Great people, great hotel, shuttle bus every hour takes you to mall(Big box store in case you forgot something) restaurants. Great stay, used pool, but bummed that tv did not get AMC network to watch our favorite show.

Hotel was clean and customer service was great. The rooms were clean, smelled clean and bigger than I thought. I highly recommend this hotel and will use it again for my next family vacay.

Not close to beach, good for business in Boca. Nice hotel. Right by 95. Wanted to stay an extra night and that was problematic. Knocked on the dooor at 8am.

I BOOKED THE HOTEL ON HOTELS.COM FOR MYSELF AND MY GIRLFRIEND, I SPECIFICALLY CHOOSE A DOUBLE BED ROOM. THE HOTEL GAVE ME ONE QUEEN SIZE BED AND A SMOKING ROOM... OUR CHECK IN WAS LATE AT NIGHT, NO POSSIBILITY TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL... I HAVE ALLERGIES, THE CIGARETTE SMELL WAS AWFUL... THE NIGHT WAS SIMPLY HORRIBLE... Super convenient location. Wonderful breakfast - not the usual chain hotel fare. Had dinner in Delray Beach at Papa's Tapas...not expensive but yummy.

Very well kept hotel. Room was very clean and pleasant only complaint was that the air conditioner in our room was not working properly so the room felt a bit stuffy. Restaurant in the lobby has an excellent breakfast spread in the morning for only $12.95 for adults ! The breakfast includes coffee, OJ, milk, bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon, pancakes, omlettes […] were ok not the best, but their waffles are really good. The Waitstaff were very attentive and courteous. Overall this is a great place to stay for the price it's def. worth every penny. The best part about it is that checkout time is at 12pm as opposed to the other standard hotels that are at 11am! Best interaction with staff ever. Staff went beyond expectations to overcome company wide computer problem to get me in a room ASAP without interruption to my life. This person should receive their own personal Freddie! Thank you Hilton for providing such smiles at the end of my day. As a secondary note, hotel is nice clean and friendly environment

Everyone that worked at the hotel was very helpful. Coffee in the lobby during the day was a nice touch. I would stay at the hotel again when we return, which we will! I was surprised they didn't offer any lunch but there were delivery services from outside that delivered to the hotel.

My wife and I stayed for two nights while I was in Boca on business. The hotel has a great location right off I-95. The service and cleanliness was outstanding. The only knocks are the hotel is showing it's wear and is ready for renovation and the bed is a bit tired too. I was told that they are planning on renovating in the near future. Everything so clean and upkept! Great STARBUCKS coffee in the lobby! (They need to get real half and half though AND brown sugar). The beds and pillows are super comfy too! Nice size flat screen in the room, too! No complaints, whatsoever!

We spent a fabulous week in The Hilton Garden Inn in December 2012. The staff are fantastic and really friendly - they looked after us so well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I will definitely be back!

It was hard to get help when I arrived, the woman at the desk didn't see my name after 2 seconds of looking and blew me off to help the next person. I had to locate the data myself and then she STILL couldn't understand my reservation that was very simple. The room smelled AWFUL!! The entire 4th floor reeked of smoke and so did my room. I requested […] non-smoking and didn't get it of course.
