This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. The staff is friendly the rooms are clean the pool is small but well kept and the breakfast is actually decent. Its nothing fancy but is very affordable for what you get. We will deffenetly be back again next year.

The price of the hotel is modest and the accommodations match the price. Nothing too special, but nothing bad either. The breakfast was rather simple and standard, except for the gravy and biscuits (which I didn't try). I also didn't use the pool, though there were many families not staying in the hotel who would come and use the pool. The hotel worked […] fine for sleeping and heading off in the morning to the university. My only issue was the wifi, which would not let you log on for many, many attempts and then suddenly let you on. You had to click on a link to another website because the password itself didn't work on the login page (tried with two different browsers), but even that wouldn't let you on. I was just looking for a place to spend the night, so i didn't want to break the bank, and i didn't care about amenities... The room was clean, which says alot, considering it was a smoking room (by choice), the beds were comfortable, and the flat screen TV worked flawlessly. Other than that i can't really comment, as i arrived at 11pm, and was gone […] by 6 the next morning. Now it's not the Ritz, but if i was passing through town again, this is where i will stay. For an inexpensive motel, these were some of the most comfortable beds I have experienced. Very good overall. Highly reccomend

Fairly convenient location. Pool, but no hot tub-the sauna is exactly that. Room type booked was unavailable, so I was upgraded to a king suite at no additional charge. Staff was VERY helpful and accommodating. Hotel was noisy, but there were a bunch of AAU basketball teams staying there. Coffee maker was missing in room. Room was fairly clean, but […] the faucet on the tub had a drip, and the last person in the room left the drain closed, so the tub was half full of water when we walked in. The room was cold when we got there and the heater was difficult to find a happy medium. A thermostat would help a lot.

the room was clean when arrived, the front desk staff was very personable, the breakfast was standard. I was there for an event that had alot of highschoolers in the hotel and it was very quiet so that was a very pleasant surprise. For the money I would definately stay again.

There was a dead bolt on the door, but no security chain I would have liked a hot tub, but we didn't have the time to use it anyway. Very quiet and comfortable beds

was very happy, the front desk girl was working many hours but still had a smileand was very nice and was helpfull, she kept the cont. breakfast up very well....didnt get her name but was from iowa city and she was a somewhat redhead.....plz let her know she was wonderfull

Overall, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel (especially our room) was very clean, and the breakfast was decent for an inexpensive night's stay. If we had wanted a large breakfast then we would have stayed at a more expensive hotel chain. I would stay there again.

We were not in the hotel much but it provided a clean room, fridge and microwave. The hotel was booked to capacity but did not have a lot of noise traffic, that is always a plus. The free breakfast was o.k., same with the coffee. Had a good night's sleep and enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was great.

Carpet had stains. Could not understand clerks accent. Breakfast nothing special. Cost too much for stay.

Room and most of furniture were fairly old, but clean. New mattresses were comfortable. Breakfast was not the best, not much variety/choices. Would probably stay at one of the newer hotels in town next time.

Was mildly bad, way to expensive for the sad pathetic room. Sheets has small barely visible stains.

The hotel smelled terrible when when walked in the door--musty and not fresh. And almost everything was gone when we went to breakfast at 9 a.m. the next day, even though numerous families were coming in after we did.

Good location for a quick stay. Hallway smelled like smoke, room was damp and smelled musty... but we were just there to catch quick sleep so the price was right!!

we enjoyed our stay. it is right off the interstate, but it was not noticeable as far as noise is concerned. room was clean, pool is a little small but we had fun. would stay again.

We stayed in the Econolodge because the rates were low and it was close to where we played basketball. It was the hottest weekend of the summer and our room was cool and comfortable, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. Everything we needed for a great weekend.

For the price, I was happy with the hotel, but our room had a strong musty odor. Continental breakfast was also very basic. Choose this hotel if you are looking for a low price, basic option.

waffles and biscuits with gravy for breakfast. in room AC unit didn't keep the room at an even temperature all night. I kept getting hot and then cold and then hot again.

The hotel booked all of my rooms as smoking instead of non-smoking and had messed up the reservations. It was a nightmare.

The room was fine, how ever the air conditioner had to be on full power to get the humidity out. The staff were great and were very friendly. The only issue was the room smelled a little bit, but air freshener took care of that

The check in was quick and I did not have any problems at all. The young lady at the desk was very friendly. Room was clean and the air conditioning was already on and nice cool. We used the guest washer for ball uniforms and it was quick and worked well. Room was quiet and bed was comfy.
