Staff at reception were very helpful. When we checked in we were given a map, plus loads of useful suggestions about what to see and do. All staff were cheerful, helpful and polite, and made the experience enjoyable. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. This hotel is a reasonable 3 star hotel. The rooms are a good size and it has all the normal features you would expect in a hotel this size. There seems to be a steady stream of tour buses which come through here and the breakfast is reasonable. We ended up on level one which was the smoking floor and there was some smoking smell to the room, but reception […] gave us some deodorisor and offered to change rooms on the next night. The room is clean enough (though don't look under the bed it is quite dusty) but needs some colour [everything is decorated with white sheets, including the arm chairs]! There are roller shutters on the windows which allow the rooms to be blacked out and provide some extra security. The hotel is in a good position close to the Metro. One stop to the old town and two the new town and shopping area. Very quick and easy. There isn't a great deal in the immediate area to the hotel and seems quite residential in style, but it is easy to get on the Metro and head into town. Skaityti daugiau

Hotel offers basic service, clean room but mildew starts appearing around tub in bathroom. We had an incident as we were charged for bar consumption we didn't ordered, somebody signed with our last name and room number.

Overall, my stay was acceptable for the price paid. The room was comfortable, clean and updated. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. They have a parking garage (for an additional, reasonable fee) which was crucial because on street parking was metered and very limited in this area. Used hotel as a stop over en route home and was very pleased with our choice. The secure underground parking was excellent and worry free. We are a family of 5 and were given interconnecting rooms - perfect for our needs. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. All in all, a pleasant place to stay. We ate at the pizza place next door on arrival […] which was reasonably priced and was frequented by many locals. The menu offered lots of variety. unkind, unhappy staffs at the front desk, particularly the one , charlotte, she was the worst human being I ever met . I had to remember this name. and the other one didn't even know where the public phones are. ( it is just out side of the hotel). And they don't seem to check your room number at the restaurant. ( so if you happen to stay at this hotel […] and want to have free breakfast why not try? ) and you never know when your room will be cleaned. once the housekeeper opened my door at 9am and the other day they came up at 4 pm. Séjour très agréable. Chambre grande, propre. Des attentions particuliers dans la chambre et salle de bain. Seul bémol et pas des moindres son emplacement... Loin du centre et pas sécurisant.

Hôtel très confortable, notamment au niveau de la literie. Personnel très aimable. Proche de mon lieu de séminaire mais il est très pratique d'aller dans le centre-ville le soir (station de métro tout près)

Hôtel et personnel agréables. Mais attention il y a de la moquette dans certaines chambres et il n'a pas été possible de changer de chambre malgré mon allergie à la moquette, dommage!

Hôtel un peu à l'extérieur du centre de Lyon mais à proximité d'une station de métro (300 m) qui vous dépose en 2 minutes dans le vieux Lyon. Le personnel de l'hotêl est globalement sympathique. Le cadre de l'hôtel est un peu juste pour un 3 étoiles : nous sommes plus proche d'un super 2 étoiles.

Es war schon ganz schön dort, eins hat uns aber gestört : wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse....und in der Nacht haben einige Jugendliche, die wahrscheinlich vis a vis wohnen, sich ziemlich lautstark bemerkbar gemacht !
