There was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, other than the fact it's the most generic and outdated hotel that I've stayed in over the last 5 years. There's a Holiday Inn Express off the Tollway, that's very modern (more like a W). This one felt more like a midwest bed & breakfast.

Enjoyed my one night stay as always. Unfortunately, I left one of my bags on a previous stay. I contacted Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites and was informed that my bag was safe. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to the restaurants and shopping. Staff was helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice condition, lots of good restraunts less than a block away. Try Nates for sure. Only problem was a little road noise from the street. Ask for a room away from that side.

The Hotel was literally too hot and uncomfortable. Tghe rooms look outdated with the on the wall Air conditioning system like in a cheap motel. The hotel is in a nice area, but not directly off the freeway so it takes a little navvigation. The room and hotel overall were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, but the front desk staff could have been friendlier

Got there to check in didn't have my rooms available so two of my friends had to share a room on top of that my room hand not been clean from the previous nite so I had to call down and get them to clean it..other than that this hotel is only about the name nothing else. ...

Hotel was easy to find and easily accessible from multiple directions. Hotel parking lot was very well lit and I felt comfortable parking my SUV there without any worries. Staff was very coureous and friendly. Check in/out was quick and prompt. Room was cozy, comfortable and clean. This hotel was great all the way around! The price was also great! We were less than 10 minutes from the Galleria and also convenient to other Dallas sites. We traveled easily to the Dallas Children's Theatre to see Junie B. Jones. The neighborhood was very nice as well. Everyone at the hotel during our stay was helpful and accomodating. When housekeeping […] made the bed, they even propped my daughter's Build-a-Bear up on the pillow, which made her happy. When we got there they where over booked, we had to use a sleeper/sopha which was very uncomfortable.

Smallish room. Air conditioner a bit noisy. Adjoining room very noisy. Only one elevator. Good breakfast, but not till 7:00am. Set back a bit from the main street.

The hotel could definitely use a makeover. The rooms were outdated. And make sure you bring your own toiletries, the soap and shampoo are very poor quality. The staff was nice and helpful.

My Wife and I decided to plan a trip to get away for a few days on a long weekend. I found this hotel and selected it based on the review-price scale. I was quite happy with it. Hotel was nice and affordable. Breakfast was awesome and free. Only problem I had was the nice machine on my floor was not working so I had to use one on another floor.

Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the quite setting off the main drag of Beltline Rd. The breakfast bar was also very filling with eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy!!

The room was very nice. The bed was a little to firm (hard) for us. But, everything else was nice. Our refrigerator was getting the floor a little wet from the condensation. The parking was great and everyone was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and I would definantly stay again.

The top floor was WAY to hot... I had the A/C on full Cold everything and I was still sweating at night
