The hotel was a disappointment! Our room was very worn, small and the furnitures were old fashioned. The bathroom was also horrible. Shower and faucet so old, that I have never seen such! We read all the reviews so knew what to expect. We have two kids 3,7 and it was perfect for them. And plenty of booze for the parents. Food was ok. We live in Mexico and found the Mexican place to be really good. Steak place was ok. Make sure you call at 8 am a day before to make reservations. When we did that we had no problem getting in. Not much […] for nightlife but the clubs are close. Great for kids/teens. Beach was great, decent waves but not overpowering. Sand is nice, water is perfect. We thought this hoel was great. There was a drain issue in the hotel but it was fixed right away. The service was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In fact when we did have a drain issue they called to follow up and see how everything was. We will stay again for sure.

When we arrived they told us they had no room, so they gave us an old appartment. The bed was like sleeping on concrete and the cleaning of the room was bad. Also no minibar. In the restaurants the food was really bad. Exept the buffet was not so bad. Lockation is to far away from anuthing. Drinks was watered out. Impossible to get a buzz.. Stay away […] from this hotel!! Great, loved it. Nice facility, nice staff, great condition, good food overall. So little to complain about but would say that there was only one heated pool which was not ideal in December. Still, all still a temperature that was acceptable and the sea was pleasant temp too. Would recommend and would return.

I planned a trip to cancun and stay with crown paradise and couldn't be more happier . My girlfriend and I had a great time , wonderful staff, tons of great food a must go place .and i will defiantly be returning for a stay here.

The room was shabby, there were bugs in the room, while showering the bathroom flooded, the food was discusting, the service was not at all up to par, We had to leave as soon as we were able to get reservations at another hotel.

As we were travelling to stay with my sister and her three kids! we were aware that the hotel catered to families so we paid a bit more and stayed in the Crown Rooms for adults only (the top three floors of the second tower) This was a blessing however it would have been nice if the adults only pool allowed topless tanning?! The restaurants should have […] adults only section after 9pm as we purposely booked a late dining time and were still subjected to screaming kids! The food in all the restaurants was mediocre, both taste and temperature?! We like our food to be served piping hot! The buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch was fine but absolutely disgusting for dinner. The service was also terrible in the buffet restaurant at breakfast...couldn't get any cutlery or napkins or coffee (hot or cold for that matter!! as the coffee was usually also served cold!) There's SO many other better hotels in Cancun. Skip this one. The staff is nice, but the food is TASTELESS and room service comes up cold every time. We had ordered the "Romance Package" through hotels.com and somehow never got it. No one seemed to be able to find our reservation.

Me parece un buen hotel si llevas familia y con hijos pequeños, si buscas algo mas para adultos este no es el lugar. Las camas son duras. Los Restaurantes de especialidades son buenos y en general la comida del bufete. Algo retirado de la zona comercial. Este Hotel es magnífico en casi todos los aspectos, pero tiene una carencia fundamental en cualquier tipo estancia y son sus almohadas y camas... las almohadas están llenas de bolas, son muy gordas y de pésima calidad, y los colchones son extremadamente duros, literalmente unas tablas. Lamento mucho que los 4 adultos no descansamos ni pudimos dormir […] bien. No puedo creer que este aspecto tan básico en un Hotel lo tengan descuidado, ha sido el peor colchón y almohadas de mi vida Skaityti daugiau

Buen hotel, ideal para vacaciones en familia, lo unico que creo que podía mejorar es su horario del salón de juegos ya que abre hasta medio día sería bueno que ampliaran el horario desde las 8 o 9 am, escaso personal de meseros en el restaurant gral de buffet no se dan a basto de limpiar las mesas y mucho menos de atender a los visitantes, el hotel […] estaría al 80% y era todo un reto conseguir camastros ya fuera alrededor de la alberca o en la playa, cuestión casi imposible... la comida aceptable pero creo que definitivamente pudieran mejorar. Fue una experiencia memorable, mejor de lo que esperàbamos. Desde la comida, hasta las actividades. No encuentro un motivo de crìtica. Recomiendo el hotel definitivamente.

EL HOTEL ES DE PRIMERA, SALVO DETALLITOS SI UNO SE PONE CON LUPA, LA PASAMOS DE MARAVILLA Y LO ESPECIAL QUE TIENE EL LUGAR ES QUE ES EL INDICADO SI UNO TIENE FAMILIA CON NIÑOS, ELLOS TIENEN MIL COSAS POR HACER Y DIVERTIRSE. MUY RECOMENDABLE. MARCELO DE CORDOBA, ARGENTINA

Hotel muy bueno en todos los sentidos: instalaciones, recreación, atención y calidad del servicio, comida y cercanía a las atracciones turisticas.

Salão de Shows com carpete velho. Pessoas com asma ou alergias, crianças pequenas não ficavam muito tempo lá dentro devido ao cheiro de môfo e presença de ácaros. A iluminção deve se variada para mais em alguns momentos pois os artista merecem se vistos com clareza e aplatéia deseja isto.
