We chose this hotel based on ratings by other guests. These ratings must have been written by relatives or friends of the hotel. This is simply an OLD HOTEL. They've tinkered with the small stuff and up-graded a few things ...but if you liked the 70's, this hotel is for you.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. We have had some very unpleasant surprises before. I was satisfied with my stay but wanted to point out a couple of issues about the room. The sheets and blankets had a strong odor of clorox. I understand you want to have a sanitary environment but the lemon clorox smell was almost overpowering. Bath towels need to be replaced as they were very, very thin. I have used this hotel once a year, for five years. My husband and I were shocked at how it had become a bit shabby in the last year. Our arrival was at 7:30. We and another guest tried to rouse someone to the front desk and the "dial O" number was busy. When she called via her cell-phone, the call connected to someone in the back room. This was our first stay in a La Quinta Inn. We have tried several other hotels in the same area and this was our most comfortable stay. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfy and enough pillow. The staffs are fine. The beds are acceptable. The decor in the room is OK.. The carpet is a little dirty. The breakfast is good.

THis location seems recently remodeled. There was granite countertops in the b/rooms. The rooms seemed wider than most rooms, and all the amenities were there. A hot free breakfast was wonderful.Got to love it.

We were with 2 other couples & the air conditioning units in any of our rooms did not work. Very uncomfortable for sleeping.

I read other reviews and they were all positive - I usually never stay at a LaQuinta property but I was pleasantly surprised at the room and also the free breakfast which saves me alot of time in getting ready to hit the road

Booked two rooms both with queen beds for couple and two teenagers plus grandparents. Very friendly desk service, large clean rooms, comfortable beds and very quiet eventhough the I5 is not far away. When we arrived desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and at our age it was great to have an elevator. The room was very quiet and peaceful, with no traffic noise that my wife or I could detect even though we were relatively close to the freeway. Breakfast was great including scrabbled eggs, sausage, buscuits and gravy, waffles, […] cereal, cranberry, orange and I believe apple juice. Also had bagles. We really appreciated breakfast. It gave a great variety and saved us at least $20.00 a day because we didn't have to purchase breakfast for our family. We also loved the fact we could bring our pet and not pay an extra fee. With money as tight as it is these days it gave us quite a lot...we will use them from now on.

This is the third time I used La Quinta and they never disappoint me. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast is great, room is spacious and comfy, they even provide complimentary laundry - what else you could ask for! We'll definitely choose this hotel whenever we make our trip to Oregon.
