We had a great experience. We even showed up in the middle of the night and they welcomed us like it was 4 in the afternoon. Our room was large and it was quiet for being so close to the airport. Pool was a bit too cold for my taste though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They confirmed our flight reservations and printed off the tickets for our return flight. The breakfast was super, such a selection even fresh made waffles. Large room, very clean and comfortable. Very close to airport but we were not disturbed by noise. It was very nice that there is a Denny's right across the […] parking lot! The hotel was nearing completion of a remodel and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was the only thing that was lacking. It was a low end continental breakfast to me. The staff was great and the room was great and there is a Denney's across the parking lot if you want a real breakfast.

We stayed at the best western inn plus peppertree airport inn for one night. Pulling up to the hotel we noticed it was under renovation,the main entrance was closed and relocated. The parking lot was very poor lit. When we checked in the staff was very friendly but we were given a wrong room TWICE! First a double when we had booked and payed for a king, […] then we got a room that had someone else's belongings in it so the third time around we got the right room one floor up and it had a weird cleaning chemical order but we got over it. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Nice bed and TV, loved the pillows. Bathroom seemed small. We loved the 24 hr complimentary shuttle service to the casino. Also liked that there is a Denny's across from the hotel and a convience store. A major con for us was that the fire alarm went off around 230am and was told we needed to evacuate, as we were walking downstairs we found out it was a false alarm and were told to go back to our rooms. We called front desk and they didn't know why alarm went off and thought that maybe someone had pulled it. This was a HUGE inconvience for us and we complained to front desk next morning at check out but they seemed not to really care! They just said ok thanks for letting us know. Also we were awaken by construction very early. Overall our stay was just ok for what we needed it for. I would stay here again if for 1night. I would rate the hotel 3.5 out of 5 staff very friendly. The hotel is really hard to fine and is under construction.This made it difficult to park.I would stay away until it is done.

The hotel is remodeling. We were next to the elevator and the bell was disturbing as were the pounding feet and the clunk of suitcases. It seemed as if the door was open and all the noise came in. In the room the refrigerator buzzed and hummed loudly. The sink is in the room and the bath toilet area is small. The room accommodations were great. The room we were assigned the conditioner dispenser did not work, but staff fixed it right away. The only bad part of my trip was the day I was going to check out, we went down for breakfast and they had run out of eggs and sausage, I asked the employee on duty if there would be any more, and he answered in a bad […] mood and said its coming cooking okay!!! Ten minutes later I saw him walk over to the microwave and put the sausages in to cook. The overall breakfast provided was disappointing, it did not meet the quality of the room. Skaityti daugiau

we were very pleased with our stay. the room had seating area which was very comfortable. You did not have to sit on the bed to read, watch tv, or visit. The breakfast was very good. I will stay there again.

The supposedly non-smoking room stank of smoke. The elevator carpet was filthy. Otherwise, it was great.

They did a good job and the breakfast was better than most places. They also shuttle you to restaurants which is quite nice when you don't have a car and the only thing close by is a Denny's. My only complaint was that they said they would be there in 4 minutes to pick us up from the restaurant and I had to call after 20 minutes because they still hadn't […] come (the clerk forgot to relay the message to the driver), so it was 30 minutes later that we got pciked up. served it purpose. old hotel not worth what we paid. the bed was comfortable but when we checked in the bed was done in a mediocre manner. Most I woulld pay for this stay is $60.

Room was clean, breakfast was OK, very basic but fit what we were looking for. The exercise room had all of the basic pieces you'd expect and they all worked well.

We had a fabulous stay. Enjoyed the 24 hr. pool as well as the comfortable room. Felt like home , truly appreciated the level of competency

This was a totally delightful experience. Friendly staff and well maintained hotel. It was just what I expected from a Best Western unit. We will certainly stay there again.

We got a great rate thru one of Expedia's special deals where you commit to the rate before you see the hotel name. We had not been to a 'Best Western Plus' before and were pleasantly suprised by the size of room, furnishings, comfort and the Hotel's other amenities. Room was clean. Used the exercise room but not the pool due to time constraints. Easy […] to find justt off the freeway, but did not notice any freeway noise (our room faced away from freeway). Breakfast was great with two waffle makers, cereals, fruit, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, toast, pastries, muffins, bagels, etc., etc. We ate early so did not notice any crowds. First of all, the staff at the hotel couldn't be better. Everything was clean and neat, and the breakfast is wonderful. I had immediate free shuttle service to and from the airport which ran every half hour. Don't be afraid to stay here, folks. Just leave room for me on my next trip.

We stayed in the Best Western after a football game and were pleasantly surprised by how large and comfortable it was. The inside has been remodeled really nicely and the continental breakfast in the am was hearty and filling. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Desk staff friendly, shuttle driver extremely helpful on late night airport run. Pool and hot tub nice, Holly manager very friendly.

We bought tickets for a concert at a nearby casino. We were unsure of the directions to drive there and the very helpful desk clerk informed us they ran a shuttle to the casino every hour. It was great not having to worry about where to park or all of the traffic leaving after the concert. The room was beautiful and clean!

Close to casino where we attended a concert. They offer shuttle service which I would use next time because it was a nightmare getting out of the parking lot after the concert.... 45 minutes. Hotel was great.... staff friendly and breakfast good. I would stay again.

Close to airport, and reasonable priced. Breakfast was good with several selections of cold and hot offerings. Didn't use pool but it looked adequate. Overall good for my overnight use because of a flight out of the airport the next morning.

Very convienient for the airport. We had a late flight and it was a relief to have somewhere we could stay before having to drive 2 more hours to our destination.

I chose this hotel because of the Best Western name and closeness to my mother's home--I was there for Mother's Day. The room was very clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. Although very close to the airport, my room was quiet. I never heard a plane during my stay.

My first impression as I entered the room was, "Wow". It was a very nice up-to-date (large wide-screen, flat TV) modern art pictures on the walls and overall appeal. Besides that everything in the room was just right. A very nice experience with a full breakfast and a nice restaurant across the parking lot to walk to for supper.

The room was clean, exceeded my expectations, weight room was nice, small but nice. Pool was very nice, so was hot tub. Staff was friendly. Overall a great experience.
