Arawak Beach Inn - The Valley

This was close to the perfect hotel...greeted by the very friendly owner (Maria) with a beer, this hotel has a great level of hospitality. Add to that very comfortable rooms, brilliant views over a fishing village, and within walking distance to spectacular beaches. On my favourite island in the Caribbean, I highly recommend Arawak Beach Inn

The manager Maria is a sweet person! The hotel is very cozy. You have to go up a stairway to get to the room, but the view of the balcony is amazing!!! They are reforming these bangalos, when they finish it, it will be perfect. It has a nice swimming pool and it´s easy to park. The room has an enormous bed and the TV has tons of channels. We had a great stay! Maria who runs the place is amazing and the rooms where very nice. 5 minutes to Shoal Bay with a car, 15 minutes to the Valley. Car is indeed recommended. All in all we will come back and stay there again!

Our stay at the Arawak was very enjoyable. The Arawak is a very comfortable and casual hotel in a convenient location fronting a small, pretty beach. The staff was excellent, most especially Maria, the innkeeper. I have never experienced better service from a hotel. The Arawak will now be the only place we stay when visiting Anguilla.

Fun place. Vintage but lots of pluses, family run, nice people, good food, rooms comfortable and all face the ocean. Charming but not the high end chic experience of the West end of the island. We liked it and would stay again. It is 20 minutes drive to the other side of the island ...and we liked being out on the east end.

We got a very friendly hostess who assited us and wanted thru all means to acomodate us and did. The rooms were amazing and some nice ocean views were part of the features. Though far away but the room still compensated therfore. They're actually building some news rooms and I should say once they're finished they will be the BOMB!

is not safe. They did not give me the reservation I made online and when you book this Hotel they will make you pay all that they want such as, saying that this room is upgrade, making you pay for the air condition, remote for TV and for air condition are to be paid by the customer, yet, they don't say it on the web. Staff made me feel like I was at home, very nice people.

Maria est très gentille, la piscine est agréable, la vue est sublime, calme absolu, un bon dépaysement,dormir dans un grand lit le luxe! Maria a fait beaucoup d'effort pour se faire comprendre (barrière de la langue) Le fait que l'on puisse y manger est très appréciable car sur l'île il n'y a pas grand chose à faire. Un festival de musique (très mauvaise musique d'ailleurs) a lieu juste à côté de l'hôtel, le week end de Pâques. Insomnie garantie jusqu'à 2h30 du matin. La musique n'est ni créole, ni reggae, ni rien du tout. Le site est assez beau, mais l'hôtel est vieillissant.

non é su spiaggia, ma su una scogliera in scilly cay;posto molto british, si mangia discretamente ma è indispensabile avere la macchina; camere belle e spaziose, sopratutto le ultime quattro, rifatte dopo l'ultimo uragano, va bene se preso come base per escursioni quotidiane sulle diverse spiagge dell'isola...

Ett helt ok hotell, dock lite synd att de ligger så långt i från de finaste stränderna. Hyr man bil så är de inga problem och detta rekommenderas starkt. Maria ägaren av stället var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Beetje oud vervallen hotel, wellicht geen technische dienst, want het was oud, aangetast door zee, maar niks was opgeknapt, douchestang die los in de muur zit, vreselijke chloorgeur die op je afkomt als ze de kamer hebben schoongemaakt. Het was het gewoon allemaal net niet, zelfs bij weggaan moesten we voor een kopje filterkoffie flink betalen, zoals […] voor alles terwijl je al een aardig hoog bedrag betaald voor wat je krijgt, de hotelmanager was aardig en heeft snel een kinderbed geregeld, er was er maar 1 en toevallig was degene met de sleutel net weg, maar het was toch al bekend dat we met een baby kwamen... Rapport qualité prix excellent, surtout quand on voit le prix des Hôtels à ANGUILLA. Les chambres sont agréables et disposent d'une très belle vue mer mais il est difficile de se baigner sur place. Il s'agit plus d'une pension de famille dont les propriétaires et le personnel sont charmants et aux petits soins. Une voiture est indispensable, pour […] aller sur la plage la plus célèbre de l'ïle qui se trouve à 5 mn et pour visiter les autres plages dont breaucoup sont largement aussi belles et rapidement accessibles. Privilégier une chambre avec cuisine pour pouvoir préparer petits-déjeuners et repas bien que ceux-ci soient très bons à l'Hôtel. Si votre budget ne vous permet pas de mettre 300 E par nuit pour une chambre d'Hôtel sur la plage, aller sans hésiter à ARAWAK BEACH INN, vous y serez parfaitement reçus, vous aurez une chambre agréable avec belle vue mer et même une chambre entièrement refaite si vous prenez une Prémium. En résumé si j'avais à retourner à ANGUILLA où il n'y a pas grand chose à faire que visiter les plages et les restaurants (chers), je retournerais volontiersà ARAWAK BEACH INN. Skaityti daugiau
