"super nice stay"
It was a awsome stay, well manacured grounds, and away from the loud streets of Gatlinburg. Last year when staying in Gatlinburg some goof had a air compressor and a actual train air horn in ther room and i had to listen to that way up into the morning, so if you want peace and quite this the place althoe it is a 10 minute drive from town and most pizza […] or other places will not deliver out that far but thats the price for a quiet place. The pool was warm and the room that it was in was warm with plenty of places to change clothes. The room was great with every thing you would need for a long stay like two flat screens a dishwasher, stove, normal size fridge, and glass wear with dishes. My only complaint was that some one upstairs must of had a kid tied to a chair cause it seemed like it was beeing draged all over the room till 1:00 in the morning then started again that morning at 7:00 of course the hotel couldnt help that. When we arrived the staff seemed nice and helpful. The room was well put together. The bed was not comfortable and unfortunately the blinds on the patio door allowed for light to come in from the parking lot right into the bed all night. Although the room was nice I was not a fan of having to pay such a large security deposit for staying a total of […] 14 hours and unfortunately was not mentioned in the reservation information. The checklist also made me uncomfortable. I felt that the security deposit was a threat hanging over my head if I didn't make sure all of my coffee stirrers were thrown away before I left the room. I was afraid to use most of the amenities because I was afraid that I would do something that would cause them to keep a deposit that I couldn't afford to pay. When this room was booked i was told it was on the main street in Gatlinburg well not true it was 12 miles up the road from the end of Gatlinburg. and another several miles from Pigeon Forge. The room was clean but was not sound proof at all could hear babies crying doors slamming and noises from the furnace the whole time. The smells from people cooking […] were nauseating. The cleaning people were cleaning another unit one day and we could smell all the cleaning products they were using. When I said something to the front desk person she agreed. On a positive side Jessie the concierge was very helpful and pleasant. When we went to town it was very busy and the parking lots were all full had we had a place on the main road this would not have been a problem we could've left our car parked at the hotel and walked. My husband and I wanted to be near gatlinburg and smokey mountains national park but also be outside of the city. We enjoyed our stay and found the room very useful. It was nice to have a small stove, full size fridge, and washer/dryer. Thought it was cute to find a placard under the bed that read " yes we clean under here too." The location was great, but I do wish they had a cafe or restaurant. The bed sleep great, and was the cleanest I have slept on. My granddaughter even found the card under the bed saying yes we clean under here. Great! I do have one complaint. The paper products are the cheapest quality available. EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. WE NOT ONLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE HOTEL ITSELF BUT WE PLAYED GOLF AND REALLY ENJOYED THE SCENIC ATMOSPHERE. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and was very pleased with the condition of the resort. There was plenty of parking which was nice because Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were both crowded. The resort was out away from the crowds but still in easy driving distance. The condo was very nice and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We played 9 holes on the course […] which was nice but not not amazing. If you are expecting a price break for staying on the course you will be disappointed because it is only $5 discount. I thought the course was over priced for what it was. We have ATT cello service and didn't have any service at all this could be a negative or a positive. Also internet use is not free in the room it is $6.99 a night but there is a computer available in the lobby with a 20 minute time limit. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. "Beautiful facility, great location."
We were extremely pleased with our room and the service of the staff. The location of the facility was quiet and relaxing with great views of the mountains. It was far enough away from the "downtown" area to be quiet, but close enough to go whenever we wanted. We looked at some of the other places to stay while we were down in Gatlinburg, but none compared […] to this one. Jesse, the concierge, was very helpfull with planning our week and gave good suggestions of what to do based on our interests. They took excellent care of us and made our vacation one to remember!! "Peace and quiet in a beautiful setting!"
I was looking for a place for some much needed rest and relaxation. Bent Creek Golf Village was perfect for just this! The resort is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg to offer peace and quiet yet close enough to go in to town if I wanted. The accommodations exceeded my expectations especially considering the affordable price. […] The condo was very nice, clean, and adequately stocked with needed supplies for my stay, the grounds were beautiful, amenities were excellent, and the staff were all very professional and helpful! "a steal, but not perfect"
it really is a good price for all you get. it is a time share, but they never bugged us to join. Fairly clean, but kinda funny, I dropped something that fell under the bed, and while down there I saw a little paper that said "yes, we clean here too" next to a used tissue and a crayon. "Great place to stay."
Excellent place to stay so you are not in "downtown" Gatlinburg. It is nice and quiet. Great place if you love to golf. We stayed here two years ago and love this place. "nice and very clean"
Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complants where we had no cell service at all(att) and the wifi was not free as you had to buy chunks from att wifi which was not cool considering every other place had free wifi. Lastly it took 15 minutes to gey anywhere even a gas station which was not bad but if you are looking […] to be right in the action this place is not for you. "Amazing out in the country"
We loved this place!! It is away from town so if you want to be in the middle of it all then this is not for you, but if you want a quiet getaway then this is the place for you!!
