Without a doubt, I had the best customer service ever! Both young men at the counter helped me find a restaurant and told me how to get there. They also helped me with my luggage as I have a disability. I was very impressed. Room had all I needed and was very clean.

Hotel was very close to downtown Seattle, so that made it nice. Room was clean, service was friendly. Good value.

We were treated very, very well by the staff as we have platinum memberships. We've been many times to this Best Western and will return again. It's an easy walk to everything. We highly recommend the new Glass Museum next to the Space Needle.

Construction being done in the surrounding area was noisy and didn't stop until 9 pm in the evening. It was distracting. However, that said our stay was very enjoyable. The service staff was amazing and our room couldn't have been more comfortable.

Daytime building construction noise next door may be a problem for some and the road construction and detours may deter others from choosing this location - otherwise it certainly is centrally located. We have stayed here before and the Seattle Center view had a nicer room - but wasn't available this time.

I was very impressed with hotel staff and how helpful they were. The parking was extra but I felt it was a reasonable price for the location and the breakfast was like a continental style breakfast Buffett that they charge a reasonable price for and kids 11 and under eat free. For me, it was the best place in Seatte to stay. We were close to everything. One block from the Space Needle, Science Center, EMP Museum, Chihuly Glass Garden and the monorail. The monorail took you to within a few blocks of the convention center and the underground link to the international district. The access to the freeway was easy. We stayed at the far end room of the building. Yes, I have 2 sons.(around 10 years old). I think, that's why my room is the end of the building. Only one problem is weak wifi signal.

The hotel is well located just close to the Seattle Center (space needle and museums) and not so far from downtown. Staff is friendly, and they were really helpful when we asked them to switch to a new room because of noise issue. Our was facing the back alley where a refrigerated truck was constantly doing some noise even during the night. Also, the […] hotel is a neighborhood where they were doing some construction work (by end of March 2013)... Rooms are still a bit noisy, you could ear people talking and going in the hallways and TVs from the other rooms even if the sound was not so loud. The outside of the hotel was run down. When we called room service no one answered the phone. I just felt that it wasn't what it advertised to be. There was construction happening outside the window until late at night and started early in the morning.

This was the last of several hotels me and my partner stayed in while in Seattle. Overall, my experience of Seattle and the US was very good and I was impressed with the level of service provided everywhere we went..apart from this hotel. When we arrived to check in we had to wait at least 15 minutes while the only member of staff at reception answered […] the phone to many other customers. They seem more concerned about making new bookings than actually bothering with people once they have your money. We checked in around 6 and as we went to our room passed dirty dishes and trays from room service we were not given the best welcome. However, this only got worse when the same dirty dishes were still unmoved when we came back from the space needle and walking around town at around 11 o'clock!!!! Before checking out we also found moldy food under the chair in our room. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason other than how close you are to the space needle. Skaityti daugiau

Was walking distance from main attractions and convenient for someone to pick me up. Breakfast is a bit of of a rip-off (small choice, extra charge)

Stayed here before. Rooms good size and clean. Close to the Needle and Key Arena. Last time we didn't have to pay extra for parking or for breakfast. This is a shame, as there are other hotels in the area at a similar value that offer a continental breakfast.

PARKING WAS BAD. THE PARKING GARAGE SMELLS PRETTY BAD, ALSO, BUT IT;S BETTER THAN PARKING ON THE STREET.

The location of parking and the added parking fees were the only issue s I had. The price staying downtowne. I just wish all fees were mentioned in totalled fees while booking hotel. I know now not book hotels downtowne. Hotel was fine overall.

New beds and decent amenities in this hotel. Close enough to downtown but the neighbourhood is a little scary. Wouldn't walk back to the hotel at night and there is some construction close by. But the staff were great and we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was decent, staff were accomodating, and held our bags after checkout, so we could see more of the city without lugging our stuff around. Restaurant breakfast was tasty and a great price! Due to construction we had troubles finding the hotel but aside from that the hotel is in a great location. The front desk associates were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It's only a block away from the Space Needle. I would stay here again but beware of heavy road construction in the area.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 2 nights. We are both in our 20s and were just in town for some sightseeing. Good size rooms that were clean. Nothing fancy. Staff was helpful with us checking in late at night as well as responding to our questions about the area. Parking is $15 a day. Buffet Breakfast is $8. Central location for Museums and right […] beside the Space needle. You will probably have to drive if you want to see other attractions such as Pike's Place Market. The rooms were a little cold the first night, we only had a fleece blanket with a sheet but we asked for another blanket the second night. Overall a great deal for staying downtown Seattle. its was good, location to Science center and monorail was excellent, but neighborhood was a little sketchy after dark. the breakfast buffet was a little weak, not worth the money. other than that. its a good hotel.

Very clean and nice rooms, only problem was the heater inside the room didn't work very well and took awhile to heat up! Otherwise was a great stay. Was located very close to Space Needle and from room had an amazing view of Space needle

The hotel was very nice and close to many atttractions on foot. They have a parking gargae if need be. If you choose to stay in one night, the hotel's resturant's food is really good.

Very nice lobby and room is comfortable, but the elevator area looks old and a bit scary. Very close to Walgreens and Seattle Centre. A bit hard to fine because it's "hidden" inside the block. Quite close to highway, so, a bit noisy at night. Oh, and one more thing, the people who stay next door to me is very loud at night, I could hear talking and […] TV, guess the wall are just too thin. Outside parking area is small. Best to park down in parking garage. Great central location to local attractions, including going to and coming back from football game. Very short walk to Space Needle, and local shops and stores make the stay comfortable for snacks for room. Handy location to and from Interstate 5.

We chose this hotel for it's location and the fact that they had a restaurant and bar. We were traveling with 7. Two of the 7 were elderly - one in a diabetic in a wheelchair. Having a food on premise was important the the older travelers. The location was great - a block from Seattle Center. The staff we encounter were friendly, the rooms clean and […] comfortable. The restaurant did a good job with the morning buffet but were under staffed in the evening. We ended up a near by pizza place "Zeeks" which I recommend because while the restaurant had plenty of tables the waiter said they were over their heads, The bar was full. Great location, a few blocks away from the space needle, key arena, and other attractions. Secure underground parking, but costs $15 per day. Room included a 32" flat screen t.v, microwave, and bar fridge. Quiet room and no real noise from outside. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the washroom sink separate (outside of the washroom) […] from the toilet and tub.
