Clean, good breakfast and was surprise with supper meals. Which was great! Yes, great people, patience, clean room everyday. A walk to Dunkin Donuts and Cracker Barrel. Yes, go there people it is a great place.

We were very pleased with this hotel choice for Mt. Arlington. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good bath/shower, fridge, microwave, study desk and couch and even a picture window view of a pink blossom tree. The breakfast was good but I missed hot oatmeal. Their complimentary dinner on Mon- Wed was really nice. We stayed for two pasta dinners with […] salad and it was a treat. The hotel rate is very reasonable for all that you get. I loved the wrapped apples at the desk - they were delicious and a nice healthy choice. (There were cookies too.). There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant next door so that's handy too. Stay was very comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful - a real pleasure to talk to.

Rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Bed was not comfortable. Honestly I wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't that great either. I would have rated it 3.8 at best.

Awesome price for what you get. Hotel is in a great location, just off the highway. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Free breakfast was okay. The kids enjoyed the automatic pancake making machine!!

A pleasant place to stay. Large well lit-lobby and breakfast room. Large, comfortable, well-equipped rooms. Better-than-average complimentary breakfast. A center stair would be useful to avoid the need to take the the slow elevator. Uninteresting and very ordinary architecture and furnishings. Good value.

Overall staying at this hotel was a great experience. I was not expecting this kind of quality so it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained . It is close to Route 80 with a short ride. Great place to stay. Clean and good service. Included breakfast is very good. Great room at a resonable price. Only con is that the rooms do not have in room safe as most hotel do. Otherwise it was excellent.

I was looking for a hotel at a good price not too far away from my daughters college. I booked through Hotels.com & got an excellent price. The hotel is literally 2 minutes off of the highway, there are plenty of places to eat near by & there is even a Dunkin Donuts in the same parking lot that is open until 10pm. (SCORE!) There are many strip stores, […] a mall & movie theater all less then 15 min away. The hotel staff was SUPER friendly, the room was impeccably clean & the bathroom was fully stocked w/ towels. I found the bed firm, but comfortable. Other people's reviews complained about that; however, I can agree that the pillows were a little too soft. There was a "welcome" dinner that the hotel gave to the guests free of charge & the breakfast was THE BEST continental one I ever had. They had scrambled eggs, bagels, biscuits, sausage, cereal, iced cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate & even a make your own pancake machine. Also a microwave, coffee maker & refrigerator in each room. You get so much for such a reasonable rate. I am already looking forward to my next stay. Skaityti daugiau

Excellent. Friendly staff, nice clean, large rooms, great breakfast. That's really all we want in a motel. Had to ask for extra service (to send a fax) and everyone was friendly and helpful. Very easy to access internet (not always the case; I hate making numerous calls/visits to the desk to get it straight).

Cable TV issue was never solved. Scanning machine was not working and front desk failed to find someone to correct it too. People were smoking in their rooms and the smell came into my room. Nothing front desk could do...

I came here for business and was looking for a convenient, comfortable stay. The hotel is located about a half mile off of the highway which was nice. However, there is not much going on in terms of places to go for food, etc. I asked for directions to a supermarket from the hotel staff and I got directions that led me no where. I literally got lost […] for about an hour. The room was clean which is to be expected in a hotel. The downside to that was the bed and more specifically the pillows were not so comfortable. Lastly, I received my bill under my door, dropped my keys in the rapid check out container and left. I went to check my credit card statement for expenses and the hotel had charged me twice. Both charges were completely different amounts and it was almost impossible to explain that to the staff over the phone. After being tossed from one employee to another I finally got the manager who refunded me. They still had no idea how it happened. When I travel I look for easy, comforatable, worry free stays. Hotell was very easy to get too, off 80.Staff was verry friendly and nice. Room was clean,comfortable, excellent. I give it a 5. Great for the money. I would recomend it to everyone.

The hotel was clean, friendly, well run. Good area. The room was lovely. The bathroom was first class. BUT the best was worse than sleeping on the floor it was so hard. And the pillows were like mush - worse than the bed. Did not sleep a wink. Will not stay there again.

So you can't get lost. HI Express usual gruersome fare for breakfast but all the importamt stuff just fine - very happy. Expect we'll use it again.

We liked the hotel and our room. The jacuzzi was nice. The breakfasts were good for such a hotel - but they ran out of orange juice before breakfast ended. There's plenty of parking and a restaurant next door (Cracker Barrel).

I have stayed at a few places more expensive then this and I must say I was very impressed. Lots of amenities and really well kept. The immediate are lacks for eating but within a couple miles gets you all you need. I would definitely stay here again!
