Excellent staff! Very helpful even before we checked in I THOUGHT I had made a reservation on line but could not remember where. The desk clerk on duty called around to all the local hotels to find out which one - all responded negative - so we booked there! good location, comfortable rooms.

I must say, I was skeptical at first. I have been burned a few times with outlandish deals from big chain hotels but this hotel is all it claims. Great room size, amazing bed/linens, staff was actually friendly and engaging. I did shave off a point or two for the dirty AC filter but for once there were no stray hairs on the bathroom floor. It was easy to locate of the freeway. The room was very nice and clean. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately suggest this hotel to anyone and stay there again. The breakfast was great;what a variety. All this and for a very reasonalbe price.

Very pleasant. Only objection I had was at the Continental Breakfast we were supplied with plastic cutlery otherwise everything else was fine.

breakfast tables not clean. early morning outside traffic noise was loud. parking was crowded.

The quality of service from the front desk was the best, they were friendly, cooperative and very accomodating, very helpfull. They made us feel good and we do appreciate that, unlike most hotels elsewere, were the service desk is usually mediocre at best, this was very diferent and very pleasant. Thank you.

Hotel is nice and spacious. Breakfast is awesome; especially the waffles. Good place to stay if you are en-route to visit the Giant Sequoia.

Very please with the hotel, friendly and helpful staff,clean and spacios rooms. Breakfast was included and they had a good variety of food including differents kind of coffes,pastries,waffles,eggs,potaoes,oatmeal,cereal pretty much a full breakfast .Definitely will stay again if I need to.

Very good breakfast, happy hour and cheese and veggie platters in the afternoon a good touch. Clean room and bathrooms. Overall all was really good

I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The Ice machine on our floor was out of order.

The staff was very nice and our stay there was very nice. If I ever need to stay somewhere near Tulare then this will be the place!! Customer service means everything an they were very nice.

I thought it was a wonderful hotel. I liked everything about it. It was so easy to find and so close to all services. The breakfast was just unreal...most hotels you barely get coffee, much less a full hot breakfast. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms with all the gadgets you need to plug in your phone, laptop, etc. Nice large bathroom well appointed with everything you need. The window opens for fresh air and there's a Ceiling fan. The hotel staff were marvellous,nothing seemed too much trouble not even a very stroppy little american man.Very close to a large shopping mall and a nice selection of eateries,( We can recommend Cool Hand Lukes for huge steaks and good service.) Overall a very nice place to stay,minor problem with wardrobe door which we coped with.

I stayed in alot of hotels by far the best ive ever stayed in value wise. Clean, frienndly, Good beds, nice linen, and the best breakfast for a budget motel ever

This was a just above average hotel with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Rarely heard other guests. However. Ran out of breakfast before 8am. Luckily the IHOP was next door. Defeats the purpose of FREE BREAKFAST, though. Difficult to turn left out of driveway.

exceptionally clean. friendly staff, above average free hotel breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes). movie theatre next door, lots of places to eat nearby, right off the freeway. Good value. microwave and sink in room. definitely better than other lodgings in its class.

This is one of my favorite hotels for the value. It is a well built, meaning sounds don't easily travel. The staff is very professional and the rooms are quite pleasing. One of the best values when looking for an overnight stop on my way up or down the coast. There is an ihop next door, although there is breakfast included.. more than a continental, […] although they do not serve hot eggs. They do serve make your own waffles, biscuits with gravy, fruit, cereals, pastries, etc...I have stayed here at least 6 or 7 times over the last 3 years. And, I will continue to go back.
