We were traveling from Salt Lake City on Thursday, 5.20.2013 to Spokane/Coeur d'Alene, the place of my husband's birth and where his 92 year old father resides. We were accompanied by my husband's brother and wife. While Couer d'Alene is not that far from Missoula, we needed to rest overnight in Missoula. I went searching on my I-phone 1/2 hour away […] - and found your amazing property. It was absolutely lovely. The beds were rated the best ever; clean beautiful rooms. The breakfast was to die for. Thanks for making our stay in your beautiful city so enjoyable. We also ate a nice meal at the Riverside Cafe - delicious!!!! We also ate at Hoagieville - 5 star rating to a fast food restaurant. Room was comfortable, staff was friendly. Had to pay $10 for rubbery eggs and cold bacon for breakfast, I won't have breakfast in the hotel if I stay again. Not my favorite hotel in Missoula, but I couldn't beat the price.

Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The very best complementary coffee I have ever had while traveling.

hallway smelled like smoke, bed was horribly horribly uncomfortable, we decided to check out early because we could not sleep on it another night, then the receptionist rudly pointed to a small-med size sign that said the beds were adjustable, I asked where was that located in the room she said it wasent... The customer service was great! I thought the bed was a little harder than other Hilton's that I have stayed in but it was still nice. It is close to the freeway and not to far from the airport as well. Definitely will stay there again!

The front desk staff was extremely pleasing and went above and beyond to make sure guest were taken care of. Small story, I was giving the girl at the Front desk a hard time about not having cookies. She said she was trying to get the key. After I gave her a hard time several times as I passed by the desk, I was pleasantly surprised that she knocked […] on my door and brought me cookies on a plate and a milk. Very friendly staff. Hotel exceeded expectations. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. Mini fridge, microwave, large flat screen TV, clean bathroom, nice toiletries. Short walk to IHop and to an upscale restaurant (Blue Canyon, affiliated w/ hotel, I think). Nice thick cotton towels. Bedding nice as well. Great mattress. We slept very well.

Clean, well managed, comfortable. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ample choice between continental and full breakfast - good food value for the dollar.

We had to call at 3 pm to have our room cleaned for the day! The pool was good.

No problems, good area and access, only issue was Breakfast - too busy and long waits in hotel - better to go elsewhere.

The front desk staff were courteous and very knowledgeable about the city. Hotel is well situated to amenities in the city.

The receptionist always remembered me and greeted me well. There was a great sensitivity to my tastes and preferences. This hotel will be choice number one for all future trips to Missoula.

It was great the staff was very helpful when we checked in. The breakfast was great and at a great price too. I would stay there again as well as recomened it.

Great room and a very nice hotel. The only issue was the mattress has a baffle system to control how firm it is. The baffles on one side of the bed were not operating correctly creating a low spot. Regardless, would definitley stay here again.

We arrived at a beautiful facility and warmly greeted by front desk clerk who was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed overnight, but had a good nights sleep in a beautiful hotel that reflected Montana's spirit.

the hotel was quite comfortable and in a great location since it was just off of the freeway. The rooms were a bit small for us as we had an infant and not much room for the portable crib or to get around the crib. I would ask for a bigger room if you find yourself in a similar location. It was clean and probably the best hotel in the area. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. I'd stay again when in the Missoula area.

Loved it, they didn't mind that I called the front desk a hand full of times for one thing or another (How to use the remote, The guy next door was loud etc.), they were always courteous.

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the glassware, ceramic mugs, and the spacious feel of our room. It was very clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay again and recommend it to others.

The check-in staff were very pleasant and helpful. They let us know where we could find a family-friendly restaurant for a late night dinner. They also had suggestions for things to do and see in the Missoula area! My kids were impressed with the whole experience.

This is our get-away-hotel. We live close by but have stayed here consistently to get some quiet time or get caught up on reading/work that can't be done with the hussle and bussle of home life. Always has been clean and quiet for us. Very relaxing. Great place if you don't want to be disappointed.

This hotel (as advertised) includes breakfast. However, what is not advertised is that there is amenities for breakfast, but there are additional fees for this. The room was cleaned well, although was not cleaned every day. The hot tub was lukewarm and filthy. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, others were NOT (i.e., recommending a restaurant […] but not mentioning that reservations were required). We spent one night, but after seeing the fitness room and pool, wished we were staying longer. It would have been nice to use more of the beautiful facilities. Half an hour after checkout, our son remembered he left his pocket knife on the nightstand. We called the hotel, and they found it and had it waiting for us at the front desk. Great service.

Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We didn't realize the breakfast wasn't included but the food was good. They should have a sign posted with the price for the buffet. Otherwise, we really enjoyed out stay.

This was a very nice hotel, the staff were exceptionally courtious and helpful when we arrived early for check-in. I will stay there the next time I am in Missoula for anything!!!
