we enjoyed the reliability of this Hampton Inn. Super breakfast, clean quiet room. Nice pool although we did not use it.

This is a lovely Hampton Inn, newly renovated with amenities I didn't expect. I did not expect to be able to purchase a light meal and heat it. This may be because the Inn itself is not right on the main road near restaurants so you can't walk next door. However, the staff provided menus of places that would deliver. I made my reservation while in […] the car, arrived and checked in easily. Staff was friendly and helpful. What can I say? I've never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn. This was no exception! Great room, great service, great breakfast... Stay here!

Great facility. Easy access on and off the highway. Great friendly staff and above average included breakfast

My son had a two-day soccer tournament in Hagerstown. The entire team stayed in this hotel. The staff was so nice that they allowed us to check in early on Saturday after our first game, and stayed late before our championship game in the afternoon on Sunday. Our boys had a good rest, and won the championship !
"Good value, not recomended for family travel"
The hotel itself was fine but the staff wasn't very pleasant. We were traveling for a sporting event and our children were made to feel unwelcome. Good place for adult travel, not recomended for families.

We arrived after a long day of travel and were greeted by several friendly attendants at check-in, which took less than 5 minutes for three rooms. The facilities were clean and well-kept, and later on in the evening I received a phone call from the front desk to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
