Residence Inn by Marriott DFW Airport North-Irving - Ervingas

Was very impressed with the hotel.... the price was great for the above average of the conditions! room was neat and clean and the breakfast was perfect for a quick breakfast. Had a great check out time. WOULD USE AGAIN!

From the time we arrived and the young lady at the desk offered me milk for my baby because it was late at night, until the day we checked out i was super impressed with this whole place and staff. I was very pleased with this hotel for the price. I was blown away at how nice the room was. Perfect for the traveling family.

The hotel is located in industrial area by a busy street. Description of this hotel stated "pets allowed", no additional fee was noted. When we arrived, we were all of the sudden required to pay unrefundable $75 pet fee. The room smelled musty and the carpet had stains in it. There was only 2 big towels in the bathroom.

This is a nice, clean home away from home. The staff provide excellent customer service, even when unusual things happen. I was especially impressed by Guy and Shannon. We were given keys to room; we found it still occupied by someone else! We went back and got keys to another room; it was also occupied by someone else!! It was only on our third try that we got an unoccupied room! Breakfast food and service was only average. After we left, I got an email request from the hotel asking me to rate them; the request noted […] that I have a home address in the state of Washington - my home address is in Arizona! The room was spacious and clean. The bedding and towels were clean and abundant. There is fee breakfast, free internet, and a small gym, all I really needed for a one night stay. They also have an outdoor pool but in January it was too cold for it. Even though breakfast does not start until 7AM, the breakfast lady was there much,much earlier than that […] preparing coffee, bagels, bread, some fruit, etc and so even though I had to leave before breakfast, I was able to have coffee and some of the food while I was searching the internet. The only thing that was not convenient for me was the location. The hotel is centrally located but not in reference to eateries. This hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff if friendly. The hotel is located in an office park so you will be driving to everything but on the plus side no traffic on the weekend.

I had booked another reservation with another hotel nearby for the labor day weekend. I needed an early check in and the clerk at the other hotel was completely rude and wouldn't allow me an early check in at all. Not even 15 minutes early! Since I could cancel that reservation, I did and went straight to Residence Inn where the friendly desk clerk […] reserved me a room–with an early check-in–right away. Customer service and friendliness goes a long way! Stayed in a suite. It was roomy and comfortable and perfect. I will never go back to the "other" hotel. Ever. It was a clean room with lots of space. The service desk was satisfactory, but nothing over the top. The location is a bit tucked away from most activities visitors would be interested in. If you are looking to be out of Dallas, but still be within 20-25 minutes of major attractions this is a great place.

The hotel staff tried, but it was difficult. I checked in late and at midnight found a totally Full trash can under the kitchen sink. They kindly changed my room. The major is was that the Wake Up call never came. I had a flight to catch. Accidently left a pair of shoes, which they did fed-ex.The breakfast food was ok, but again trash cans overflowed.In […] addition the AC was not working in the gym. Chose this hotel for its olasma tv, however it wud not allow my kids to plug in their PS3....ports were not being blocked by hotel but front desk staff did not attempt to resolve my issue after they took complaint

We stayed for a week and it was great. We had the opportunity to talk with the staff and interact with other guest. Aside from the hot tub not working everything else was great.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Parking if free with stay which was nice, however we waited about 40 minutes for shuttle to pick us up after we returned from our trip. Otherwise, good price and decent hotel.

We always try to stay at Residence Inn when possible. Their rooms are comfortable and amenities are impeccable. This hotel met all of our expectations.

A nice place to stay. Quite & comfy. The free morning breakfast had actual food which was nice. We will stay there agasing for sure.

Stayed at a Residence Inn, in Katy, Tx during spring break and it was wonderful. This hotel was in a creepy business district, room felt somewhat "dirty", asked for missing remote, it was never delivered, floor layout was terrible, had to leave thru several doors to get to office, couldn't tell where the office was upon 1st arrival, and closet doors […] in one room were missing. Not only was the staff superb, the continental breakfast was wonderful. We had a really nice room with a kitchen and every day someone came in to clean and change our towels with fresh ones. The convenience of this hotel to malls and other areas was great. I would definately stay at this hotel again. Ok, hotel wasn't bad. Easy to get to, close to grapevine mall and basspro, DFW. Clean comfy spacious room. Great breakfast. But ad said "tennis court" and it does't remotely have a tennis court. The sport court thing was barely enough room for 2 ping pong tables much less tennis.
