The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. When the internet went down - the manager offered me his own computer. The bathrooms could use re-grouting or updating, but it's a good hotel - and due to the location, I would stay there again.

The staff at this hotel is what made the difference for us! It seems like customer service is a lost art, but not here. Every person was pleasant and attentive. Any request has handled quickly, efficiently and without fuss. My child was even told by a staff member that they were so happy she was enjoying the indoor pool and they were glad we were staying […] there. Very nice staff. Bathrooms could use some updating. Noise level was pretty high. I think the hotel had lots of teens that weekend and this caused lots of door slamming in the middle of the night. Other than that it was great and would return.

the older gentleman at the front desk when we checked in (2/16/13) and the cleaning lady (2/17/13) (she had a ponytail and glasses) were super friendly and kind. the other workers we came in contact with were not friendly at all. the cleanliness of the hotel was great but when I took a shower, I barely had hot water and there was no water pressure. […] other than those issues, my group enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The only complaint we have is that after a long day of activities my in-laws were unable to get into their hotel room. They eventually figured out that they had been unknowingly moved to another room without an explanation that made sense. We always stay at this hotel when we go to Hot Springs. It's a great location, has a nice small pool, and a great breakfast included! The place is always cleans and smells clean.

The hotel was one of the best in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The hotel was conviently located to everything, nice indoor pool, a newer property, and very clean.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The pool doesn't close until 11 and the towels are in the pool area instead of having to ask for extra towels. We would definitely stay here again.

The room and beds were comfortable. The a/c was cold, the pool was a good temperature. and the breakfast was better than most free hotel breakfasts. Real eggs, sausage that tasted like real sausage and biscuits better than I can make at home!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was close to attractions and convenience because you were on the main strip.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable with a good breakfast. My problem was trying (as soon as I checked in) to cancel the second night. I will not go into the details but if you have not booked directly with Comfort Inn, make sure you will not need to cancel.

When I checked in, the man behind the desk was very condescending and rude once he saw that I had gotten my room through Expedia. He told me I should have gone directly to the hotel website and I would have gotten a better price. when I inquired about places to go to bathe in the hot springs, he told me I probably wouldn't get in anywhere and I should […] have planned ahead as it was late in the day. I did get in somewhere even after that cheering pep talk from the desk person. Also, it was the only hotel that didn't have a luggage trolley available when we checked in. His response was, "If it's not over there, someone else is using it." Not, "I would be happy to call you in your room when one is available." Not the best customer service. The rooms were pretty nice, but not soundproofed very well. We had very noisy neighbors with young children. I won't be staying at this particular hotel again. Skaityti daugiau

Hotel was clean but somewhat out of the way , had to go through downtown traffic to get to most destinations. No hot water for shower on the first morning of our stay, but they did get it fixed that same day. Breakfast was nothing special, opted for IHOP the last morning of our stay instead of theirs. Over all happy, however my name was backwards when i got there so it took about ten minutes to find my reservation. the numbers on the email didnt help find it either.

The experince was pleasant overall but workout room was subpar. The elliptical had a broken left leg. Customer services were excellent.

The Comfort Inn & Suits in Marion, was nice, clean and the continental breakfast was good; The Comfort Inn & Suits in Hot Springs, Ar, was very clean, very comfortable bed and a very good continental breakfast...; we got there about 3 h before the time to check in and they accomodated us right the way. Very friendly people and we will stay there again […] ! I cannot say the same thing about Quallity Inn in West Memphis..it was clean, the breakfast was horible...and not friendly people there at all; the lady that was there in the morning of April 2nd 2011, was not friendly at all; the little food they had there for the continental breakfast was horible and mostly gone by 8.45 am; the lady that was there, was barely moving and she seems she did not care at all... We had a great experince at this hotel. All the staff was very nice. We were even given complimentary tickets to the horse races and the Sunbelt tournament that was going on while we were in town. The Contenital breakfast was very good and they had plenty of everything you'd want to eat. Would definitley recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and quick. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. I would definatly stay here again.

There was construction going on during the stay. They also put us in the middle of a group of young kids who were running up and down the halls all night. The construction people were nice but it was noisy and their was a strong odor from there products.

Excellent place to stay. Off the main highway. Excellent complimentary breakfast (even sausage and eggs!). Rooms are nice. Would definitely stay there again.

At check-in everything looked great, until we got to the room. For the cost of the room we were expecting there to be a mini-fridge and microwave, but neither were present. What was present for the entire stay was a very unpleasant moldy smell. After saying something to housekeeping, the made kindly cleaned the air conditioning filters, unfortunately […] this didn't help. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The only other thing I would like to add is that on the day of check out, a different house keeping lady was on duty and she practically kicked us out of the room! Check out time is 11am, she came by the room 4 times between 10-10:30! At 10:30 when she was back for the 4th time, we reminded her that check out was at 11, she said that she would give us a few more minutes! The rest of the stay, breakfast, pool and parking were great, but there are a few things that could use some work. Skaityti daugiau
