My only complaint is that on the first floor, its easy to hear the people above, walking and using the bathroom.

Very friendly staff. Nice choices for warm breakfast besides muffins/breads. Do not think they had elevator; heaving lugging big suitcase upstairs. Comfortable room.

I booked this room for my daughter using my credit card. Upon check in, the hotel told her the room was not paid for and my credit card had been rejected. The credit card number they had for me is not even my card. The room had been paid for at hotels.com with my valid credit card. I had a receipt and a confirmation number. Very clean and quiet stay at the Carlton. Provide the usual hotel breakfast; eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, some fruit. No complaints.

Over priced for what I received, by 30 percent or more, no elevator in the entire building and charged for a safe I never used

The price of the hotel was good, the rooms were nice, the breakfast bar was plenty. The only problem was the noise from the doors on the rooms. Everytime the doors shut it was very loud and they rattled. Unfourtunatly this started at 5:30 a.m.

The hotel is very nice, and comfortable except that when the doors close to other rooms it is very loud. The doors bang and rattle when they shut making lots of noise. The noise started at 5:30 am.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable.We also enjoyed the pool.

I enjoy this hotel every time I come here. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. It is clean and comfortable. New mattresses a plus! Pool and work out room in good condition with free breakfast. Keep up the good work, staff!

I was hoping that the pool areas/water would have been cleaner. A fresh coat of paint would make a wourld of differance. Also would have liked to have some towels in the pool area. Otherwise, we would stay there again>

coffee machine was out, bummer but we had a coffee pot in room, so no real biggie.

we enjoyed our stay it was very clean and pleasant and quiet which is very important when you are tired. It was very well located as far as the college was concerned. We felt very comfortable at the hotel Thank you

The room was ok. Nicely decorated and mostly clean. There were stains on the comforter. We had it replaced, which was readily done. Also, I noticed a stain (I believe it was bodily fluids) on the couch (sofa bed) cushion. The telephone had a lot of static so that calling another room was impaired. all the people were very nice and friendly. very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. the best of any we have stayed in yet.

Though we have stayed here before, i was taken aback when the pool was abruptly closed- and this was something we needed to use. Then at night there was a dog kenneled outside my window and barked all night. Nothing was done by the mgmt to lower my bill or even apologize. In fact i didnt even get a thank you when I left.
