We were stranded during the blizzard of 2013. Rawanda was very nice and helpful during our stay, rooms were clean and I thought all staff were very nice

Ok for quick overnight stay, but not memorable. No coffee made available in Lobby for guests having to leave for early flights. No water or juice. Bathroom had no floor rug. Expectation was for superior accomodations based on Marriott name and price. Would not choose again unless necessary.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean but they spray a deodorizer or something of that nature which is a bit overwhelming. If you have allergies be careful. It's strong and unnecessary. Breakfast was ok.

Front desk attendant was extremely helpful. The hotel's internet was down, so she was having to check people in manually. She comped our parking for us (while we were away for a week) because the hotels.com site said "free parking" but she explained that was just for the night we stayed there, and comped the entire week for us due to the misunderstanding, […] and she also knew we were hoping to have wifi and the entire area was out. Overall, excellent service. We took an early shuttle to the airport, before breakfast was supposed to be out, and the breakfast person gave us muffins and juice on the way out :) We will definitely stay here again the night before an early flight. We stayed at this hotel to overnight before catching an early morning flight. It was 5 minutes from the airport and very near to popular eateries. The service was exceptional and the rooms were clean. My only comPlaint is what we paid for such modest accommodations. Other than that we were satisfied and pleased with our stay.

The towels and bedding comforters were old and thin. My trash cans in bathroom and bedroom were never lined with bags. Staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast daily was adequate, however little variety from day to day

This hotel was a lot less expensive than many others in the surrounding area, and although I read some other reviews complaining about the hotel being outdated, lumpy beds, etc..we really had no issues except the parking. We have stayed at this hotel 6 times now and we have never had any problems. Staff are fantastic and facilities excellent.

I had a very pleasant experience with the hotel. The only problem that I had was that the hot did not get hot however I was too tir ed to complain. Other, everything was nice.

Breakfast was to be available at 6:30 am. Our (party of 12) scheduled departure was 6:45. The breakfast attendant arrived at 6:31 am. The service area was crowded with hungry guests making it even more difficult to set up the food. This late arrival was unacceptable.

This hotel was not bad. It was clean, and I had no problems with the room really. I just think that I could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same price. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was that when I came back from a concert I attended I tried to get in and the door was locked. I didnt know that you had to use your key card, i did […] not see the key card box. The lady at the front desk let me in by pushing a button and then rudely told me to use my key card. I really did not like her tone. She could have been a lot nicer about it or could have not said anything at all. It made me very mad that she used that tone with me. The only complaints that I had were the SLOW elevators and the temperture in the lobby. It was extrememly hot in there. There were those in my party that are very cold natured and they were sweating while trying to eat breakfast! I know the employees must suffer from the heat in there. The Double Tree Hotel provided me with a very welcoming and comfortable experience during my stay. Everything was as clean as if I was the very first person to ever check in. The hotel was located on 6 minutes away from the convention site that I came to attend. It was also surrounded by a great choice of dining establishments , as well as the lovely […] dining room located in the lobby of the hotel. The hotel is located off airport and is accessed by shuttle. The People working the desk were pleasant and helpful, but the beds that were supposed to be queen size were full size instead. There is not much arround the hotel but for an overnight layover in Atlanta, it was fine.

Perfect for a one night stay. Easy to find - not far from the interstate. Very convenient to Aaron's Amphitheater. Bonus - the original Chic-Fila is near by.

This hotel was great for an overnight and was in close proximity to the airport with convenient airport shuttle service. There is not much in walking distance and the area surrounding the hotel is not all that great. If you have a car, there is plenty of places within a short drive. The hotel was very clean and the staff could not be more helpful. […] Check-in and out was a breeze. Very courteous staff. Prompt shuttle to take us to the airport. A lady named Lisa was in the breakfast room and she was so friendly and helpful and even stated that we were a "blessing" to her the next day when we we leaving.

Fairfield hotellene er veldig greie. Ok standard og grei frokost. Vi bodde på mange av disse hotellene og de er alle veldig like i standard. Normalt har denne kjeden barnesenger, dette hadde ikke selv om det sto i beskrivelsen
