Great hotel and great staff ! Very very very clean ! No complaints that i could think of had everything i needed and more ! Great sitting area in room for long hours on the computer !

Motel was all around fine. The queen rooms are pretty small, but the king rooms are OK. No fridge in room that was a bummer.

A good night's sleep for a reasonable price. I especially appreciated the complimentary in-room internet access. The room was clean. The breakfast was hot and tasty. What more could you want for the money?

Old, old and dreary. You would think Holiday Inn would be more interested in presenting quality throughout their line instead of letting the small town locations go into decline for lack of upkeep. This will make me think twice before booking Express again.

Had a great time @ the indoor pool. Room was nice and clean. Bowling alley right across the street.

Only problem was that while I requested and received a designated "no smoking" room, my room still had some smoke smell (possibly from room above or below).

We stayed here while visiting friends and going to a wedding. We arrived late and the manager on duty told us about coffee and a newspaper. The room was clean and neat. The air was already on and the room was nice and cool after a long trip in 100 degree weather. The management went out of their way to make sure were were comfortable. The pool was nicely […] heated and the hot tub was hot bout not overly so. The breakfast buffet had several kinds of cereal, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, juice and several other things.They even had a machine that made fresh pancakes while you waited. Great place and Customer Service! I had accidentally booked a smoking room and they were able to quickly change my room for me. Clean and comfortable stay with great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. This was the first time that i've stayed in a hotel and the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep through the night. The hot bar breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.

Hotel was awesome, especially for the kids. The pool area also had an indoor water park/wet area the kids really enjoyed, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

It was a nice hotel. Very clean vestibule. The night before, they had been completely booked, so they were behind in their cleaning. No problem! Not all the linens in our room were removed. A little icky, but not a huge problem. The door-key reader on the outside didn't work, so, even though we parked there for our room, we did still have to walk around […] to the front. And when another review mentioned motorcycles, I thought it was just a one-time event. Many, many motorcycles. Fortunately, most were very cool about not revving their engines too early or too late. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff decided to rev their vacuums at 7:30 Sunday morning... Overall, not a bad place to stay, but I may not book again. Skaityti daugiau

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was very appealing and tasty. My family would recommend this hotel when visiting Harrison, Arkansas. We will definitely stay there again when visiting in the future.

The hotel was attractive and well maintained. The employees that I spoke to were helpful and polite. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The steam iron provided by the hotel was defective but was replaced with a new one within 5 minutes for my mentioning the problem to the staff. I consider this a plus. Check in was fast, both clerks were super nice, the room was in great shape, beds comfortable, breckfast was delicious, loved having fresh fruit readily available to eat when we checked in. My husband and I wanted to get away from life for a night and this hotel was the perfect getaway! The staff was super friendly, everything was very clean, and the accommodations were fabulous! We plan on coming back very soon!

Any guest during this time had better love motorcycles! The 40+ bikes on site virtually took over the hotel. Since it was not raining, I'm not sure why so many of them had to park under the awning in front of the main entrance. It was like running a gauntlet everytime we came and went. Our checkout time was extended so that we could take pictures and visit for awhile with our graduate, daughter and younger grandson. Certainly appreciated that.

The best part of our stay was most defiantly the hotub downstairs. It was quiet and sooo relaxing. Hotel offered a wonderful breakfast each morning with hot coffee in the lobby 24/7. If we are in the area will defiantly go back.

The only two complaints we have is that it seems whenever we stay, there is a baseball tournament in town and the rowdy teenage guys stay there. The other problem we had this time was when we tried to call the front desk. We tried 3 times, ten rings each and no one answered. When I asked the desk clerk she stated she was by herself, had to deal with […] a couple and the manager was also asking her to do things. That would make me assume the manager was there. Our room was very clean, we did have an issue with ants on the thrid floor and they promptly moved us to the 2nd floor. The breakfast was wonderful. the pool suana and hot tub were great. we were well taken care of , especially by the night manager, with whom we quickly shared many laughs and stories. he took real good care of us with snacks and basically anything we had a need for. the heated pool and jacuzzi were great. hanging out in the lobby was actually fun as other guests, who were also out for the holidays, shared in the holiday […] cheer. 24/7 on teh coffee area was great, as were the all you can eat warm cookies and delicious popcorn. yummy... my compliments to the night manager, for taking good care of all of us throughout our stay and making us feel at home. maybe our paths will cross again when he travels to where we live and visits with us. This is our 2nd stay here in Harrison. We are repeat visitors, as we have family in town. I will likely continue to use this Holiday Inn on future visits as well. The staff is always helpful (we've had to call for a crib at midnight and they brought it immediately), breakfast is much better than the typical donuts and coffee (although my husband feels […] their coffee leaves something to be desired). It is always clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a room with two queen beds this time. Last stay, we had a king which included a pull out couch, and small kitchen area.
