Best Western Inn & Suites of Castle Rock - Castle Rock

We had reserved a king suite with a balcony and did not get it so we were disappointed right off the bat. The room we got was very nice and clean but not what we booked. The breakfast was terrible. The display was very nice, clean but the quality of food was very poor. Could not eat it.

Only complaint was the air conditioner in our room didn't work and the room got really hot. The room was clean and beds were really comfy. Towels are really nice as well.

Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, nicely appointed rooms that were very clean and comfortable! The rate was a little higher than surrounding hotels, but well worth it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came for my daughter's 12th birthday party and they treated us very well.

The room was spacious and clean. However, the door cards weren't working for many of us, which caused a loud racked at 1am when someone was locked out of their room. The "hot breakfast" is all micro-waved food and highly processed breads. I don't think this was worth the extra $$ compared to the other hotels in the area.

I was very pleased with the room until I climbed in bed to sleep. Apparently every time someone flushes the pipes make a sound I can only describe as one of those"nature" alarm clocks. It was very loud and continued to wake me up throughout the night. If you are a heavy sleeper, this is the hotel for you! If not, you have been warned!

I stayed one night. The front desk was very helpful and gave me a pet room on the ground floor by the door for easy access. The room was very clean, very modern and very quiet. I slept great on the amazing bed. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was an added plus that I would have utilized had I stayed longer. This was a repeat visit because its good location and excellent upkeep. The only disappointment came from the room location and associated noise of the "pipe banging". On our previous visit, we were located on an upper level floor, and midway on the floor. This was a very quiet, pleasant room. Our location on this visit was in room 217, near the end […] of a hallway, and probably near the vertical water pipes feeding the other floors. We experienced considerable "water banging" late and early. We missed the quiet of the previous room. No other concerns of the well managed location. I stay here frequently as my husband works in Castle Rock, yet we live in Fort Collins. I always bring the pup, and I love that this staff is so accommodating. We can get beautiful and modern suites despite being pet owners.

It was as if I was the only guest in the hotel. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and check-in/out was super easy. Close access to restaurants, shopping and highway access. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

The service was overall good. We went for a lil getaway for New Years Eve. The only thing is they failed to remind us that the continental breakfast had different times because it was during the week. So we missed the breakfast that we paid for with the room.

The staff were very helpful in regards to suggestions for restaurants and the directions to get there. They actually went above and beyond to help us out. We were there during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and everyone was friendly, courteous, respectful and very accomodating. Would definitely stay again!

Met expectations. Excellent staff. The buffet breakfast was a real bonus that was appreciated, a great selection of breakfast foods. The only downsides were lack of convenient parking and a pool with cloudy looking water.........

Location in Castle Rock was good, but the beds were just too soft. Everyone's back hurt the next day. If not for that, would stay again. Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant

It was great my boyfriend and I had to stay there to go to a Bronco game the next day. It was only about 30 mins to denver. The Outlet mall is super close to the hotel and you have an IHop right next door! I would Stay here again!!

Always a great welcome, staff very pleasant and interested and ready to help with advice of where to eat, where to go, in fact anything you might need. Rooms are great value for money and a definite 'return to' hotel.

The location for shopping is ideal! The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to our little dog. We were even given a hand sewn dog pad to use during our stay and a little pack of dog treats. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I are always trying to save money where we can, so a hot complimentary breakfast is always something we look for. They served sausage, eggs, eggs with ham, and potato wedges. We didn't get the room we paid for and was put in a room right next to the elevator and ice machine...had noise all night. We had kids that couldn't sleep with all the noise. A very good hotel with a friendly relaxed feel, quiet at night so slept well. The staff were very helpful, particularly Pat, who helped us contact Hertz to sort out a problem with our hire car.

This hotel and the service exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again. I was close to everything really, from outlet malls to fine boutique shopping and restaurants to high end big mall stores. The hotel as well as our individual room were both very well-kept. The housekeeping service came each morning and had no problem coming back to our room after we had left for the day. The staff was friendly overall; however, when walking into the hotel after a long day, we said hello to the staff member at the front desk and they did not respond. I […] would hope they simply did not hear us, but I find this unlikely since it is a pretty quiet hotel. Also, the breakfast was adequate, just the run-of-the-mill continental breakfast. The pool area was very clean and quiet. Although this may have been because we were visiting during the week. There had been other reviews about the liquor store next door as well: the staff there was very friendly and helpful. It was not loud by any means at night, but we were there during the week. The manager at the liquor store did mention that during game season (specifically football), there are many people who will park their RVs there. This BW hotel is advertised as the best hotel in Castle Rock. We had several groups staying in a variety of hotels in the surrounding area. Every other group had complaints about their hotel. The room was extraordinarily clean and it smelled good. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I've seen. I didn't get any heebie-jeebie feelings at all in the hotel. I would definitely stay again. This place will be my new go-to hotel when I go to Castle Rock. Beds were comfortable, breakfast has large selection. We didn't use the pool or exercise room. Ask for a room facing the mountains. You will get less of trucker noise. Wasn't too bad. If you have the fan on for heat or A/C you won't hear it.
