"Served its purpose"
We found the staff to be a bit slow. They failed to give us our coupon for breakfast (which we had paid for) upon check in, and when we asked about it they were not very helpful. The staff just seemed a bit slow on the uptake. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay the pool was nice and the parking was safe & convenient.
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was very clean, staff was great, I especially liked that they have a lifeguard on duty at all times at the pool. The only negative was the room service food wasn't that great but other than that, it was great! I would defintely stay there again.

Pros Great location, room is nice, clean, cozy. Good Coffee, front desk real nice. Nice indoor pools. Nice weight room facility. Cons. if u want high speed internet u have to pay extra, otherwise the internet that comes with service is very slow like dial up, no refridgator, no microwave in the room. The hotel is in a great location next door to the fashion center/Natick Mall. The mall has a good selection of restaurants and department stores. Easy access to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rt. 9 to Boston. Near Framingham State University, Brandeis University and Wellesley College. A good value!

"Good stay but needs breakfast"
I thoght this was a good hotel but it would have been a really good hotel if they had offered a free breakfast or even a continental breakfast.

you could walk to the mall if you like. great shops and resturants. convenient location from the highway.

We were attending a graduation from WPI so the hotel was conveniently located to the college...but it was ALSO right next door to a fabulous mall so the shopping during our free time was excellent! Also, a convenient location for access to the Mass Pike for driving into Boston!
"The Accomodations were fine."
We were pleased with the accomodations however the breakfast buffet was terrible, tasteless eggs, poor produce, hard pancakes and pd. $10.95 to boot! Get your breakfast else where.

"Overall As Expected"
Overall, this hotel is as expected for the price point. Access to the hotel is difficult and quality of food offerings in surrounding area not very high.

Just perfect for our needs. Ideally located off the Massachusetts Turnpike, close to Boston (about 30min by car). It was also conveniently close to shops, movie theater, mall, etc. Clean room, great location, great price. I would definitely stay here again!
