This is the least expensive place I've stayed at in decades, but it had the biggest TV (not that we used it), the fanciest shower (with amazing water pressure!), and, most importantly, the best bed I've ever had. Wow!

We loved the hotel, everything was great from staff, to the room, and the continental breakfast, the one thing that would of topped it off is if the pool was heated. We also were not given the correct room because we were told that it was sent over on the fax booking that they received from the site we booked from, but that was okay we were given a […] discount. And they did not also receive the special request. So I am not sure who dropped the ball the hotel or the booking company, however our stay was wonderful. Close to the mall, just 2 freeway exits away and plenty of places to eat. The patio area by the pool was nice and clean. Very pleasant stay, will stay again very soon. Skaityti daugiau

A nice motel for the price and location. I stay in the area twice a month and have been to a number motel/hotels. This one is the best value.

This is a terrific hotel if you need to stay near the Ontario Airport. I was expecting a lot less, given the very reasonable nightly rate. But it was worth twice what I paid. The staff were so nice, sending the van over to get me immediately when I called, and setting up a 5 am departure the next day. The hotel grounds are spacious, with a pool and […] a big green lawn and palm trees. To the north is a beautiful view of the mountains. I wasn't sure what to expect when I made reservations at the Ontario Airport Inn but when I arrived I was pleased. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There were little unexpected extras like the complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and fruit. We even got our choice of chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin cookies for checking […] in and free breakfast. Stayed here to attend NASCAR. The check in/out was quick, The breakfast was decent. The wifi did not work very well and limited TV channels. The area seems safe. 10 min drive to the race track. I would stay here again. OH, they gave me a cookie at check in.

It was by no means the best hotel I've ever stayed in but for the cost, convenience, service and the ability to park my car it was wonderful.

Our bed was very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that my husband ended up sleeping on the floor. When we sat on the mattress, it simply sagged so much it was more like a hammock. We think the mattress was complete worn out. The view from our room was beautiful, palm trees, nearby swimming pool, but two large plate glass windows on the main building […] were broken, giving us the impression the hotel was not well cared for. My stay at the Inn (my second) was again a pleasure. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. The location is conveniently near dining and shopping, as well as Ontario International. I will stay here again without hesitation, and I genuinely look forward to my next visit.

Hotel in need of renovation or at the least routine maintenance. Carpets, paint, elevator (scary), plastic (yuck) cups, marginal breakfast especially for the price. On this trip, we stayed at the competition for relatively the same price with markedly better accommodations.

The hotel is a little old but the keep up is just excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, they even give you cookies at check in. Free breakfast in the morning and free coffee, tea, and fruit all day. The courtyard is beautiful and if it was hot outside when we checked in I would of got in the pool.

I've stayed here two times and I'm very pleased with the friendly customer service. My only complaint is that the 2nd time I stayed over, I did notice some cleanliness issues (e.g., strands of hair on the "clean" hand towels). But the fridge and microwave were clean and in good functioning condition. Also, there are train tracks nearby so you may encounter […] loud train sounds at night. But overall, I was satisfied. I chose this hotel due to the best rating for the price, and to avoid a nasty morning commute due to weather. The outer buildings and door are looking a bit run down, as well as the dated heating units with flimsy controls. The house phone had no audio from the handset, which I reported the next morning. Everything about our stay was great. We were in town for the NHRA Winternationals. Front desk service was very good as well as cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Our hotel choice was based on price and proximity to the convention center in Ontario. I did have trouble when I tried contacting the hotel directly to make a reservation. I was hung up on 4x. I gave up and went to Hotels.com, booked for the same rate and printed out my receipt. Check in was quick and friendly, even offered a complimentary cookie. They […] do have a pretty good continental breakfast with a waffle maker and other regular cont breakfast items. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER: Remember that the executive building is completely non-smoking. Not on the balcony or just outside the building. Well located near Ontario Airport. It has security and barriers to protect your vehicle from a not too safe neighborhood. At the entrance they advertise with gigantic letters $59 per night, and prolonged stays, if you paid more makes you feel cheated, if you're bringing a date makes you look cheap. PROS: Conveniently located off freeway, courteous, helpful staff, many little in-room amenities, very comfortable beds. I had a very nice stay at the hotel, everything worked as it had to and the bed and accommodations were very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and had a good amount of options. Only problem I had was that it was supposed to be 6 miles from Chino Hills center (according to this website), but it appears that it was 6 miles if you drew a straight […] line from this point to the hotel. The rooms are simple but clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. Within a few minutes of shopping and some attractions. It's not luxurious or anything, but the Ontario Airport Inn is a very decent hotel.

I stayed over night at this hotel. Clean rooms, upgraded bathroom and tubs. Comfortable bed, big screen TV, in room coffee & hairdryer. Everything you could possible need for an overnight stay. I booked the room about 1 hr. before arriving. The staff was very professional and helpful.
