There was a dirty washcloth on the dresser when we entered the room. The room smelled bad. Old carpet. Not what I would expect for a $110/ night hotel. Disappointed in the Hampton.

Very nice experience. Hotel is remodeling their lobby and dining area and fitness room, but we were not affected by the remodel. Remodel complete middle of feb. Was offered bottled water on arrival. Everything was good. It would have been nice to know that the main building was being renovated as it was quite noisy and poor signage to the front desk.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hot breakfast was vey nice and had plenty of choices. I would stay there again anytime.

Though it cost more than we generally like to pay, it was a good value for the money. The location was wonderful---many different restaurants & stores were within walking distance or a short drive. The breakfast was more than adequate & what was offered varied from day to day. Perhaps in response to newsstories about industry reuse of bedspreads & […] comforters from one guest to the next without washing---a sticky note on the headboard informed us that it was not the case for the comforters on our bed. Overall this hotel was ok. We stayed one night. Our room was very basic and a bit outdated, but the it was clean and quiet.

I really liked the room itself, the layout of the building, the pool and the hot tub. The staff was very courteous and I have no complaints at all.

Th e 2 queen bed room is a little crowded with furniture. Perhaps by removing a chair or 2 it would be more roomy or feel that way. In our room there were 3 chairs!

Front desk went above and beyond to work with my check in check out times and were all genuinely caring.

The only issue was parking as a couple of pick ups pulling trailers took up 12 parking spots in a small parking lot.

The room is very clean. The staff, Christopher, are very courteous and professional. Chris should be a manager. Morning breakfast are plentiful. It is the best place to stay for visiting Red Wood and vicinities.

Hampton Inns consistently provide quality for the price you pay. The one in Medford is no different. The clerks at check-in went out of their way to be helpful and efficient. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. I especially liked that on the first floor there's a fence with a little greenery outside your window rather than looking at the building next […] door. Poor sound proofing between rooms especially floors and ceilings. Everything else was great!

The Hampton Inn hotels we found were very nice for the price compared to other similarly priced hotels, especially their breakfasts. This particular Hampton Inn just wasn't as pleasantly decorated as the other 2 we visited.

Another wonderful stay at a Hampton Inn. Room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was well maintained. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn location to anyone and would stay here again.

Stayed 1 night while on a trip from WA to CA. Two Adults with two kids (5 and 2 years old). Two queen beds, very clean and very comfy. Rooms look nice if a bit worn, A few chips and dents hear and there. We were on the 1st floor next to the fitness room and the pool. We heard some kids playing at the pool until about 10PM but it was very quiet after […] that. The breakfast layout off the lobby was great, with make your won waffles, cold cereals, oatmeat and lots a fruit and pastries. First room AC didnt work, 2nd room was flaky. Shower water control was loose. Free breakfast on Saturday was hard/dry eggs, not what i have seen at other Hamptons. Also front desk staff was interested in texting, watching TV (if flipping channels fast is watching), and chatting with friends than with helping guests.

The hotel was nice. The hot tub was not functioning when we stayed there. There was a lot to choose from for breakfast. We have stayed there twice and will probably again, next time we are in Medford.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. The only thing was that the tv had gray bars going up horizontally. Not sure if it was the cable connection or a bad tv. But overall, great stay and would stay there again.

Stopped here for an overnight rest when coming from Seattle back home to San Francisco. The people at the front desk were nice and the staff at the breakfast area were also very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the pool was great for the kids (but no towels?). Breakfast in the morning had several choices (make your own waffles, […] eggs w/totillas and fruit).
