Our room was very nice - clean and neat. The first night there I went down to the fitness/exercise room, and there was no remote for the tv. However, the next morning it was there. The first day, I asked the lady at the desk which tv channels were for kids, and she didn't know - there was no tv directory, except for HBO.

Check in clerk was very helpful. When I raised an issue with the room assigned initially, she upgraded me without any questions (a perk of staying off-season, I suspect). Suite was very comfortable; and, since it was not on the interstate-highway side, it was quieter than my original room would have been.

We had a good sized room, it was clean, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The hotel seems clean but a little different. The coffee pot is on a table with the microwave and one would have to move the microwave to plug in the coffee pot so I used the bathroom for the coffee pot. There are two switches in the bathroom for the light and the fan. I didn't hit the second one for the fan and the fire alarm went off. Good/Bad no […] one came running. The next day in the room next to me the alarm went off and there was commotion that time. Who said that a yellow 4 inch disk a quarter inch in depth and cold could be called an egg. We were only there for about 6 hours because we came late and left early in the morning. However, it was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. They even set up some breakfast items for us because we left earlier than breakfast was served. Friendly staff as well.

Was very pleased with the entire stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Did not eat the full breakfast but the room was packed every morning. Hotel is a little out of town, not within walking distance of the lake or restaurants, but it was close enough with a short drive. Had one unpleasant experience with the owner, the front desk staff was […] more than courteous and tried to make the situation right but the owner stood in their way. We were very happy with the stay--especially the accommodations for my 90 year old mother. Easy access from interstate, great breakfast, appreciated the fitness room.

NO water! The picture is a lie and they put us in a room next to the elevator and ice machine. Also, antique workout room.

This hotel is a great value. I was in town for business and only needed 1 night and it was perfect. Free continental breakfast, nice clean rooms, and a pub with activities every night in the hotel. We also got a free room upgrade for no specific reason, which was a nice surprise. Definitely would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights to attend the US Women's Open in Kohler. Have no complaints and would definitely reccomend this hotel. Great service and looked to have been just remodeled.

stayed here while attending the U.S. Open at Black Wolf Run. Rooms were great... they even opened up breakfast early for us because we had an early tee time. Highly reccommend.

Nice hotel but interstate roadway noise on the "wrong side" of the hotel was too much. Will not return to this location.

We loved the city & the lake it was near. Breakfast area was too small & crowded. We had to wait for the warm foods.

It was a wuiet and comfortable stay. Valued the quiet time rule. the breakast could have eggs and oatmeal every day for my diet. They did go out of their way to make oatmeal on request. Very courteous staff and answered all our questions including ones on restaurants and church times. Overall a quality and friendly family hotel. Great staff and very clean, spacious room. Quiet and comfortable the 2 nights I was there on business. Waffle maker made up for the mystery egg things that are served so much these days. Was especially nice outside on the porch in the morning.

The one thing that I always judge my stay by, anywhere, is the cleanliness of the room. If a room is not clean than I can't get comfortable. This may not have been the most updated hotel, but it was clean and provided all that I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed this hotel very much. It was extremely quite an the pool was open until midnight. The breakfast had all the usual continental stuff however, it ALSO included something HOT each morning. One morning was French Toast & Sausage, another was Biscuits & Gravy.

The bar is very nice and the friday karaoke night very nice. Breakfast to be included very very good. Is perfect to stay a week end. Rooms cleaness could be better

This hotel was a lot better than what I expected. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The pool area was very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the area.

Spent a week here while visiting children and grandchildren in Port Washington. Came back this year following a very enjoyable experience last year. Stayed on the street side both times so cannot comment on whether you can hear the Interstate traffic on the back side or not. In general, rooms seemed to be quite well insulated so I suspect that it is […] not an issue. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning with eggs and sausage or similar hot entrees in addition to the usual pastries, cereals and waffle makers. Hotel has a tavern with loud karoke (well away from the sleeping rooms) on weekends that we can live without. This was our first time at the Country Inn and Suites and we will be back. Everything was more than what we expected. The staff were friendly, the grounds were well kept and the room very comfortable. Enjoyed having a very nice breakfast the two mornings we were there in the cozy breakfast room. This hotel is fine. We've stayed here before when visiting friends. Pool is nice. room is fine. The only problem is the sheets and comforters are very inexpensive. The sheets feel "sticky," although they seemed clean. The comforter is so slippery it doesn't stay on the bed. We'd stayed in a Microtel the night before (much cheaper place where we expected […] less) and the beds were more comfortable because of the bedding. Otherwise, we would stay here again. The hotel, like most Country Inn & Suite locations, is clean, comfortable, and well equipped with refrigerator and microwave. This one had the added bonus of a sports bar and game room. Hotel was clean, nice pool area. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was lacking - biscuits for biscuits and gravy were put out cold out of the refrigerator rather than being warmed.
