The hotel service was fantastic, and the hotel accomodation/facilities were immaculate and the best available. Set in wonderful grounds it was a hit with the whole family and we will definitely be staying at the Ritz again as it made our holiday.

My boyfriend and I left NYC in the madness of Hurricane Sandy and decided to take a weekend trip to Orlando to relax and have some electricity and water for the week. The Ritz was the perfect escape from it all. It's about a 15 minute drive from the airport and all the major attractions, the staff was accommodating, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable […] and the pool is AMAZING. I thought the service in the hotel was great overall. This was a trip for my wife and I and some friends visiting us. While I found most aspects of the hotel to be very pleasant there were a few shocks. I knew there was a fee to park but $18 per day plus tax is a bit steep. $40 for a piece of steak and then a further $11 for mashed potatoes and the […] same for a salad was shocking. $7 for Jello and $4 for a snickers bar, c'mon now that's just rediculous. I never checked out the prices for the mini-bar in the in room refrigerator but I know it would have been shocking. At checkout we received a bill for room service (which we never used) for a pot of coffee delivered to the room, $16.97, call it $17.00 for coffee, really? We questioned it with the lady at checkout who got us a copy of the receipt and it was evident that the signature was not mine. On further checking it appeared that it had been misfiled as the numbers on the ticket was the same number as our room but in different order. I have never stayed in such a nice gracious hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure your every need was met. They greeted you by your name. I will definitely be going back!!

The Ritz in Orlando is a hotel that is good condition and friendly staff. They have balconies on most rooms (if not all) and a beautiful pool. Addtionally, Norman's restaurant located within the hotel is wonderful! I would definitely recommend the hotel.

There is no doubt in my mind that the Ritz Carlton, Orlando Grande Lakes is by far the best hotel choice in the area. The service was impeccable as were the room and all the common areas of the property. We visit Orlando at least once a year and the Ritz is where we will stay again and again.

The Ritz Carlton is a magnificent place to stay. The customer Service is outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel Like every penny you spend is a penny well spent. Whenever I travel without my children My husband and I chose the ritz Carlton. The one and only complaint would be the over priced spa 50 min for $172 is astronomical […] in my eyes. This is a brilliant hotel suitable for everyone. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The grounds are also excellent and so are all the amenities. The freshly made lemonade which was put out each afternoon was a nice touch. You definitely need a car when you stay at the hotel. Had a nice stay for 4 nights. Rooms are very very comfortable. Great place for a long weekiend for a romantic getaway. Service is top notch. I felt the prices in the restaurants and gift shops were way too high. Like a couple eggs, toast, oatmeal, juice, and coffee for two was over $60 for breakfast.

Hotel itself was fine. The quality of service was very average as for such a renown brand. The restaurant was not available (very small and always fully booked). Some of our belongings disappeared by the pool as we left for a short time to have some lunch. All in all not a Ritz level experience.

I don't like overstatements, so I mean this when I say it, Thr Ritz in Orlando was the best hotel experience I've ever had. They treated us like royalty. The hotel was beautiful, the room was outstanding, but the service was the. Best part of the experience.

After a week in a Disney Resort, we decided a change of scenery would be nice. The kids loved the pool and the Ritz Kids programs.
