It's pretty close to the airport, and the airport shuttle ride was pretty quick. I checked in pretty late (10pm), and the single staff member was fortunately at the desk when I arrived (though later in the evening, I saw other people arrive and the night person wasn't around). The Wi-fi worked in the lobby, but didn't seem to reach my room. The TV's […] had a "trick" to make them work, and you had to go through it every time you turned them on. I never got mine to work on my own, and when I was sitting in the lobby using the internet, I overheard someone else call (twice) the front desk asking how to make it work. Breakfast was a fail for me. I had a couple glasses of watered down OJ. I would have made a waffle, but personally didn't want to wait for the two people in front of me to finish. There didn't seem to be much else there, may have been, but it wasn't overly obvious. Heaven forbid I ever have to fly through Atlanta again, but thanks to this visit, I'll never go to the cheapest hotel I can find again. Some things are worth a couple extra bucks. Clean bed but bathroom walls needed to be wiped clean & repainted. Floor had debris on it. No hair dryer and clerk could not find one for us. Bathroom door hanle broken loose. AC fan would not stay on without AC which we would've used instead of AC. Ice machine ng on fllors but ok in lobby. Not the usual Microtel.

For the low price you might think this is a good choice with shuttle, breakfast and in a good location, but do yourself a favor and pay a little more and go elsewhere. The place is dirty, thin walls, its dirty, has poor beds and did I mention its dirty.

The hotel was convenient. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The Wi-Fi in the rooms were not strong enough. It was always picking up surrounding hotels signals which was weak. Good hotel for the money and if you are not looking for luxury. There was a skimpy breakfast and no wifi (could be a deal breaker for some). Overall customer service was decent and people were friendly, just not immediately available during morning rush. Under renovation so will give them a pass for that. Arrived late and although I told them I was coming late was placed into a smoking room. I have allergies and as a result basically did not sleep, The hallway smelled of marijuana smoke, and to top it off when I went down for breakfast, the only thing left was some cereal with barely enough milk for one bowl. One of the worst experiences ever.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Is a little far away from downtonw but in general I would recommend it!

Overall, I am going to say it was OK. The main thing that we had a problem with CONSTRUCTION. They were redoing the ENTIRE hotel. It was very loud with a lot of debris around etc. You couldn't even get into the front desk area. The location is fine if you are taking a flight but only for a stayover for a flight. Room internet conection was really bad. Do not recomend to any one if you really need internet conection. Room s were clean as well as the bathroom.

Floors and bed sheets and comforter were very clean. Which is about all you need from an airport hotel. no frills but you wont be grossed out. clean shower as well

Hotel was undergoing renovation, which should have been disclosed during reservation. The condition was lousy!

The night staff is friendly and multitasking all the time ! (Answering endless phone calls while checking people in and dispensing toothpaste etc.) Since it was closely the airport and window not acoustic insulated, very noise when planes take off! For a night is OK if you just want to have a place to sleep!

The staff at the front desk were all fantastic: exceptionally friendly, helpful, and courteous. I was stuck in Atlanta due to a cancelled flight and I managed to get the one room remaining via Hotels.com. I asked for a non-smoking room, and while the room may be non-smoking, as soon as I walked in I accosted by the odor of decades-old cigarette smoke […] oozing from walls, ceiling, and, by the looks of it, the carpet. Stale cigarette smoke wafted from the core of the pillows while I slept. I awoke to find no shampoos or soaps in the bathroom, which the front desk rectified with haste. Motel was undergoing renovation but once inside the room, all was well. Near airport so jet noise until around midnight. Not much available for breakfast. Receptionist was polite. Not bad for $47.

The hotel was fine it was small but served it purpose. The only problem we had was that they were remodeling, which generally would be fine but they were doing it at 1130 pm. The rooms were small but we were only there to sleep. The wifi was only available in the lobby.

The Hotel was rundown and it looked like it needed to be remodeled. I will never stay there again1!!!

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is being remodeled and the entranceway was in a terrible state. They really should focus on finishing the front foyer before starting anything else as it looks terrible. There were small piles of garbage by the front door.

The hotel was doing some renovations so it was a bit messy and smelled odd. The room was clean but needed renovating as it was older and not kept up. For the price, it was a decent bed and shower and the waffles at the continental breakfast were yummy!!!

Fine. Inexpensive. Very helpful staff - fixed a leaking toilet immediately! A fair breakfast but too much starch and not enough protein or fruit - this was expected. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Location was great for easy access to the airport and to our daughter's home.

If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep close to the airport for a night then this may be the place to stay. They are renovating so it is a bit construction ridden. There is a free light breakfast & a free shuttle to the airport. You would not want to stay more than a night though. No coffee maker but coffee is with breakfast. The beds were comfy and there was a microwave and fridge in the room. But the bathroom had mold on the wall behind the door. Like all hotels the walls were very thin and we had a group next to us that was up most of the night. This is not the hotels fault but did not make for a restful stay.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Wi-Fi never worked in room- check-in clerk was very kind and helpful late night clerk failed to answer desk, was rude the next morning.
