Best Western Plus Sovereign Hotel - Keene

Overall the hotel is a bit outdated but well kept. The pub attached was both convenient and our best meal of trip. The amenities of hotel were all there. Excellent rate and would stay again.

The business rooms have a big desk and chair in them with plenty of room to work on most business. The room was clean and the building nice. They didn't however mention they would be working on the building in the hallway in front of my room when they checked me in. That was annoying. The concierges are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Very affordable nice sized room and everyone was fantastic to us. The morning breakfast was kept hot and cold where needed and there were at least 2 staff keeping everything fresh and the area cleaned. Overnight stay. Included breakfast was good and is an important criteria for our selection. Fitness center and pool were good and important to us. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. About 40 mins to Henniker, New England College, our destination. A good value for the money.

I was very pleased with the hotel. I would stay there again if in the area. The fitness room was great, did not use the pool, but it looked great, also.

This hotel by far one of the better ones ive stayed at they had a gym a bar and vending and ice machines on both floors with all the basic stuff needed. They said that they had HBO when I called; my daughter checked in a short time later and HBO wasn't working. It was irritating but otherwise the room was OK.

Pool was out... internet was out... HBO was out.... mold growing on the wall of the bathroom, toliet leaned back and forth.. but the staff was nice.

Very disappointed to find out on check-in that the pool was under construction. First room we were assigned had cobwebs on the tv - we asked for a different room. Staff was very good. Hotel is quite dated and not soundproof at ALL! We had a great time everything you needed was just minutes away .The staff was friendly The room was comfortable . The breakfast was great with plenty to pick from would stay there again . Oh by the way the price was good too.

Was placed at farthest end of hotel away from activities (ie pool & bar). Room was very clean - only downside that bed was super firm and feather pillows were like sleeping on a ball. Don't know if it would be the same in other rooms.

the hotel was great! the only issue i had was the beds were a little too firm for my taste but thats ok. the continental breakfast was fantastic! eggs, sausage, french toast, pancakes, cereal, toast, bagels muffins etc. it was great!! the hotel staff was very nice. next time i come up to keene this is where i am staying

We were very pleased with our recent overnight at this hotel. The place was cozy, clean and well decorated. Rooms were great with a mini fridge and microwave and nice television. The thing we REALLY loved was the heated pool that was ACTUALLY HOT at about 86 degrees, huge and super clean. They are open until 10pm, so our kids were overjoyed. We do wish the bar/pub that is attached to the hotel was actually affiliated with the hotel so we could have gotten cocktails or something, but hey, the free continential breakfast made up for that! The heating system dries ou out. The hotel lobby is quite nice, better than usual. The breakfast quite good, better than many. They take dogs, which is nice and when the people down the hall left their dog in the room to go to dinner, and the dog was yapping incessantly, they went to get the people in the adjoining restaurant and had them deal with […] the situation. We had no problems with our stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were good, reasonable price. The Irish pub in the hotel was really good.

The last time we stayed here they were doing work on the hotel so we didn't know what we would find. What we found was a beautiful hotel. So classy- a great value. Nice people, great breakfast and clean rooms. We'll go back !!

We loved the hotel. It was a great price, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and microwave, which is great if you're staying for more than a quick overnight. We used the indoor heated pool. It was clean and we had it to ourselves. The rooms a clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk are nice and very helpful. The hotel is conviently located about 5 min from main street and all the shops to stroll through. Great restaurant right in the hotel. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone.

My friends and I booked rooms at Best Western and attended the Halloween party at the hotel bar/restaurant. I think I was given a room that was not cleaned when I checked in, but I called the desk and they quickly and graciously fixed the situation by moving us to another room. The rooms are a nice size, the bed was comfortable and the rooms have a […] lot of nice amenities such as a small microwave and a mini fridge. On the down side, the hotel has sliding doors that open to a balcony or the lawn/courtyard that do not work well, the bathroom was small, the food in the bar/restaurant was over priced, and the tv remotes didn’t work well. Best Western isn’t my favorite hotel in Keene, but I do think that it’s a decent hotel that’s usually reasonably priced. I will stay here again and I would recommend it to friends. Skaityti daugiau

our booking was for 2 beds - but were put into a king with a pullout.not what we wanted. the first room - the pullout was broken. the second room the pullout was not made up. pretty frustrating.

I preferred their breakfast they way they did it last year. They pancakes tasted like cardboard and takes too long to spit out one pancake. But, overall the breakfast is still ok.

that place was okay, it definitely needs a makeover. the room was dirty, the shower had hairs on the walls, the interior of the motel and room needs a handyman. the good was the bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was nicely decorated, and had a mini fridge, microwave and balcony. Beautiful bar/restaurant on site. Three issues: 1) Clump of hair on the showerwall 2) patio door to balcony would not lock 3) wires(or something?) under the carpet. Will stay again.
