We arrived late due to plane delays at 3:00 am, but the night clerk was very kind. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel was convenient and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Away from the hustle & bustle of the Orlando area, yet not too far from the attractions (we spent our time at Universal & Island of Adventure). For me, it was worth the extra drive time.

Very conflicted review here....Location and hotel staff were perfect. The whole hotel smells musty with a strong de-odorizer smell that try's to cover it. The room was the worst. Our family of five fit the room but we couldn't sleep because all our sinuses were trying to adjust. Breakfast was great. The hotel ventilation must be out of whack.

Have never stayed at a Hyatt Place before and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Friendly airport shuttle driver. I arrived well before check in time and front desk made me quite comfortable in the lobby while the worked on getting a room. Plus I requested a quieter room, being Orlando and not traveling with children we were concerned about […] the noise factor. We were placed on a higher floor and except for the lobby we did not hear a peep. The one suggestion I would offer is to make it a bit easier for those who wish to take breakfast back to their rooms. I appreciate the lovely set up with real dishes etc but we prefer to avoid crowds in the morning. Granted I did not ask if this was a possibility. Surprisingly good breakfast. Very comfy and clean room. Really enjoyed our stay!! Close to outlet mall and other great shopping.

This is a very nice place to stay very near the airport in Orlando. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and they seem to enjoy their jobs and making sure you have a great stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I recommend it and for sure consider staying there again.

Very pleasant, cozy but yet stylish. Conveniently close to the airport in nice surroundings. Free parking and very nice buffet breakfast (which was included to the room price!). 24/7 food room service. Highly recommend. Very good price level of quality.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Within 15 minutes of arriving in our room, the front desk called to make sure that our room was to our satisfaction. Although we left too early to indulge in the free breakfast, it appeared to be one of the best set-ups and selection of hot and cold foods than we have ever seen at a hotel that includes […] breakfast. We only stayed for one day/night & were very impressed with this hotel! We used the shuttle 3 different times: 1. to be picked up from airport, 2. to go out for dinner & 3. to get rental car. We were suprised at how big our room was with the pull out l-shaped sofa! The food was outstanding & many options for breakfast. We also had to call room service […] twice, once for towels & once for blankets & before I could even hang up the phone....they were at our door. Would recommend & plan to stay there again!! I really had high hopes for this hotel. Normally the Hyatt is a great place to stay. They didn't clean our rooms very good at all. The bathroom tub was nasty, rusted and old. The hallways smelled like smoke (we had a non smoking room/floor) and the cleaning staff just seemed as if they didn't care. i just feel like the hotel needs a rennovation! This was a pleasant surprise, having never stayed at a Hyatt Place before. Spacious and comfortable, with a great wait staff! The breakfast was well proportioned and plenitful, as well as being open later than most. If I had one complaint, the entrance is not well marked so make the turn at the fork in the road to get to the entrance!

The hotel was nice enough and the staff members were very helpful but the room smelled of mildew and was one of the accessible rooms which are a bit clunky.

We stayed for one night on December 15 upon arrival in Orlando. The staff were exceptional in attending to all our needs. A very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The room itself was clean, comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children for one night. The location was excellent in proximity to the airport. A bit pricey but definitely a first class place. Everything was top notch. Staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. If you're not trying to pinch penneysh, this is the place for you.

Consistent in everything, stayed there five times this year. Staff great and good snacks and food for traveler too tired to go out. Van picks you up right away and runs frequently

Only one night. Staff were perfect as was the hotel. Would definitely stay again.The hotel and staterooms were clean and welcoming. Location near the airport, excellent for one night. If we go again to Orlando would stay there again even if it was for a longer period then this time.

I've travelled with my family (wife and two kids). The staff are very kindness. Check-in very quickly and efficient. The room are nice and roomy. Continental breakfast is nice too. Only complain is about shuttle between airport and hotel. We've wait a long time....

It was a good airport hotel. The room was clean, although it felt a bit in need of a complete refurbishment. Nothing was very worn, but everything felt kind of stuffy. There was a horrible burnt smell in the hallway of the floor we were on, but the room and lobby were fine in that regard. It was very convenient having food available in the lobby. We only stayed one night, before taking a cruise, but it is very convenient to the airport with free 24hr shuttle. There is also a free hot breakfast with good selection. The room itself was OK, the bathroom was not as updated as we like, but clean.

The Hyatt was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. My only "complaint" was that they did not have laundry facilities on site. Having just come back from a cruise, I allocated that day to clean my clothes before getting on a plane home the next day.
