Staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Centrally located but in a quiet place. Indoor pool was a plus. Good workout facilities. We will be staying there again when we are in the Albany area.

The room was clean the staff helpful. The television was old and did not work, the sound was out on most channles. Finger smudges on the microwave. Nice pool and spa

I found the hotel and our room to be very clean! The room was modern and spacious. We had 2 queen beds, a leather love seat, and room for a roll away bed. The rollaway was a regular twin bed mattress on a frame that stands it completely upright, not the old beds that fold in the middle. The bed was nicely made. Our kids enjoyed time in the indoor pool. […] They have a large dining room and a good breakfast selection including waffles, bagels, cinn rolls, biscuits, gravy, and eggs. My only comment about the breakfast is that they serve powdered eggs which were not appealing to us. I am planning a trip to the east coast and I will book this hotel chain if I can find it. The place was great :) the second night we stayed we paid less for the room by booking direct with motel !!! Also was told too call them direct the next time and save even more :) We also saved less the same way when we went and stayed at motel at the beach !!! Booking and/or calling motel direct seems best way to save big time !!!

Visiting OSU for business. Not a lot of options in the Corvallis/Albany area. Based on reviews thought this would be the best options, but would not choose to stay again. Rooms were clean enough but very dated and worn. Directly next door is an Adult Store. Our room must have been over the laundry because it was extremely warm. Everything else was great.

Hotel and rooom were very clean, and well appointed except for the outdated TV. Our room had no phone service or lights on the right side of the bed. TV was not functional. Called the front desk. By the time the attendant arrived, my husband had figured out that the cable had been disconnected. LIghts & phone had been unplugged. TV reception was poor […] at best. Attendant offered another room, but we declined as we were already settled. We would have stayed another night, but left because we wanted to watch College basketball the next evening, and did not want to watch it on such an old TV with bad reception. Skaityti daugiau

Hotel was fine. I left a personal item behind in the room. Housekeeping didn't save or return it. Typical of all hotels.

clean and comfortable. Road noise from freeway was a bit annoying. Heating unit seemed to be broken. Room was freezing when we arrived and then woke up to it roasting in the middle of the night. I am sure it would be an easy fix.

It was a very nice room the only thing not working was the bathroom door lock didn't work, other than that it was perfect

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room, and the fact that it had a fridge and microwave too, with another sink in the 'kitchen' and sitting area. Nicely done! The lovely lady at the front desk had to come to my room to help me sign onto the internet; she was professional and friendly, and had me singned on in a short time. She also […] had the maintenance guy come fix our fridge, which was not cold enough. Prompt service! There was a good selection of breakfast foods in the morning, and coffee available all day/night. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that does not face the highway. The beds were a bit soft for us, but they cannot accomodate every back, eh? Great hotel/staff! Skaityti daugiau

I was very impressed with this hotel. Service and facilities were both great. It is well located for travel. I would definitely recommend it to anyway staying anywhere in the vicinity or Corvallis or Albany.

Hotel was clean and room was large and comfortable. We will choose to stay here again when traveling in Oregon. Much better than the Phoenix Suites in Salem.

The room we had was very impressive. Service was good & continental breakfast was good. The only negative was there was no place to plug in our Chevy volt to charge the battery.

I went by the ratings when I selected this hotel. I was in town for a funeral so wasn't looking for anything too expensive. The price was great and it was clean. The breakfast was great too. I would definately recommend this hotel and stay again.

We stayed in this hotel after a Beaver game. Got upgraded to a suite....sweet!!! It was very nice! The breakfast in the am was superb! Would definately stay here again.

We stayed two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful;the room was huge, clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable. It's right off the freeway and across the street from a Denny's that also provided delivery to our hotel room. All and all a great experience!

Hotel is easy to find, but there is not much going on in Albany near the hotel. Good location for access to OSU if you can't get a room in Corvallis. Room is clean, beds were very comfortable. Only complaint would be that the sink and mirror were not in the bathroom, but were in the main part of the room. Just off of I-5. Was worried that there would be alot of noise from interstate, but room was quiet. Lots of floor space (had room w/King sized bed). Nice "kitchen" are w/micro, frig and sink. Coffee maker, iron & ironing board in room. Older TV, but it worked fine. Breakfast was great. I had an early morning meeting and got back about 30 minutes before […] the breakfast was going to end and thought they'd be low on food, but it was still well stocked. Only breakfast complaint is that the juice glasses were just slightly bigger then a shot glass. So the next morning brought my own glass for water so I wouldn't have to fill up my glass 10 time during breakfast. Nice pool/hot tub area. Had the pool to myself both morning. I saw on reviews prior to booking that there is an adult store right next door. You can not see if from the hotel and can only see the sign from the highway entrance. Across the parking lot from the adult store is a Oregon State Police office, so I guess that balances out the neighborhood. :-) Easy access to Interstate. Lot of food options across the overpass as well as shopping. About 12 miles from OSU if you take highway 20, not sure how far is you use I-5. I like the backroads. Not close to anthing, but nice, quiet and would go back to a Phoenix again. just now that it is about thirty minutes from Corvallis. Did not check the map and this ended up being the biggest drawback...along with the room wreaking of Bruit cologne.

We needed to stay overnight to be available to visit the hospital in town; not really business or leisure. We have a hard time sleeping away from home and this place had very comfortable beds and bedding. The staff was also helpful.

It was great, weren't disturbed by neighbors, nice and quite.The pool was an added bonus and so was the breakfast.

The only problem we had was a slow draining toilet which the staff bent over backwards to fix it. We will return to this hotel in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Great and clean pool. My kids spent 2.5 hours total in it, and we were there <24 hours. Good breakfast with real plates and cutlery (not plastic)

Easy to locate and get to, the most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel on our trip - quite awesome. Very clean, seems to be a new hotel. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would love to stay there again.

My husband and I were put in the middle of a family reunion that we weren't a family with. Doors were slamming shut all night waking us often. We booked the room for 2 nights ahead of time. We informed the front desk that we will be out for a few hours and asked if our room can be cleaned and restocked. Upon our return we found our room still not cleaned. […] We asked about this and were told, "I didn't let the housekeeper know to clean your room because we are too busy." wow!
