There were 5 of us 2 adults 3 teenagers.The looks of the place are great.details I think there are a few things worth noting.. the super comfy bed....had tiny pillows..pullout couch was comfortable, .the chair was in a permanent state of reclining... difficult to get comfortable in.wifi worked seamlessly, baffles on the window dimmed out the sound from […] the highway which was literally on the other side. fireplace was beautiful as was the large tv.with one tv positioning was impossible to both see it from the bed and pullout. kitchen and fridge were beautifully clean full size to boot!. .The pool was a draw for us...a little chilly... the hot tub was nice but beware when the temp is being raised in it... hot water comes in through the jets ... its HOT ..almost scalding.. and Kids are free to do as they please.not good..I was jumped on by strange children...TWICE..aside from the hot stuff being almost inedible the cold items were all enjoyed, The help was helpful but a little TOO on top of you.was on and off the highway .next door to DDs and down the street from Target and a few good restaurants.. We have stayed at the Residence Inn on several occasions as it is close to family. The rooms are spacious and clean, only upgrade that I would suggest is to upgrade bed mattress to a soft pillow top and it would be perfect. The staff is always pleasant and friendly.

The hotel over all was good. But the room noise level was horrible!! I could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above us. It made it very hard to get to sleep! It wasn't the fault of them as they were just walking around their room normally. Need better sound proofing! The bathroom had ZERO ventilation! NO fan to remove the odors or steam […] from the shower! I have stayed in many hotels and this wasn't the worst. But it wasn't far off with the noise and ventilation issues. I'll stay elsewhere on my next trip down to CT. One real positive note is the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Skaityti daugiau

We only stayed the night, but all our questions about the area were answered better than we wanted. The rooms had a fridge, freezer, dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, and stove. We were able to cook a nice meal for ourselves. The bed was firm, which I liked (my wife did not). The pool and hot tube were packed, and we did not want to squeeze in, but […] they looked adequate for there role. The free breakfast was standard but had great staff keeping up with it. Staff were great and very accommodating. Room was very clean. Bed was a double instead of a queen. Although I did not insist on a queen, the room listing was a queen bed. Bed was not that comfortable. We did have some noise issues form some young adults fighting and drinking in the halls, a call to the front desk got that resolved.
