I booked into this hotel based on the reviews of the website. I was quite dissatisfied with the facility. The first night we found that the mattress had a huge dip in the center. On request, we were moved to a comparable room, only to find that the television didn't work. Great for families. The extended rooms with a fold out sofa bed are great. Also, the front desk are really helpful.

This is my second stay here - like the location, feel safe as a business woman travelling alone as there are lights and adequate parking. My only complaint, if that, is that the towels seemed thinner than last time.

'good experience, good variety of breakfast foods..not your typical "continental" breakfast. Staff were very nice.

The hotel was great value and very clean. We stayed with oth our 4 month old & I expect things very clean, and they were. The continental breakfast had a great variety and the staff was friendly. I would stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The only detail I would say was not good, is that we could hear the conversation of the people next door.

The best part of the room was the bed. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was good although the room could be a little bigger. Employees were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is great. The breakfast has a good amount of variety, and their convenience area with snacks and drinks is by far better than having a vending machine. It is nice to just grab items from the refrigerator and put them on the room. They have a very small but efficient work out facility and a great indoor pool. The other […] great thing is Tony Roma's Restaurant next door can be delivered through room service and applied to the room as well! Es un muy buen hotel, tiene una muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones son cómodas, el servicio es rápido para check in y check out!! altamente recomendable. Muy céntrico para cualquier cosa en Mc.Allen.

Ya me he quedado en este hotel varias veces, y nunca habia tenido quejas. Pero en esta ocasión me toco una habitación en el tercer piso lo cual no es problema para mi, lo que no me gusto fue que toda la habitación se encontraba bastante deteriorada, como si no le hubieran dado mantenimiento, los sillos con manchas, las paredes igual, y aunque habian […] aspirado y limpiado se sentia sucia por las condiciones en las que se encontraba, incluso las sabanas ya manchadas, limpias, pero con manchas de años...eso no esta bien.Creo que la proxima vez tratare con otro hotel en el area, ya que la verdad tiene muy buena ubicación. Es una muy buena opción: bien ubicado, luce bien, muy buena amabilidad en el servicio. El lugar para desayunar es pequeño, eso se puede mejorar para comodidad. También le agregaría algunos complementos al baño, solo tiene Jabón y Shampoo. Por todo lo demás, bastante bien.

Una de las razones por las que elegí este hotel es porque viajo con mi familia, y ofrecen desayuno dentro de la tarifa... muy conveniente. Lo que no indican es que el área de desayuno tiene 6 mesas... para unas 150 habitaciones con igual número de familias, creo que está muy por debajo de lo que se llama "servicio" a secas, ya ni siquiera BUEN servicio. […] Total, hay que levantarse a las 6am para desayunar agusto, si no, tendrás que esperar con toda tu familia por espacio de 1 hora para que te dejen sentarte.... Estuvimos de compras en McAllen y el hotel nos parecio muy agradable, comodo, cerca de plaza mall. Habitacion con cama matrimonial grande y super comoda, muy limpio todo, pantalla moderna...el unico mueble incómodo de la habitacion fue la otomana (armchair/otoman) el respaldo no es ergonomico...pero igual vi la tv muy a gusto y me dormi un buen rato […] con mis pies en alto, ya no los aguantaba!
