Kid liked the pool. Snorkeling was. Surprisingly good right out the back of the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The service was excellent and the staff was warm and friendly. The other hotel guests made the trip even more fun. We found that we got a great value for the meals and service we received. We wouldn't stay anywhere else again.

Have been to Cozumel numerous times but the first time at the Coral Princess. They are listed as a 4/5 but don't supply bottled water in their rooms for their guests beyond, what they call a, 'Welcome Bottle' upon arrival. Room didn't get cleaned until 4:30 one day and didn't get cleaned at all one day in spite of the "Please Clean" card. WiFi didn't […] work part of the time except in the lobby. Didn't use their on-site dive center. Did some research before checking in and found that they were among the most expensive on the island. Really poor responses from the guy who says he's the owner. The rooms were in great shape since a remodel after the latest hurricane. In reality you can get the same value from a 2 or 3 if you look around. Skaityti daugiau

We had a wonderful week at The Coral Princess. The room, the restaurant, the friendly and helpful staff, and the beach and the sea right out front were just as we had wished. Many people who were there had returned year after year. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The view from the room was awesome, however it was extremely noisy. We were on the second floor and we were awoken every morning at daylight by a bird that sounded like an awful screech toy and as soon as he stopped or took a bird breath the music started from the poolside bar. the problem is not the hotel, but their staff. some of the staff, wants to nickle and dime you out of breakfast, maid services and amenities. two for one drinks are joke and the scooter rental folks will tell you we only have one available so you better rent it. later, you will them saying the same thing to other groups of folks.

The hotel was better than expected. I recommend this hotel .The bed is not hard the room was large and spacious and clean.We had a one bedroom suite with kitchen ocean front the views are true ocean front.Breakfast was included ( complete meal) and served until 11:00 for those mornings we slept in we could still catch breakfast .No beach to walk on […] but the pool area is good and lounge chairs are arranged in a sandy atmosphere. THe staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are quite low and reasonable and the location is great, right on the beach in Cozumel. I've stayed at a lot of places in Cozumel and I would rate this the best that I've experienced. We chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor comments and were very pleased. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking the ocean. While not a large room, it had contemporary furnishings and was very clean; the were large closets and many drawers for storage so we weren't cramped for space. The staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. The only thing that was a disappointment was the air conditioning in our room. The only way the AC would run was when your room key card was inserted in the unit. It took a while for the room to cool off, then when you returned, the room was hot again. We had two keys, so we left […] one in the unit for two days until housekeeping service turned the AC off when we left for our activities. Somewhat disappointed that the Pool and Palapa bars were closed on the weekend (both Sat and Sun) and closed early in the evenings rather than the posted hours. The linnens (both bath and bed ) werent up to what I call luxury by any means though adequate. Our referigerator was noisy and the AC controls were operated remotely and worked "somewhat". If you are looking for a nice,quiet place to stay the Coral Princess is the place for you. This was our second stay there and we were happy with our accommadations both times. It is an older property and does need a few touch ups. They offer a happy hour every afternoon and when we were there they had a taco night and a night of Texas barbeque with […] a band playing both nights. The hotel staff, especially the waitstaff,are hardworking and happy to serve the hotel guests. Our last visit was 8-9 years ago and Jaime greated us at the door and said " Welcome Home." Both he and Pedro did remember us from previous visits. It really does feel like coming home. Everyone on staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I think this was our 7th trip to the Coral Princess and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I just came back from three days at the Coral Princess Hotel, and I had a great stay. The staff are all extremely helpful and polite, and will help you with anything you might need. The room was pretty basic, but sparkling clean, so no complaints here. I had a room with a jungle view, and if I were to come back to this hotel i would definitely pay a […] little extra to have a room facing the ocean. My balcony was tiny and had no furniture, while the rooms on the other side of the building have spacious balconies where it is possible to sit. I did however have a coffee maker and a fridge - both which I used. The hotel had a mature clientele, which is perfect for me - I can do without the party hard-bunch when I'm on holiday. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for people travelling with small children, unless the children are fine with just using the pool and not go into the ocean. This is because there is no actual beach at the Coral Princess Hotel. You go into the sea by a straight ladder, and you should probably know how to swim quite well to get in since you´re in deep waters right away. The good thing is that you can snorkel right off the cliff outside the hotel. I snorkeled several times, and saw a lot of fish. The snorkeling was actually my main reason for coming to Cozumel, and I was not disappointed. There is a small gym at the hotel and I highly recommend the SPA. I had the deep tissue massage and felt like a new person when walking out. The price was a bit steep for ths area, but I found my massage to be well worth the extra money spent. The hotel is located about a mile from downtown Cozumel, and you can walk by the sea all the way back and forth. Or you can take a taxi, the ride one way costs 60 pesos as of March 2012. I find the city centre of Cozumel to be a bit too loud and busy, so I was happy to stay at a hotel a little bit away from that, but still within easy access to shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. We were very happy with this hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful.eager to help and answer questions. The room was very clean and comfortable. One drawback was that our room did not have a balcony, but the sliding door did open. If you had a room with a small balcony there was no furniture. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The property was excellent especially given the amount we paid. Breakfast was terrific even if the service was a bit slow (they needed more help). There really isn't a beach so don't stay here if you are looking for a beautiful beach. The snorkeling right at the hotel was excellent.

We have stayed at the Coral Princess the last 4 times we came to Cozumel. Alot of the same faces are there & they remember us. Everyone does as much as they can to help us on whatever adventure it is we want to go on or if we need anything. This was our 5th time to stay at the Coral. No greater view! Staff great and many hav been there for several years. They had some trouble in the kitchen for breakfast. We always upgrade when booking for. Ocean view and breakfast. They are non smoking and do not police this very well in room. When we checked in the assigned one smelled of stale smoke. […] The down graded us for the night. We had to pay extra to get a ocean view With a king bed. The Coral Princess is a qaint little hotel, not a large complex with lots of guests. This is our third time here and we have seen some of the same people each time we are there. The ability to snorkle right off the patio by the pool is great.

Nice and clean hotel with comfortable beds. We got a renovated room with a coffee maker, hair dryer, fridge etc that was nice. Personnel helpful and nice. The hotel is on a walking distance to the city. Or you can take a taxi for 60 pesos. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff alone made this trip very enjoyable. They are all friendly and just downright nice! I can't say enough nice things about them. The hotel is a little older but everything seems to be relatively updated. Although the lunch & dinner menu is not extensive, their breakfast is great and they serve it till 12:30 pm. The margaritas are exactly […] what I wanted - strong & good and they do have happy hour from 5-6pm. Their pools are not large but they do have a shallow end for both of their pools for smaller kids and on one pool, a swim up bar. Their 'beach area' is actually quite large and the snorkeling is superb. If you're into pottery, a woman comes to the beach area & opens up her cart for you to pick out what you like & paint. She then fixes it & actually takes it home to fire & glaze it. She returns your masterpiece to you the next day. To go to the main part of town, you will need a car or taxi. If you do rent a car, driving in town is not for the faint of heart and parking is a little difficult to find and sometimes parking lots that were open the day before aren't the next day. This was my third trip to the Isle of Cozumel. Having stayed at the Coral Princess on the previous two trips I was not hesitant at staying at the Coral Princess once again. The price for the room is decent. A spacious suite with balcony overlooking the Carribean is always pleasant and sometimes romantic. Room cleaning staff keep your room clean and […] spotless and maintenance will fix any problem promptly when needed. Watching the cruise ships coming and going, the cloud formations that develope along with some tropical rains and the view of the of the sea with it's changing blue crystal clear waters are conducive to a relaxing time away from home. Snorkeling off the boat pier at the resort is a plus with plenty of sealife to view. The Coral Princess is set in a secure area of the island and very easy to get to from the airport via taxi or rental car. The food is good as it is served by a great wait staff eager to make your stay enjoyable. Happy hour is from 5PM to 6PM with pool side service, plenty of chips and salsa and a beach setting to take in the sun. The swim up bar is a plus to keep cool in the water and sip a nice beverage of your choice. The Spa offers indoor and outdoor massage as well as fitness opportunities to stay in shape. A small gift shop to help with lotions and candies along with other amenities. The is a dive shop located at the resort as well offering certification and equipment rental. Great room, and view. Older facility, but still nice. One of the few places that had multiple room options at decent prices - including a kitchen. We hate resorts so this hotel was a good option that provided breakfast, but we were free to go for other meals anywhere else.

Rooms clean, good hot water, fresh towels daily, nice pool,, snorkel equipt.7$ ea. Snorkle right off property. diver boat will pick up. Good location, if want to fish marina a 3/5 min. walk. Loved the Coral Princess. The location was quiet and far away from the cruise ship crowds. The beach and pool area was always clean. The pool/beach service was great and we loved that you could snorkel right off the beach. The snorkeling was great! Lots of fish and coral to see. The water was crystal clear. It was quite a walk to town, but my husband […] didn't mind it and it was fairly safe at night. There is not a lot going on in-between the hotel and town, so I didn't like walking and our 15 year old daughter definitely didn't like the walk. The staff at Coral Princess was very friendly and efficient. They worked very hard to make sure they provided the best service possible & did a good job. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but not extravagant. We had a 1 bedroom suite. The bathroom was a bit outdated and the TV had very poor reception, but the beds were comfortable, the room was cleaned every day and worth the extra charge for cleaning and most importantly, the views were AMAZING!! The hotel was great - with the exception of the front desk service which was terrible and painfully slow, even for Mexico. BUT, my room was great, as reserved, clean, comfortable and awesome sea view. Pedro, who looks after hotel guests is a wunderkind and makes up for the front desk service. The snorkelling at the front of the hotel is really outstanding, […] as good as any other part of the island. Aside from the front desk service, which was really quite bad, the hotel was great. Would recommend to others, but advise scheduling 30 minutes into your day to both check in and out, and just leave any requests you have to the front desk, unmade. Coral Princess is a very nice hotel with a wonderful staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is excellent. Nice location, cheap ride to town or easy 20 minute walk.

Food is not good at this resort and overpriced. You're much better off going into town (2.5 mile walk) to get good food. The drinks are overpriced as well however, the Happy Hour from 5-6 p.m. is worthwhile because drinks are half off and it's during sunset.

We were at first concerned at the trench that was in front of the hotel. The government was putting all new sewer lines along the one mile stretch of beach. The staff very quickly directed us around some barriers and we had no problem any day with parking. Progress on the road work was steady while we were there and it will proably be done by March. The […] view was great, the waterfron amentities very acceptable including the swim-up bar. There is no beach (Cozumel has few if any natural beaches on the West side although some very high end resorts ahve created small beaches) but there is a very good concrete pier where guests can step into the water and join the swarms of fish that are everywhere. Be careful not to stray too far offshore as powerboats come as close as 100 yards to the shore! We can't say enough about the staff. According to returning guests (there are many) most have been there for years. There was a small effort to recruit us to participate in a time-share tour but we were not pressed when we declined. If a time share was in your future, you could do worse that this anyway. This is not a "luxury" hotel, so if you want to feel like you are in Palm Beach go to one of the $350 per night resorts. What it is is very clean, very well decorated (the bottom 3 levels were all rebuilt after a hurricane three years ago) very comfortable hotel with an excellant staff. With a family of five it was very convenient to have a two bedroom suite. The snorkeling right at the hotel was great. Better than having a beach we thought. The food was great and the rooms were very clean. The included breakfast was a little confusing. You get these bracelets when you have the included breakfast package, but it's not for the nice […] buffet breakfast that is there (that is an additional charge) it's just for an American breakfast off a menu, but they don't explain that unless you ask very specifically.
