We drove over to Miami from Tampa Bay to watch a Miami Heat game. The hotel's location was perfect. We walked up to block to catch the free bus to the arena. Walked back after the game. Next day had great time in South Beach and dining, people watching on Brickell Avenue. Had late night cocktails in the hotel. JW Marriott in Brickell has been our first option hotel in the area for all our International Executives......but lately, JW Marriott is not matching his quality with the pricey rooms. The hotel main desk was very busy when I arrived. The line was very long and slow moving, however a quick comment to a bell hop was able to get someone to hurry things along. This translates into great service in my opinion. After that eveyone was very helpful.

Wonderful staff, great view of city and bay....Room was large and well appointed, plenty of hat water and lovely shower!

It could be better, towels bad quality and do not provide adequate amount

Won't disappoint. Beautiful hotel, helpful staff and convenient location. Only disappointment was that hotels.com told me verbally that the room came with free parking and free wifi, when the final bill came I was charged $29 per day for valet parking as they don't offer self-parking. Thanks hotels.com!

The staff of the hotel were amazing; extremely polite and very sophisticated. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Miami area.

Hotel staff was friendly. The only downside was the tv and internet was broken when we arrived. They fixed it in a hour. Pool, spa, and gym was also nice.

Front desk staff was extremely rude especially Jennifer. The staff needs to be trained on customer service. I found them very disrespectful and not great at communicating with customers. No staff at pool which was dirty with cigarette butts. No towels at pool.

Good Hotel, however poor location and view as well as the surrounding area is still under construction so the roads are not in a very good condition.

Went to Miami due to work. Stayed at JW Marriott Miami because it was next to the place where I will be holding meetings and working. The stay was, as usual, excellent. Good service and the personnel there was very attentive. That is why I like to stay in this hotel and will be there the next time that I have to go to Miami.

The JW Marriott on Brickell was a really well appointed hotel. Everything from the lobby to our room was emaculately clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was comfortable. Other than noisy neighbors at 4am, the stay was perfect!

Very well located in Miami's Downtown. Excellent installations and a great room for the price. Nice restaurants close to the hotel, walking distance.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and i loved it. The Customer service were really nice and always will to help me. I will stay at the hotel next time i go to Miami. I recommend it to anyone.

On arrival at the hotel I tried to order Champagne, Flowers and Chocolates but with no luck, Reception sent me to the Concierge, the Concierge told me to call room service and room service told me to speak to the Concierge, I finally got part of what I ordered, after complaining to room service, I received chocolate covered strawberries and fake Californian […] Sparkling wine. Affordable upscale hotel within walking distance of my meeting. Staff was friendly and helpful. La Terraza restaurant provides a decent variety for lunch.

JW Marriott is a classic hotel for business in Miami, less expensive than similar offerings, great location and easy access. Beware of valet parking it is VERY expensive.

Un excelente servicio por parte del personal, sin embargo ciertos detalles que para la categoría de hotel son inaceptables, como por ejemplo: La alfombra del lobby estaba un poco sucia y muy desgastada; las alfombras de los pasadizos y cuartos requerían una limpieza pero principalmente necesita reemplazar el sistema de apertura de […] puertas e ingreso al ascensor ya que las llaves magnéticas no las detectaba ni el ascensor ni la puerta. Es mi elección siempre que viajo a Miami de negocios. Tiene una excelente ubicación, cómodas y modernas habitaciones, valet parking y los desayunos son muy buenos. Realmente lo recomiendo!

Hotel has great and personal service. We has a great experience all the way. The bed was awsome and rooms a good size. The location is more for the business traveller, but only a 15 walk from bayside mall. Some Cafés and restaurants even closer. The brewery restaurant next door was an excellent casual eatery.
