EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD. STAFF WAS AWESOME AND ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WE LIKED HAVNG THE KITCHETTE AVAILBLE IN OUR ROOM. MY ONLY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE THAT HOUSEKEEPING CHECK DAILY FOR NEED OF FRESH TOWELS ETC. INSTEAD OF MAKING THE PERSON STAYING IN THE ROOM HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK AND ASK FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND TOILETRIES. Hotel was perfect for what I needed. Nice central location. easy access to freeways. plenty of places to eat. Hotel is surrounded by a Mall. Not a big deal though.

Room smelled badly of smoke, upon checkin was given an already occupied room, and the free breakfast was almost nonexistent. Facility seems to be old and generally rundown. Spend an extra $ 20-30 and get a room at a better place.

This Hotel was perfect for my business trip. The full kitchen was convenient. Had everyting I needed with easy access to stores, restaurants and even Whole Foods just a couple minutes away. The only complaint I would have was that my room smelled like it was over a kitchen with a strong smell of food in it, otherwise it was great. I was staying in the hotel because we were having our house fumigated. It was in close proximity to the highway as well as many other things like a mall and restaurants. I ended up needing to leave the hotel early and they were trying to get me a partial refund for the night I wouldn't be staying but because I booked online they were unable to. I would have rated "quality of staff" higher, but I had two minor issues. First, I don't understand why there were only limited television channels offered. I arrived with the hopes of watching "the walking dead," and was disappointed to find that AMC wasn't a channel offered by the hotel. And second, when I called the front desk to ask about the channels […] and so forth, the person running the front desk #which was very nice and pleasant# said she would look into it and call me back. We only stayed 2 nights but found it quite pleasant and decent value. It is obvious that the hotel works hard to keep it clean and maintained however, it is showing its age - especially the elevator. The free breakfast really should be described as just snacks to grab and not a "breakfast" such as other hotels provide. If you know what to expect of an extended stay, then there are no surprises. We knew that the room would be made up only once a week and we liked it that way. Whenever we wanted towel replacements, there was not problem. The staff was great and very helpful with EVERY problem!

Overall a pleasant stay with the eception of someone setting off the fire alarm due to cooking, this happened at 11:45 at night. We had just fallen asleep and were awakened to evacuate. Stayed there a few times, this time they had renovations going on but I wasn't told about it before hand. Being woken up at 8 am with banging was not pleasant and on a Sunday morning at that. Had to wait forever for a luggage cart said it was being used by the renovating crew upstairs. Wow!!! I would continue to stay at one of the branch hotels but […] probably not this one in plantation. The location, room, and staff were excellent. I came to be near the hospital for a family emergency and have never stayed in an extended stay hotel. There was no hairdryer or shampoo but when I asked, I was given a hairdryer and told they were going to be put in the rooms. I would stay there again.

Easy access to FLL airport. Adequate but basic. Our "non-smoking" room smelled like Air freshener over smoke, hard to sleep in that! But it was quiet. Also difficult to find--tucked in behind Shopping Mall.

Although the customer service was good, the room needed work. Parts of the ceiling looked like they were unfinished and unsafe, the tub was abnormally small, and the bed was so hard that it would've been more comfortable to sleep in the recliner chair or even the floor. It was a fine hotel for the short stay that we had. Our room smelled of smoke the first two days and they gave us a spray bottle to take care of it ourselves, which was kind of a pain. The room kind of smelled bad the remainder of the trip, but not noticeable once you were there a while (LOL). There was no toiletries at all, but they did give us some […] once we asked for them. The wireless internet cost $5 for the entirety of our stay, the continental breakfast was some coffee (which was good) and some packaged sweets. Not much of a breakfast! The hotel staff were very friendly. It was in a great location, just behind a Barnes & Nobles and a bunch of other hotels, and I felt safe at night. The hotel staff was courtious, friendly, helpful. The room was better than expected. The room even had a well equiped kitchenet. Very quiet and safe place. Many Restaurants, stores, and the mall all close. " Not extravigant but totally the best value for the money. I WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE WHEN IN TOWN!!!!!

The carpet in the room was so filthy that I couldn't walk from the bath to the bed without the bottom of my feet being black. Was told by management that the hotel was due to get the carpets replaced in October so until then, I suggest you keep your socks on.

I took a chance on getting this hotel due to low pricing, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff were pleasant and efficient, the room was clean. The hotel is in a prime location - the Mall is next door, restaurants & pharmacies close by. I will make this my hotel for future travels in that area!

I use this hotel every time I am in the area on business. It is nothing fancy, but it is clean and adequate and reasonably priced. They don't do much extra, but that's one reason why I stay there. I will continue to stay there.

Alles eher einfach. Amerikatypische Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Ein Safe und "Fön" fehlen. Handtücher können an der Rezeption gewechselt werden. Kaffee gibt es morgens an der Rezeption gratis. 200 m ein Starbuck (in dem Buchladen)
