Greeted by a snobby, rude guy when checking in the night of 5/15/13. That dude alone will keep me away from this location. Druggies lurking in the area. Lady in the morning fixing breakfast doing her best given limited resources (broken toaster, limited space). Bump into people trying to get breakfast - tight quarters.

When we arrived Microtell it was ok. I went to front desk to check in and the person there was tired or something. When we got into room it was outdated but it was clean. Breakfeast that morning was cereal, waffle, bagel, muffin and juice :-) we located close to I-40 and train tracks. Surprised there was no noise. So are stay was ok.

I have been traveling for 40 years. Worst hotel ever, can't believe Wyndham has their name on it.

It's a good place and a quiet place. Nice clean room and sheets, friendly service, easy to check in and out of.

No shampoo and conditioner was placed in the room. The alarm clock was out of function. No tissues were in the box. The room was dead cold. Apparently the air conditioner had been turned on just before I checked in. I couldn't believe this lack of attention to the comfort of their guests. The breakfast was just drinks and bite-size muffins and bagels. […] There were only two small tables to sit at. I had to eat breakfast, standing. In addition, guests were not allowed to use side doors or back doors to the building, even though there were only limited parking lots in the front. There was a warning attached to these doors that guests had to check out at the front desk. There was another warning in the room that if something in the room like towels, a coffee maker or a dryer is lost, they will charge you a certain additional rate. was not impressed by this facility at all, older facility, not maintained very well, broken rusted bench unusable outside entrance.

I have been on a road trip for the past two weeks. I have used expedia for every hotel except one. the mobile booking app wont let you add an extra person to your reservation. Every other hotel didn't make a big deal out of it. This guy at the front desk was very pushy and rude about having an extra person and made me pay an extra 15 bucks cash. Then […] he got upset when I asked about getting a reciept. It was all very shady. When I went into the bathroom there was crap splatter in the toilet! Worst hotel of the trip. Don't go here. Motel was everything we expected and was a very pleasant stay.

The room was nice and clean and great for the price, the staff was nice and helpful. The only thing was, that the breakfast area was too crowded at times and not enough tables to sit at.(only 2 tables).

nice little room, don't count on the front desk, the a/c was not working properly, the room better looking that the outside of the hotel

Everything was great except the quality of the water for bathing. Water came through like a new build and should have been better filtered.

Not worth the price I paid for the place smelled of cigarettes even though all rooms were listed as smoke free

If all you need is a place to sleep and shower, this is fine.

Myself and another gal went to Gallup to attend the Navajo Rug Auction in Crownpoint. All we wanted was a clean room to sleep and shower. It met all our needs. We weren't to impressed with the Continental breakfast, I'm not for instant cofee and there were only 2 tables for guests to eat at. We did not hear any trains. I loved the place. The bed was so comfortable & we slept great. I was skeptical of the area due to train noise, but i did not hear it at all. The rooms were like the Hamptons also had a bay window area & lighting was wonderful. I would definitely start staying here when we come through again.

The hotel was clean, the room fairly spacious. No complaints other than breakfast time was changed and the book in the room and signage had not been updated to reflect the new time. I'm sure we missed out on a fantastic meal.

Everything was better than expected; except the Breakfast ended at 8:30am. I thought that was pretty early for a Saturday morning. The motel itself was in like new condition and the host was very gracious. Would stay there again.

No shampoo, no blow dryer, wall paper peeling in several places. My wife freaked out because the wall behind the beds was one big mirror. The bed was comfortable, I'll give them that. The breakfast serving area is VERY small and the eating area is smaller yet--two tables, that's it. I stood to eat a bowl of cereal, as there were about 12 of us trying […] to eat b-fast at once.
